KATHY — As our days mirror the days of Elijah in so many details, may we be encouraged that we too will see the called of God follow the Lord’s directions and take down corrupt government and willful evil, both now and in generations to come. And may we see the power and original design of God manifest in our homes and nations, both now and in generations to come.
MELISSA — Darkness has an expiration date and its number has been called. The Hosts of Heaven are currently attending to that matter. “For the one who sows to his flesh [his sinful capacity, his worldliness, his disgraceful impulses] will reap from the flesh ruin and destruction.” (Gal.6:8) There it is in rather simple language. This corrupt spirit has been defying, challenging and ridiculing the original intent of God and its time is up. God’s intent is the only thing that carries life and blessing. Anything outside of that is an enemy of God and will surely self destruct …with some help from Angel Armies.

Now that that is in the atmosphere, let’s talk about life in the season ahead.
MELISSA—Recently I was praying over a situation and all I heard loud and clear was the word “radical”. I could get behind that! Yes, radical change in this situation. I began to speak “radical” into my concern. It was one of those kind of things, however, that just kept rolling around and growing inside of me. It just felt like it meant more than I was currently grasping. It also felt like it was for more than just that particular situation. So, I looked the word up in the Websters 1828 Dictionary.
Check this out: Radical: 1. Pertaining to the root or origin; original; fundamental; as a radical truth or error; a radical evil; a radical difference of opinions or systems. 2. Implanted by nature; native; constitutional; as the radical moisture of a body. 3. Primitive; original; underived; uncompounded; as a radical word. 4. Serving to origination. 5. In botany, proceeding immediately from the root; as a radical leaf or peduncle.
Well, oh my! Radical is a much stronger word than I thought it was. Basically, what I see in these definitions is that radical means going back to God’s original intent. So, when the Holy Spirit says “radical” He fully intends to take the current situation and put that person, family, business, region, etc. back on track with His original intent.
MELISSA—Yes, it has come to this: Be vigilant in 2023—keenly watchful to detect danger; ever awake and alert; sleeplessly watchful. Let me go ahead and say, this is not a “you deserve a spanking for allowing the world to go down the toilet” post. Rather this post is aimed at being an alarm clock to wake up God’s sleeping giants to war in this coming year! Is that you? Well, you’re the one reading this right now, and that is NO COINCIDENCE! So, here’s your wake up call, you beautiful heavenly-Change-Agent, you! What is a heavenly Change-Agent? It’s one who makes a difference wherever they are because they carry Heaven in them. When I say Heaven, I mean one who carries the original intent of God wherever they go. What is God’s original intent? That Intent is Heaven on earth, a Kingdom without end (Luke 1:31-33). The difference between our Change-Agents and the ones making the news right now is that we cause life, healing, peace, hope, restoration—not death and destruction!
KATHY—As One Nation under God, may we not be afraid to open our eyes and see what Truth exposes as the Lord uncovers works of darkness and removes workers of darkness. Instead of living out a future in deception and dysfunction under siege of darkness, we are going to AWAKEN to God’s Original Intent for this nation again. We are Positioned and Graced for an Awakening that God has planned! Please Grab that by faith today, not bowing to how you feel. Mary wasn’t even married yet, so she certainly didn’t FEEL like the mother of the Messiah, but she was Positioned in history and GRACED by God to be part of His plan, and so are we!
Kathy — Perceiving what the Father is doing may blow our doors at times. Participating in His Original Intent for your life can include tasks and experiences that you did not see coming. The scope of your participation may be overwhelming to the point that you want to shrink back because you suddenly feel you are just an unequipped, insignificant tiny DOT on the globe! I am alluding to one of those RED DOTS on a map that says, “You’re right here.” If you are feeling like a DOT yourself, you see such a map and think, ‘And so what! What possible difference can I make?’ However, doing what the Father is doing means we have to focus on Truth rather than our feelings. The truth is that this little DOT is a son or daughter that is right here, right now, to do Father’s business. This little DOT is an agent of agreement and this little DOT is an access point for Almighty God to bring “as it is in heaven” into this earth!

Kathy — In the garden, Adam and Eve were set up in a Kingdom Lifestyle. All the elements in the garden were God’s Original Intent for a Kingdom lifestyle and still are. So the garden of Eden isn’t a fantasy or the impossible dream because the Kingdom didn’t disappear with the break-down of the garden. Jesus told us the Kingdom is at hand and still within reach, so the garden’s same elements are in our lives to the degree that our Kingdom lifestyle is developed. Look at those elements: 1) Adam and Eve met with God daily because a Kingdom lifestyle pivots on relationship with Father and His sons (“son” does not refer to gender but fully vested firstborn), and relationship with one another. 2) Everything in their life reflected the design and original intent of God. Again, this is not the impossible dream because our Redeemer lives to restore essentials of His original intent to our lives whenever possible. 3) They had the peace and security of the government of God and that too is available to us. 4) God was their source of life and provision and protection and their enabling to live in their calling and purpose and fulfillment. He still is. 5) They awoke daily to God’s potential to flourish. So do we. So the degree to which we walk or don’t walk in these elements of God’s original design reflects the measure of development of our daily Kingdom lifestyle.

