May the Lord Open Our Eyes to be Aware

MARTY GABLER—May the Lord open the eyes of His people that they be aware of chicanery and fraud before they become victim to it. May those who have fallen victim have their loss restored seven times, while those who cheat others learn the error of their ways.  “But even so, he is fined seven times as much as he stole, though it may mean selling everything in his house to pay it back.” (Prov.6:31, Living Bible)

What a Day Can Hold

MELISSA GABLER—From a spontaneous song Melissa sang on a Sunday morning: “You don’t understand what a day can hold. With each breath you take, things can change.  You don’t understand what this day can hold.  With the next breath you take, life can change. With each step you take won’t you expect the impossible? Won’t you expect the answer? Don’t you understand that a day sits in the palm of His hand? With each breath you take life can change.  So, won’t you get ready for the impossible at your door? Because each day sits in the palm of His hand and there’s nothing outside of His grasp, nothing too far for His eyes to see.”

Stepping Beyond Issues

MARTY GABLER—As the people of God assemble today, may the Lord enable them to step beyond issues that would otherwise hinder their hearing the truths of His Word. May issues not be considered or guarded as the Word of God is spoken. May those issues not be a screen that the Word has to get through before the Word can be considered for repentance and/or growth. May personal issues, and issues with others who are present in the meeting, take a back seat to the life and delivering power of the Word of God.   Psa 81:13 Oh, that My people would listen to Me, that Israel would walk in My ways!   14  Speedily then I would subdue their enemies and turn My hand against their adversaries. (Amp)

Into the Wild Blue Yonder

MARTY GABLER—“Into the wild blue yonder” would likely describe the thought of many when considering going willingly into the future, for fear of what the future might hold.  Yet, it awaits us and  it is our mandate to go there. After announcing to His disciples that He had been given all power of rule, Jesus commissioned them to “go.” (Mt 28:18) We are commissioned to go in His “power of rule” and do with that power what He did with it. Until He comes, we are commissioned, not just to go into geographical locations and among sociological groupings, but to go into the future. In order to go into the future, we must go prepared. Missionaries go to geographical locations prepared with the language of that region. The future has a language. We will go into the future prepared with the right languages: the languages of finance, politics, technology and diplomacy.

Trust is a Principle of the Kingdom

MELISSA GABLER—Trust is a principle of the Kingdom.  God knew what He was doing when He created it.  It’s life-bearing, abundant-life-bearing. How beautiful it is that the principles of God are set in place to provide the John 10:10 abundant life for all who live them.  He gave us a map for life.  Check this out, Psalm 84:12 (AMP) “O Lord of hosts, How blessed and greatly favored is the man who trusts in You [believing in You, relying on You, and committing himself to You with confident hope and expectation].” Yes, that is beautiful.  But check out the rest of Psalm 84. It literally lines out what a life looks like that trusts God. Vs. 4 “Blessed and greatly favored are those who dwell in Your house and Your presence; They will be singing Your praises all the day long. Selah.”

What Will All the New Norms Be?

KATHY GABLER–I don’t know what all the New NORMS are going to be for us and Churchianity by the end of this year, but I know they’re coming because “Thy Kingdom come” is continually coming in increasing manifestation. Jesus described the Kingdom like a seed and a tree or yeast spreading.  That’s a picture of His ruling order and His authority increasing in our awareness until its influence is big enough to change us, our lives and our Norms.  And while new NORMS sound really awesome, new NORMS also mean some old ones are going to be shaken.  That may sound seamless at first, and we might think, “Bring it on,” but it might be more realistic to think, “How big a boy are ya?” Many folks could tell you stories of outliving major storms that were caused by Kingdom awareness increasing and old Norms getting shaken in their church.

May Your Heart Beat Stronger

MARTY GABLER—May your heart get healthier and beat stronger and may you enjoy all the activities that delight you. May you praise and serve the Lord God with every beat of your heart.
“Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!” (Ps.27:14, NKJV)

Become Aware of Fear in Your Life

MELISSA GABLER— Hey, you can fast fear! It’s true! Set your mind to it and watch how aware you become of fear in your life.  It’s amazing how interwoven that stinker is.  But when you become aware, you can do something about it.  You can take your rightful place in the driver’s seat by forcing fear out.  Ask the Holy Spirit to point it out, then you replace it with truth.  You replace fear with God’s original intent for your life, thoughts of peace to give you an expected end (Jer. 29:11).  This is not necessarily an overnight change, it takes time.  It’s a process well worth it, but you can still be an agent of change in the middle of your process.  How? By listening to the Father and doing/saying what He tells you.  Ps.56:3-4,TPT–” But in the day that I’m afraid, I lay all my fears before you and trust in you with all my heart. 4 What harm could a man bring to me? With God on my side, I will not be afraid of what comes. The roaring praises of God fill my heart as I trust his promises.

