Offense: The Kingdom in Action

KATHY GABLER—“Offense: The Kingdom In Action” — I believe we are in a transition moving from a religious mindset that views church as meetings that satisfy an obligation to God to realizing we are all sons of God gathering to be effectual, by living our lifetime demonstrating His Kingdom-come and will-being-done on earth as it is in heaven.  This is not a new transition. It’s just a time of greater momentum with more obvious results and changes. The yeast is spreading, permeating our understanding. (Matt. 13:33)
(This is the first excerpt from an article by Kathy Gabler entitled “Offense: The Kingdom In Action” in which she talks about the advantage of moving from merely a defensive strategy to an offensive strategy.)

An Encouragement About Healing

MARTY GABLER–I would like to give an encouragement about healing. Don’t stop praying and don’t stop expecting. There were numerous people healed in the meeting at KingdomLife in Frisco,TX this past Friday and others on Sunday. BUT one lady’s healing did not manifest until today, 5 days later! She kept praying and claiming her healing and she reported today that she is healed. One lady received several healings from issues that had caused her pain and suffering for years. A couple of people reported two healings. Someone had fallen earlier in the week, had injured their knee and was dealing with pain but it was healed in the meeting. A lady had been suffering with shoulder pain for weeks but it stopped Friday night and she said that she “slept like a log” Friday night for the first time in a long time. Someone told me that they were “healed of church wounds” they had suffered several years ago. One testimony came on Saturday from a person who had regularly suffered from bad headaches and she said that she “slept like a baby” Friday night. Other reports have been coming in. Driving down I-45 on the way home Monday, Melissa and I started praying that reports would be coming in every day this week. I pray that there will be people healed as they read these testimonies. BLESSED BE THE NAME OF OUR HEALING JESUS FOREVERMORE! Keep praying and expecting!
As the song says, “He’s a healing Jesus”.

The Sound of Hope

MARTY GABLER—The sound of hope is never insignificant. Hope is the sound of heaven moved into the earth through songs, preaching of the Word of God, prophecy, conversation, teaching and testimonies. No hope is too small.  “…the mere sound of his name will signal hope, even among far-off unbelievers.” (Matt.12:21, Msg)

Substandard to Premium

MELISSA GABLER — It is all starting to make sense why this awakening is so intense.  We have the opportunity to move from a substandard life to a premium life if we will embrace this alarm and not press the snooze button! This moment really is an invitation to something incredible.  This is an invitation to enter into and function from the fear of the Lord for the sake of the Kingdom and for His glory.  I really like the sound of that.  I really want to live that.

A New Beginning

KATHY GABLER — Being born again offers us a new beginning. Our salvation brings opportunity to be equipped for life as we gain identity and affirmation thru healthy fathering. What was not experienced in our natural sonship can be established in our spiritual sonship. These essentials get established as we think differently and become mature sons, overcoming everything that opposes God’s good plans for our lives. Jn.1:12,Amp—“But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the right [the authority, the privilege] to become children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name—”

Inspiration to Move Forward

As the people of God assemble today may they rise up in the encouragement of the Lord and the saints. May they receive the inspiration of Holy Spirit to move forward and may they receive inspiration from one another that they are in the household of God and are being renewed and refreshed in His love and provision for His household. James 1:17,Amp—“Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of lights [the Creator and Sustainer of the heavens], in whom there is no variation [no rising or setting] or shadow cast by His turning [for He is perfect and never changes].”

Operating in the Kingdom of God

MARTY GABLER–HOW DO WE LEARN TO OPERATE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD?
Listed here are some factors to consider when desiring to operate in kingly authority: (1) search out and learn principles such as the one found in Luke 16. There is more to come in the Kingdom and we are presently (2) wrestling with the trials and proving grounds that will allow us the power and authority we so desperately need for ourselves and others. (3) Issues of continual defeat in our lives prevent and hold back the evidence of the Kingdom of God. Therefore, we must aggressively take hold of the Kingdom where we have been tenaciously clinging to the weaknesses that set us up for continual defeat. (4) It is plainly stated that if the man in Lk 16:10-12 cannot be trusted with money, he will most definitely not be trusted with power and authority that gets done what money falls short of doing. Quality decisions and relationship over time engender trust. (5) Ongoing relationship to other people in the Kingdom will bring us into both knowledge and experience that will enable us to take part in the dynamic of the Kingdom.

Developing as Sons

KATHY GABLER — As children, we learn who our parents are through time and relationship. We learn their order, values, beliefs, preferences, priorities, etc.  We identify them and our identity develops from there.  As sons of God, we learn who He is through time and relationship, then our identity as sons develops from there. (Rom.8:14)

MARTY AND MELISSA GABLER IN FRISCO 5-1-26

will be in Frisco,TX at KingdomLife Church with Brandon & Willy Burden and Larry and Kathy Burden. There will be a healing service on Friday 5-1-26 at 7PM. Marty and Melissa will be prophesying and encouraging attendees Sunday at 10:30AM. Meetings will be livestreamed. kingdomlife.org

The Kingdom of God is….