Kathy — Having a cracked self-image, a shattered self-worth or a failed self-government, does not void our Father’s love or intent, nor His good plans for us! If we learn to think in our hearts like that, that truth will free us up to walk in destiny and keep us from giving up before we become all God had in mind that we were born to be. Father, may my life glorify you to the fullest extent. Let me see me as You see me. Cause me to value as You value. Grace me to live honoring Your boundaries for my life. We stop fixating on the enemy’s war around us by realizing his war has intensified because he is feeling the pressure of this never-ending Kingdom in Luke 1. We turn our thoughts toward that powerful fact. We engage in power, love, and a sound mind by dumping fear-thoughts that have wreaked havoc (2 Timothy 1:7). This is all possible in our lifetime! “Keep a cool head. Stay alert. The Devil is poised to pounce, and would like nothing better than to catch you napping. Keep your guard up. You’re not the only one plunged into these hard times. It’s the same with Christians all over the world. So keep a firm grip on the faith. The suffering won’t last forever. It won’t be long before this generous God who has great plans for us in Christ—eternal and glorious plans they are!—will have you put together and on your feet for good. Melissa — Let’s look at “Call to me and I will answer you” through a modern American paradigm: I call on the Lord and He will answer – I will tell Him what I need and He will give it to me because He is a loving God. You know, kind of like curbside grocery delivery. I took the time to get my list together and I took the time to call about this list. Now, it’s on Him to deliver! I’m afraid we North Americans operate out of an entitled mindset not only in our relationship with earthlings, but also in our relationship with God. If I call on Him then ________ (insert pre-determined answer here). The problem with an entitled relationship with God is where the entitlement is rooted. If it is rooted in the Spirit, according to the covenant, then it will put you in a posture of dominion. If, however, it is rooted in the soul then it will hold you in a victimized defensive posture. The soul will keep you chained out of reach of God’s original intent which is indeed dominion. Or said another way, the soul will keep you from being heaven on earth.

An eagle symbolizes God’s perspective, a prophetic view that reaches beyond what we can see and feel. That eagle pierced the current conditions and atmosphere as a prophetic reminder that God’s original intent is still in view and no wars on the brink or patterns of interruption will keep it from coming to pass. That is the second eagle she has seen while looking out a window this year. The number “two” indicates a matter that is already determined by God and will soon come to pass. (Kathy G.) The toughest wilderness experience on record for me stretched out over five years of confusion and anger and ulcers. Before our daughter Melissa was born, I had prayed two specific things, that she would never have asthma or kidney trouble because both were bloodline issues. By the time she was eighteen months old, we were in Texas Children’s Hospital Houston because she’d had a bronchial asthmatic attack due to a severe kidney infection. After two weeks in two hospitals, we were facing kidney surgery.
Each night after I’d get her to sleep, I’d look out that tenth floor window. There were lights and noises and people filling the city, but I had never felt so alone. Marty was in Missouri in seminary and for the first time since I was nine, God was not there for me. I couldn’t figure out why He had abandoned me. I wanted to scream what David prayed in Psa 83:1, “God be not silent and be not still”, but I just stood there, hurting, angry and confused.
The day before surgery I sat on the twenty-third floor waiting for Melissa to come out of nuclear X-ray when a sudden headache hit me between the eyes. I barely got her back to the room in time to throw up my toenails. I then laid down on the cot by her bed and closed my eyes. I felt a little hand on my head and heard a little voice say, “Jesus, heal my momma.” As her hand lifted, the headache left. I should have been grateful but that made me angrier.
My identity was gone because I felt abandoned, orphaned. My self-worth was shattered because there was no backing, no affirmation, no inheritance of healing within reach. I was disappointed enough to be angry and disregarded boundaries and self-government to be rebellious. Why follow the rules when you are no longer even in the game? My silent reaction to the sudden relief from the headache was far from grateful. Jaw locked, I demanded, “Why would You answer her prayer but not mine?”
It took five years for me to hear and acknowledge Father’s response to my question. “Kathy, Melissa prayed in faith, but you prayed in fear. You can’t take that fear where you are going. I had to let you confront and defeat what threatened you.” The thing most important to me was what God could do but didn’t. The most important thing to Him was His Original Intent for our lives. If that fear remained, it would cause road blocks to where both Melissa and I were born to go. Fear would be a contradiction to both our assignments. I was intent upon surviving the experience. Father was intent upon bringing us to glory. If we focus on self, glory is a problem. If we focus on Father, glory is a certainty.
Our Father’s Original Intent is Relationship with Mature Sons that reflect the image of Christ as they fulfill their life assignment and thereby share His Glory in their generation. Please be encouraged. Our faithful and patient Father will keep working with us and through us until we get this!

The process to that priority is in 2 Cor 3:18, as we consider who He is and reflect and pattern after Him as we are changed into the same image from glory to glory.