Not the Impossible Dream

KATHY GABLER—A NORM is something that is normal, typical, the known and what usually happens. What if every time you prayed for the sick they were healed on the spot?  That’s not the impossible dream because it happened in the New Testament, but that’s not a NORM where I’m from, not yet at least.  What if we couldn’t guarantee Church-As-Usual in the future because the Holy Spirit started translating people during worship to go work miracles and come back and tell what God did?  That would be a New Norm! What if people went to church to DO what’s on Father’s front burner and participated in an intercessory, governmental coo that brought down the dictator over politics in a county or over child abuse or poverty in a region?  I declare, such  New Norms are forming.

Encourage the Hope of the Risen Christ

MARTY GABLER—As the people of God assemble today may they encourage in each other the hope of the risen Christ whom the grave could not hold and death could not conquer. May they worship Him as the one Who is risen forevermore. May they assure each other that the power that raised Christ from the dead dwells in them and is assuring them that they will overcome, in this life, many things that threaten their lives and their seeing the fulfillment of the promises of Almighty God. Phil.3:10,TPT—“And I continually long to know the wonders of Jesus and to experience the overflowing power of his resurrection working in me. I will be one with him in his sufferings and become like him in his death.”

Walk Better and Farther

MARTY GABLER—May you be able to walk better and farther than you have been told you will be able to and may you go to the places you have desired to go all your life.  “When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to him and said, I am the Almighty God; walk and live habitually before Me and be perfect (blameless, wholehearted, complete).” (Gen.17:1, Amp)

Keep the Door Open to Dwell in His Presence

MELISSA GABLER–Trust keeps the door open to dwell in His presence. We stay around those we trust. Ps.84:11 “For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord bestows grace and favor and honor; No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.” Trust is the gateway to God’s intentions for us, equipping, protection, grace, favor and all good things. It makes sense that the summation of this Psalm is, “O Lord of hosts, How blessed and greatly favored is the man who trusts in You.” On top of being born to trust, these are compelling reasons to do so.

Offense: The Kingdom in Action

KATHY GABLER—“Offense: The Kingdom In Action” — I believe we are in a transition moving from a religious mindset that views church as meetings that satisfy an obligation to God to realizing we are all sons of God gathering to be effectual, by living our lifetime demonstrating His Kingdom-come and will-being-done on earth as it is in heaven.  This is not a new transition. It’s just a time of greater momentum with more obvious results and changes. The yeast is spreading, permeating our understanding. (Matt. 13:33)
(This is the first excerpt from an article by Kathy Gabler entitled “Offense: The Kingdom In Action” in which she talks about the advantage of moving from merely a defensive strategy to an offensive strategy.)

An Encouragement About Healing

MARTY GABLER–I would like to give an encouragement about healing. Don’t stop praying and don’t stop expecting. There were numerous people healed in the meeting at KingdomLife in Frisco,TX this past Friday and others on Sunday. BUT one lady’s healing did not manifest until today, 5 days later! She kept praying and claiming her healing and she reported today that she is healed. One lady received several healings from issues that had caused her pain and suffering for years. A couple of people reported two healings. Someone had fallen earlier in the week, had injured their knee and was dealing with pain but it was healed in the meeting. A lady had been suffering with shoulder pain for weeks but it stopped Friday night and she said that she “slept like a log” Friday night for the first time in a long time. Someone told me that they were “healed of church wounds” they had suffered several years ago. One testimony came on Saturday from a person who had regularly suffered from bad headaches and she said that she “slept like a baby” Friday night. Other reports have been coming in. Driving down I-45 on the way home Monday, Melissa and I started praying that reports would be coming in every day this week. I pray that there will be people healed as they read these testimonies. BLESSED BE THE NAME OF OUR HEALING JESUS FOREVERMORE! Keep praying and expecting!
As the song says, “He’s a healing Jesus”.