MARTY GABLER—Rom 14:17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. (NAS)  The Kingdom of God is not made of things that give us life in our natural flesh. The Kingdom of God, true riches, are beyond the natural; that is why it is righteousness, peace and joy “in the Holy Spirit.” The presence and activity of the Holy Spirit in our lives is the only way for the display and function of those necessities which are beyond the natural. Yet it still remains from the principle of Scripture that there is some testing and proving going on to see if we might be trusted with true riches. There are those things in this present age which await transaction and that transaction can only come about with the Transacting Power of true riches. Testing and proving is a dynamic characteristic of the Kingdom of God for those who would “be about their Father’s business.”

Take the Time to Pay Attention

MELISSA GABLER — What do I do when prophetic lifestyle things occur? Here’s where I start: TAKE THE TIME TO PAY ATTENTION. Remember, this life is meant to be EPIC. Take time to act, pray, speak it/declare it, write it down or simply agree in that moment. If it’s not obvious what to do, ask God for instruction. You may need to hold on to it for future reference. Don’t get impatient and jump into action if the action is not clear. That could lead to an unpleasant outcome. He could be training you in that moment, getting you ready. Personal Responsibility for the Prophetic Lifestyle: 1.) Read the Bible. Remember, the Bible is written FOR us, not TO us. The Word specifies who it is written TO. Reading the Bible keeps you familiar with God’s ways. God highlights and pinpoints scriptures for wisdom, action, prayer, declaration, etc. 2.) Pray… specifically in tongues. It keeps your eyes and ears open. Ephesians 3:16, 20-21- “That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.” Praying in tongues charges our spirit man. The spirit (inner man) needs to be charged way more than the soul does. Praying in tongues brings that charge which in turn brings clarity. “Your soul drinks in what your ears and eyes and emotions are exposed to all day. The only way you can renew your mind and take dominion over the demonic assault on your feelings and thoughts is to be filled with the Spirit!” (L. Wallnau).

Relationship Struggles

KATHY GABLER—“In relationship struggles, gripes do not justify wrong behavior. The core issue is not your gripes, but that you are griping. Griping without taking the responsibility of finding God-solutions shows immaturity and lack of character.”

Refreshed and Challenged

MARTY GABLER—As the people of God assemble today may they be refreshed in the corporate presence of the Lord and may they fearlessly face the challenges ahead of them. May the Word and encouragement cause their ears and eyes to be opened to discover that there are still possibilities in God for solutions that no one has ever considered. May they go out of the edifying corporate assembly toward those challenges speaking in agreement with the creative acts of God in the Bible and in the earth, imitating Abraham: (Rom.4:17, Msg)  “…[Abraham] dared to trust God to do what only God could do: … with a word make something out of nothing.”

“COMING” THROUGH TIME & TRIAL

MARTY GABLER–The process is worked in us and as we submit to the process and principles, the way God does things, we will get the kind of results Jesus got. It evidently is a “coming” through time and trial. From the message of Scripture (cf. Lk 16 in the following paragraph) it would appear that it is a both/and process: (1) men are aggressively taking hold of the Kingdom (Mt 11:12; Lk 16:16) and at the same time, (2) the Kingdom is processing them (Lk 16:10-12).

Asking the Right Questions

MELISSA GABLER—Last year was a year of getting the tools needed for the tool belt.  It was a year of starting to ask the wise, right questions instead of the fear-driven questions.  A fear-driven question already has an answer in mind and can’t hear anything but that.  A wise question is open to hear truth.  Asking those wise questions last year always got an answer.  A lot of answers were personal things that needed to be dealt with in me.  This even led me to go on a fear fast (that has not ended)!

The Biggest Muscle we Need

KATHY GABLER—We can have strong muscles like abs, quads and biceps, but the biggest muscle we need is trust in our God.  We use the trust muscle every time we choose life.  When Job said, “Though He slay me, yet I’ll trust Him,” he wasn’t accusing God of being behind all His suffering.  He was saying, “Even if God were trying to kill me,  I would still choose to trust Him!” That is CHOOSING  LIFE.  Job’s choice broke through the cocoon he was in (which were extremely overwhelming, tough circumstances) and his choice brought him to resolve and restoration.  (This is from Kathy Gabler’s article “Continuing to Choose Life“ which was published in SEEC Magazine -Volume 19 Issue 6)

Our God/King on His Throne

MARTY GABLER–It is up to our God/King to sit upon His throne in the heaven of heavens and delegate and it is up to us to take that authority and enablement and resist the “press of weight” and “cut through waves” and “run through troops”. David spoke in the past tense saying, “I have run through a troop.” It was something he had already done by the power of His God and wrote of it to testify to us so that we might take courage and do likewise. You were born to run through the enemy—not just one small one— but through a troop of them. You do not have to abide the enemy and certainly do not have to cower before him. You can “run through” because it is by the power of the Holy Spirit. Come, Holy Spirit, and be the Communicating, Governing and Empowering Factor in our lives (The article in its entirety may be read at this link: https://martygabler.com/articles/)

The Creator’s Original Warranty

(Melissa Gabler) — God Himself created the original warranty when Jesus took those stripes on His back (Isa. 53:5 & 1 Pe. 2:24). Yeah, that’s right, we have a never ending warranty on us, signed in blood. This warranty includes, “…all things that pertain unto life and godliness” (2 Pt. 1:3). Whatever you are dealing with is covered in your “warranty”. It’s fixable! The siege is over because the Lord has already lifted up a standard against it (Is. 59:19). Our individual lives are about the greater good so go ahead and be healed right now! You are too important to be silenced by sickness, pain, or emotional turmoil.

