As the people of God assemble today, let them lift their voices with expectancy that the Jesus of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John will act as compassionately and powerfully and amazingly in their gathering as He did in the Gospels. Matt.11:5, TPT — “‘The blind see again, the crippled walk, lepers are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised back to life, and the poor and broken now hear of the hope of salvation!’”
Kathy — Being quick to put our expectations and definitions on a word from God can set us up for disappointment because we know in part. We must allow God to define terms and add parts. Through the process we more fully understand what He said up front. So, no matter how contradictory or upsetting a part might seem, we can rest assured when all the parts finally come together, God’s intent and purpose will prevail. Isa.46:10, TPT — “I declare from the beginning how it will end and foretell from the start what has not yet happened. I decree that my purpose will stand, and I will fulfill my every plan.”

LARRY BURDEN — The Passover was also important to Jesus because a divine shift was coming to the disciples in their relationship with the Father. In John 15:15, Jesus told His disciples, “No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you”. The terminology identified a relational shift from that of servant-master to one of son-father. Up to the night of the Passover, the relationship of the disciples to Jesus had been strictly business. However, after the Passover meal, that changed. In the new covenant, the disciples were no longer held by the Father as servants, but sons! That night was a divine appointment that had been in the making before the beginning of time. (LARRY BURDEN is speaking at Kingdom Congress 2021. He is the author of the book “The Orphan Heart” that has impacted many lives. Schedule and info for KC2021: martygabler.com/kc2021)
Jim Hodges — “The question is not how much does the Kingdom advance before the King returns. The question is how much will the Body of Christ pray and participate in the agenda of the Kingdom of God in the culture? An increasing Kingdom that was prophesied by Isaiah demands an anointed, activated, and fearless people of God.” (Apostle Jim Hodges will be speaking at Kingdom Congress 2021 which is March 3-5. Melissa — Many have been controlled by fear instead of the true intention of God which is freedom from fear that comes through the fear of the Lord. God is waking us up to what He intends for us. He is waking us up to freedom like we’ve never experienced in our nation or world. This explains so much. How can we live in the abundant life John 10:10 talks about if we have a knee bowed in fear of everything at our doorstep? How can we see miracles when we are bowing our knee to the impossibilities mounted against us? How can we leave a winning legacy when we count ourselves among the doomed statistics of disease and age and depletion and debt? It’s really starting to make sense why we have only seen glimpses of effectualness. Many have been under the control of the enemy who planted subtle deposits of fear for years through platforms to which we’ve given our trust and they didn’t work. But now it’s our time. We get to be alive for this! We get to be alive for the awakening and to bring the Kingdom to earth in ways we’ve never seen before. (Come to Kingdom Congress Mar.3-5,2021 and worship with Melissa and the Grace Worship Team. She will also be speaking on “The Kingdom and the Awakening” Mar.4 at 10:00am. No Fee. Kathy — When we perceive God’s plans or promise, we usually get excited with the promised outcome and give no thought to the path that will take us there. We usually focus on the outcome, expecting it to be quick and miraculous, and give no thought to the journey. It is easy to see why we get discouraged on the road to promise since we rarely foresee up front how long or how challenging that path will be. Prov.4:11-12, TPT — “I have taken you by the hand in wisdom’s ways, pointing you to the path of integrity. 12 Your progress will have no limits when you come along with me, and you will never stumble as you walk along the way.”

Melissa — Do you see what’s happening? The current bombardment we are experiencing is an undeniable wake-up call. We are being harassed with fears of everything from never being able to leave the house because of sickness, to kids never going to school again, to riots, to being fined for absurd restrictions, to being arrested for protecting ourselves. These are fear tactics that are trying to back us into a corner God never intended us to occupy. These fear tactics are driven by darkness and darkness uses fear as a means of control. We have been under the influence of darkness for years, probably centuries, and it has caused a sleep to fall over God’s people. The enemy is trying to keep us asleep so we will not take our rightful place of dominion over his evil agenda. We have to choose to either fear God and wake up or fear everything else and stay in a coma, and making the right choice will involve fighting and enduring. Since this coma-causing darkness has been around way longer than any of us have been alive, it’s not giving up easily. The battle for awakening is intense and nowhere near over. You might as well batten down your hatches for at least the rest of the year, but you can be sure it will be worth it.