The Sound of Hope

MARTY GABLER—The sound of hope is never insignificant. Hope is the sound of heaven moved into the earth through songs, preaching of the Word of God, prophecy, conversation, teaching and testimonies. No hope is too small.  “…the mere sound of his name will signal hope, even among far-off unbelievers.” (Matt.12:21, Msg)

Substandard to Premium

MELISSA GABLER — It is all starting to make sense why this awakening is so intense.  We have the opportunity to move from a substandard life to a premium life if we will embrace this alarm and not press the snooze button! This moment really is an invitation to something incredible.  This is an invitation to enter into and function from the fear of the Lord for the sake of the Kingdom and for His glory.  I really like the sound of that.  I really want to live that.

A New Beginning

KATHY GABLER — Being born again offers us a new beginning. Our salvation brings opportunity to be equipped for life as we gain identity and affirmation thru healthy fathering. What was not experienced in our natural sonship can be established in our spiritual sonship. These essentials get established as we think differently and become mature sons, overcoming everything that opposes God’s good plans for our lives. Jn.1:12,Amp—“But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the right [the authority, the privilege] to become children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name—”

Inspiration to Move Forward

As the people of God assemble today may they rise up in the encouragement of the Lord and the saints. May they receive the inspiration of Holy Spirit to move forward and may they receive inspiration from one another that they are in the household of God and are being renewed and refreshed in His love and provision for His household. James 1:17,Amp—“Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of lights [the Creator and Sustainer of the heavens], in whom there is no variation [no rising or setting] or shadow cast by His turning [for He is perfect and never changes].”

Operating in the Kingdom of God

MARTY GABLER–HOW DO WE LEARN TO OPERATE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD?
Listed here are some factors to consider when desiring to operate in kingly authority: (1) search out and learn principles such as the one found in Luke 16. There is more to come in the Kingdom and we are presently (2) wrestling with the trials and proving grounds that will allow us the power and authority we so desperately need for ourselves and others. (3) Issues of continual defeat in our lives prevent and hold back the evidence of the Kingdom of God. Therefore, we must aggressively take hold of the Kingdom where we have been tenaciously clinging to the weaknesses that set us up for continual defeat. (4) It is plainly stated that if the man in Lk 16:10-12 cannot be trusted with money, he will most definitely not be trusted with power and authority that gets done what money falls short of doing. Quality decisions and relationship over time engender trust. (5) Ongoing relationship to other people in the Kingdom will bring us into both knowledge and experience that will enable us to take part in the dynamic of the Kingdom.

Developing as Sons

KATHY GABLER — As children, we learn who our parents are through time and relationship. We learn their order, values, beliefs, preferences, priorities, etc.  We identify them and our identity develops from there.  As sons of God, we learn who He is through time and relationship, then our identity as sons develops from there. (Rom.8:14)

The Kingdom of God is….

MARTY GABLER—Rom 14:17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. (NAS)  The Kingdom of God is not made of things that give us life in our natural flesh. The Kingdom of God, true riches, are beyond the natural; that is why it is righteousness, peace and joy “in the Holy Spirit.” The presence and activity of the Holy Spirit in our lives is the only way for the display and function of those necessities which are beyond the natural. Yet it still remains from the principle of Scripture that there is some testing and proving going on to see if we might be trusted with true riches. There are those things in this present age which await transaction and that transaction can only come about with the Transacting Power of true riches. Testing and proving is a dynamic characteristic of the Kingdom of God for those who would “be about their Father’s business.”

Take the Time to Pay Attention

MELISSA GABLER — What do I do when prophetic lifestyle things occur? Here’s where I start: TAKE THE TIME TO PAY ATTENTION. Remember, this life is meant to be EPIC. Take time to act, pray, speak it/declare it, write it down or simply agree in that moment. If it’s not obvious what to do, ask God for instruction. You may need to hold on to it for future reference. Don’t get impatient and jump into action if the action is not clear. That could lead to an unpleasant outcome. He could be training you in that moment, getting you ready. Personal Responsibility for the Prophetic Lifestyle: 1.) Read the Bible. Remember, the Bible is written FOR us, not TO us. The Word specifies who it is written TO. Reading the Bible keeps you familiar with God’s ways. God highlights and pinpoints scriptures for wisdom, action, prayer, declaration, etc. 2.) Pray… specifically in tongues. It keeps your eyes and ears open. Ephesians 3:16, 20-21- “That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.” Praying in tongues charges our spirit man. The spirit (inner man) needs to be charged way more than the soul does. Praying in tongues brings that charge which in turn brings clarity. “Your soul drinks in what your ears and eyes and emotions are exposed to all day. The only way you can renew your mind and take dominion over the demonic assault on your feelings and thoughts is to be filled with the Spirit!” (L. Wallnau).