The Weight of Unresolved Issues

KATHY GABLER—I awoke in a funk. When my eyes opened, the weight of unresolved situations and unanswered prayers was already smothering my hope for the day. I sat up and said, “Father, I’m not going to whine and list the stuff that is squeezing my heart. Neither will I foolishly demand that You do something quick or I quit, but I do honestly want to ask: How should I think? How do I deal with the troubles in my face this morning, long-standing issues that have not the slightest evidence of even being on Your radar? I see no hint of things in motion or even the slightest chance of change. What do I do?” He answered immediately, “Stay still and stay thankful.” His answer was both sudden and surprising, but the instructions were clear. I embarked on a journey that morning, one of those unmapped trips that bring you to intersections you did not anticipate. I was about to discover that some foundational concepts in my Christian world, like peace and trust and faith, connected in ways that I had never realized.

God’s Continual Presence and Support

MARTY GABLER—As the people of God assemble today may they realize His continual presence and support. May they stand where bid to stand and do what they are bid to do with a heart to get it done. May they declare that they will be strong and courageous knowing that a wise God with a successful plan has called them to stand and declare, and believe and do. “Only be strong and very courageous; be careful to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may have success wherever you go. “ (Jos 1:7, NASB)

The Word of God Leaves Nothing Alone

MARTY GABLER—THE WORD OF GOD WILL LEAVE NOTHING ALONE. The emphasis left us in Heb 4:12 is that the Word that is alive and the Word that is indescribably sharp, will leave nothing in us alone. The Word of God cannot be anything but alive, active, operative and penetrating and addresses everything in us. That powerful Word is going to leave nothing alone in your life. The Word of God is going to get after sin. It’s not going to leave the destiny of Jesus that is in you alone. It’s not going to leave the prophecies that are in you by the laying on of hands alone. It’s not going to leave the songs alone that God inspired and brought to you in worship concerning His greatness to be and greatness to act.

I still love that Kathy with the beautiful and anointed voice. I also loved her awesome style on the piano. She is sooo immensely missed. ❤ When we were recording, the owner of the studio (who had a rock band and played many of the big rock venues along the Gulf Coast) told a friend of ours, “I can feel the anointing of the Holy Spirit all over this room.”🙌

How to Pierce an Atmosphere

KATHY GABLER—Jesus demonstrated how to pierce an atmosphere.  He did it when He acknowledged the woman with the issue of blood.  His acknowledgment, without condemnation, pierced the atmosphere of traditions that limit life and steal destiny.  He pierced the atmosphere that was filled with the fear of death when He spoke to Jairus of his daughter saying, “Do not be afraid any longer; merely entrust this to Christ, and she will be made well.”  Jesus’ words pierced the atmosphere and served as a heads-up to the prince of the power of the air over Jairus’ region.  That atmosphere filled with unbelief was about to shatter.  The stronghold of experience and natural limitations was crumbling, bowing to a Higher order.  Jesus set the rules of engagement in Lk 8:51 “ When He came to the house, He did not allow anyone to enter with Him, except Peter and John and James, and the girl’s father and mother.” Then He pierced the powers-that-be again, “He said, “Stop weeping, for she has not died, but is asleep.”  The first blow shook every power of darkness lurking in the smothering, toxic air, and then He delivered the second blow in verse 54, “He, however, took her by the hand and called, saying, “Child, arise!”

Fears About Moons, Eclipses and Dates

MARTY GABLER—While there are people in every generation who have illusions and fears about moons, eclipses and calendar dates, let us all fear GOD and walk before Him uprightly through all the comings and goings of signs and dates and books and videos on social media. In spite of illusions, may the people of God live fruitfully and effectively while perfect love is casting out fear created by those illusions (1Jn.4:18). “But against all illusion and fantasy and empty talk there’s always this rock foundation: Fear God!” (Eccl.5:7, Msg)
Dates, predictions and signs come and go in every generation and during and after the book writing and prophesying of it all, and after the hubbub, frenzy, fear and debates subside, creation is still left groaning for the manifestation of the sons of God. We are surrounded by masses who wish their lives were different. It would not do creation nor the miserable masses an ounce of good for sons of God to be manifest somewhere out there in the distant, eternal future. Creation is not groaning for the cessation of time but for the benefits received when the King’s sons/daughters rule wisely and authoritatively with their Father’s character and enablement in real time, in present circumstances (Matt.10:7-8; Mk.16:17-20).