As the people of God assemble today may they take hope in their redemption through the shed blood of Jesus at Calvary. May they know they are sons/daughters of most high God and rest in His present love and care and plans for their future. Eph.1:5-8, TPT—“For it was always in his perfect plan to adopt us as his delightful children, through our union with Jesus, the Anointed One, so that his tremendous love that cascades over us would glorify his grace—for the same love he has for his Beloved One, Jesus, he has for us. And this unfolding plan brings him great pleasure 7 Since we are now joined to Christ, we have been given the treasures of redemption by his blood—the total cancellation of our sins—all because of the cascading riches of his grace. 8 This superabundant grace is already powerfully working in us…”
DR. DON CRUM — The government of the Kingdom of God increases as God’s sons and daughters who are His ambassadors in the earthly realm, understand and operate more in the implementation of God’s “Foreign Policies” in the earth. Therefore, His rule and reign extend and expand throughout the nations, pulling them into alignment. Matt 13:33 Jesus also used this illustration: “The Kingdom of Heaven is like the yeast a woman used in making bread. Even though she put only a little yeast in three measures of flour, it permeated every part of the dough.” God’s Kingdom Government is permeating throughout the nations through you and me as His Kingdom Ambassadors. As God’s sons and daughters in the earth, we are entrusted with an amazing inheritance of kingly authority to legislate the affairs of nations by invoking God’s plans and policies on a massive global scale. We are rapidly moving out of the Congregational and into the Congressional in this hour. Understanding our delegated authority in Christ’s imperative. (DR. CRUM is speaking at KINGDOM CONGRESS March 3, 2021. Schedule and info: martygabler.com/kc2021/)
Kathy Gabler — I awoke in a funk. When my eyes opened, the weight of unresolved situations and unanswered prayers was already smothering my hope for the day. I sat up and said, “Father, I’m not going to whine and list the stuff that is squeezing my heart. Neither will I foolishly demand that You do something quick or I quit, but I do honestly want to ask: How should I think? How do I deal with the troubles in my face this morning, long-standing issues that have not the slightest evidence of even being on Your radar? I see no hint of things in motion or even the slightest chance of change. What do I do?” He answered immediately, “Stay still and stay thankful.” His answer was both sudden and surprising, but the instructions were clear. I embarked on a journey that morning, one of those unmapped trips that bring you to intersections you did not anticipate. I was about to discover that some foundational concepts in my Christian world, like peace and trust and faith, connected in ways that I had never realized. Melissa — I believe the awakening we have heard about for a decade, and are currently experiencing, is an awakening to the fear of the Lord. We are indeed headed into not only understanding but living in the fear of the Lord. I grew up hearing that the fear of the Lord is awe, reverence and respect for God, and it is, but there is still more. Here’s how the Holy Spirit presented it to me a month ago, “Either you are bowing your knee in awe and reverence to Me or you are bowing your knee in tolerance and submission to everything else.” (Melissa will be leading worship and speaking at Kingdom Congress which is Mar.3-5,2021. When Joshua saw the man with the sword in his hand he asked, “Are you for us or for our adversaries?” (Josh. 5:13) The man said, “No.” Joshua met someone who was not evil that was not on his side. He had to stop and think. We are so concerned about our causes, our comfort and our interests that we seldom stop to find out what God’s causes and interests are in a region or in a season. Many are asking, “What is going on?” I think God is asking, “Who is on MY side?” “Who truly has my interests at heart?” What is going on? What is going on is that what can be shaken is being shaken until all that is left standing is an unshakeable Kingdom (Heb.12:27). Occupy till . . . sounds like: don’t stop doing anything I have ordained you to do with any less faith, dedication, or enthusiasm. Heb. 3:14 “If we can only keep our grip on the sure thing we started out with, we’re in this with Christ for the long haul.” (The Message) Marty is speaking at Kingdom Congress which is Mar.3-5,2021. Kathy — Is it lack of training that leaves gaps in our character? Is it lack of healthy examples that weakens our character? Or does character corrupt in the breach between knowing the truth and living according to the truth we know? I think the latter is the heart of the matter. It moves the emphasis from lack and circumstance to diligence. We do not have to be perfect, but diligence is a requirement. The hand of the diligent will rule, Prov 12:24. (NKJ) In business or ministry or government or family or the local garden club, we do not suffer a downfall because of other people. Neither do circumstances cause us to fall. Opposition does not cause us to fall. We build our own path to downfall. Bad choices, emotional decisions, wrong priorities and self-focused agendas can cause us to fail, but a downfall comes from a breach of character.
As long as there are a people who feel they have their “ticket stamped” to go to a “much better place,” there will be no reform of what they deem to be merely an exit platform (cf.Jn.20:21;Lk.9:2;Jn.16:7). If the departure platform is somewhat rickety, people will just try to stand still and hope the train out of there arrives soon. With such a view, no one reforms or rebuilds the platform; they simply grip what is available to grip and hope to be off of it as soon as possible. The emphasis today upon the sudden coming of the Lord isn’t about Him, it is about us. The religious pundits pounding their pulpits exclaiming the quick return of our Lord are getting hearty (and well financed) “Amens!” in response to their promises of sudden escape from disappointments, rudely jostled comfort zones and nerve-racking prognostication. We have been taught by pop-theology to use faith for immediate relief, not long-term endurance, not long-term results (Heb.11:13 does not figure into Esau’s demands for immediate relief). The Esau mindset of blowing off the coming generations and spending what you’ve got on relief for the present generation flies well in today’s skies. Joseph did not get immediate results (or relief) after his prophetic dream and prophetic pronouncement. He and Daniel and Esther were sent ahead to “preserve a posterity,” “continue a remnant” and “save lives.” (Gen.45:7 Amplified) Joseph stood and stood and took ground “until the Word of the Lord proved him” and he was not proven to guarantee him plenty of airtime and notoriety but for the survival of a nation (Ps.105:18). He was not dealt the luxurious right of faith for immediate relief or escape. But the result was the salvation of a nation and its being propelled into the future of its destiny for Jehovah’s purposes and Name’s sake.

As the people of God assemble today let them rejoice in the warmth of God’s selfless, giving love. Rom.5:5, TLB — “Then, when that happens, we are able to hold our heads high no matter what happens and know that all is well, for we know how dearly God loves us, and we feel this warm love everywhere within us because God has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.”
Kathy — There are people who are on the threshold of an Isaac season. For me that represents a long-awaited promise finally coming to pass. Isaac represents the good plans of God manifesting. Isaac represents enabling to reach a greater degree of purpose and potential. Isaac represents the joy of fulfillment. We are positioned in a time and place for “Isaacs” to come on the scene. Rom.4:20-21, The Passion Translation — “He never stopped believing God’s promise, for he was made strong in his faith[a] to father a child. And because he was mighty in faith and convinced that God had all the power needed to fulfill his promises, Abraham glorified God!”

What, Where, Why, How, When — WHAT we need more than better politicians is an awakening move of God. WHERE we need that move of God is in the Church. WHY we need that move of God (perhaps it might better be labeled a reforming move of God) is because, having lost sight of our purpose in the earth, the church is bemoaning and reacting rather than decreeing and acting. HOW the move will come is determined by the resistance from those He is attempting to move upon, i.e., the types of circumstances in which they will be willing to hear from God. There are numerous creative circumstances in the Bible that were allowed to develop to awaken purpose in those who eventually became Sunday School story heroes. But then, their goal was not to get to heaven. It was to stop the giants and the systems that dared defy the Lord of Hosts. WHEN God moves, we must be ready to yield to a paradigm that allows His government to reform us before we inadequately try transforming a nation. (1Pe.4:17 “judgment begins in the house of God”) After not preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom (i.e.,the rule of God, not just a get-out-of-hell-free message; Matt.4:23; 9:35; 24:14) and Kingdom culture for 200 years, we are crying out in our nation for a political figure to legislate morality to produce a culture that doesn’t destroy itself and shed innocent blood. (Matt.5-6 is Kingdom culture)

Melissa — This is the year to loose your grasp on Plan B and take hold, with both hands, of Plan A – His original intent for your life in this year. If your answer is hidden, ask God what the right question is in this moment. Ask Him what, in you, might be hindering the answer. Ask Him what you need to know today. He’s got plans for you, He is not into punishing you. His M.O. is all about forgiveness, redemption, relationship, and promotion all for His glory. Hey, if He tells you it’s simply about timing then it’s really that simple. His timing is perfect. Look at the birth and life of Samuel. Perseverance is key! It’s going to be an amazing year. Get ready for your answers. (Melissa will be leading worship and speaking at Kingdom Congress which is Mar.3-5,2021.
