God’s Will in the Now

KATHY GABLER — His Kingdom has already been in effect, now is in effect and will be in effect always. That contradicts that silent “someday” that would keep the Kingdom of God out of reach during our lifetime, or keep “righteousness and peace and joy” in His presence only a future, someday realization (Rom 14:17). How messed up is it to think that righteousness, peace and joy are unreachable until you die? That thinking would make “Thy Kingdom come” a death request. Could we get any more perversely opposite to the heart of God than that? Could we deny His New Covenant provision any louder than that? If we think that His Kingdom (meaning His rule and His order) cannot come into earth now when we pray, is it any wonder that manifestations of His power show up piecemeal rather than bulk, or sporadically rather than continually? Poor God. When His stewards on earth think like that, they only accidentally stumble into agreement that opens the earth to God’s will in the now.   (Hear Kathy at KINGDOM CONGRESS 2023.  For info click on this link: martygabler.com/kc2023/)

The Never-Ending Warranty

MELISSA—God simply does not produce junk. He didn’t create humanity with only “one shot” to make it a good life, so “you better not mess up” or get sick in the process or “your life is over”. In fact, God Himself created the original warranty when Jesus took those stripes on His back (Isa. 53:5 &1Pe. 2:24). Yeah, that’s right, we have a never ending warranty on us, signed in blood. This warranty includes, “…all things that pertain unto life and godliness” (2Pe. 1:3). We have in us what we need right now, at this moment in time, for ourselves AND for our nation. Dare I even say, for the world. We have it because we have a relationship with Jesus Christ which opens us up to be a floodgate of Heaven on earth. It’s only through relationship that we gain understanding of the covenant. It’s our relationship with the King of Kings that sharpens and broadens our vision to see the treasures and promises in His covenant.

Call Out

”Call to Me and I will answer you” (Jer.33:3). This is a covenant God speaking. I can look back at these Old Testament scriptures and I can stand on them today, right here, right now today I can cry out, “Restore God!” Restore my finances, restore my health, restore my relationships, restore my hope because I also am a covenant man. The book of Hebrews says I have a better covenant than Old Testament Israel had (Heb.8:6). That is what you and I are standing in today, right now and I am urging you to cry out today, to cry restore! Don’t just cry out for your finances but your mental health, your physical health, your family’s relationship. Cry out for your hope for the nation, your hope for the body of Christ. Ps.34:17,Amp—”When the righteous cry [for help], the Lord hears And rescues them from all their distress and troubles.”

Call and I Will Answer

Melissa — Let’s look at “Call to me and I will answer you” through a modern American paradigm: I call on the Lord and He will answer – I will tell Him what I need and He will give it to me because He is a loving God. You know, kind of like curbside grocery delivery. I took the time to get my list together and I took the time to call about this list. Now, it’s on Him to deliver!  I’m afraid we North Americans operate out of an entitled mindset not only in our relationship with earthlings, but also in our relationship with God. If I call on Him then ________ (insert pre-determined answer here). The problem with an entitled relationship with God is where the entitlement is rooted. If it is rooted in the Spirit, according to the covenant, then it will put you in a posture of dominion. If, however, it is rooted in the soul then it will hold you in a victimized defensive posture. The soul will keep you chained out of reach of God’s original intent which is indeed dominion. Or said another way, the soul will keep you from being heaven on earth.

Jehovah’s Covenant Remains

God’s Word, God’s promises, God’s covenant with His people have not become void or suspended or even diminished. “Incline your ear [submit and consent to the divine will] and come to Me; hear, and your soul will revive; and I will make an everlasting covenant or league with you, even the sure mercy (kindness, goodwill, and compassion) promised to David.” (Isa.55:3, Amp) Panic and/or despair are nothing but wasted thoughts and emotions. Those people who walk uprightly before their God will be kept in the shadow of the Almighty. “For the Lord God is a Sun and Shield; the Lord bestows [present] grace and favor and [future] glory (honor, splendor, and heavenly bliss)! No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.” (Ps.84:11, Amp) Jehovah (“self-Existent”) is still Jehovah and remains all that He has ever been and His Word is still good and cannot be changed. “God’s Law is more real and lasting than the stars in the sky and the ground at your feet. Long after stars burn out and earth wears out, God’s Law will be alive and working.” (Matt.5:18, Msg)

Unconventional Solutions

Current events in each generation will place unrelenting demands upon that generation to see that there are possibilities, people and resources that can be ThinkingMindfultrained, modified and applied to the challenges unique to and inherited by that generation. Since we have never seen anything like the current events in our lifetime, or anyone else’s lifetime, we take hope that the God who brought solutions to Israel and used those solutions to keep covenant with them is the same God who is the Enabler of His people today to bring help and unconventional solutions to the challenges of this generation and the ones to come. “But you shall [earnestly] remember the Lord your God, for it is He Who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.” (Deut.8:18, NASB)

Great is Thy Faithfulness

As the people of God assemble today around their family computers and in church GoodShepherdparking lots, may they reflect on and stand on the faithfulness of their Father God who “changest not” and His “compassions they fail not”, as He has forever been faithful to His people and consistent with His Word, so shall He in these days and days to come. “Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations,” (Deut.7:9, ESV)

Help to Overcome

Helping up(Kathy) — Your salvation means you have the covenant-backing of Almighty God to help you overcome anything that opposes what you’re born to do, whether that opposition be in your health, relationships, finance, timing or circumstances.  Your salvation assures you of overcoming power. This awesome salvation will even save you from yourself. Ps.18:35; Ps.51:12

Keeping Covenant

The Lord is challenging those who have been caught up in the spirit of breaking shakehandssmilecovenants and ignoring covenants; And those who have been robbed of the value and benefits of covenant will regard covenant as a must, will cling to people and opportunities, will repent, will rethink and will rebuild the walls that have been broken down.
Ps.51:7-15, TPT “Purify my conscience! Make this leper clean again! Wash me in your love until I am pure in heart. 8 Satisfy me in your sweetness, and my song of joy will return. The places within me you have crushed will rejoice in your healing touch 9 Hide my sins from your face; erase all my guilt by your saving grace. 10 Create a new, clean heart within me. Fill me with pure thoughts and holy desires, ready to please you.”

Let Hope Arise

As the people of God assemble today, may hope arise within the hearts of the weary ones and may dreams be revived in the lives of the discouraged ones, and may they lift their hands and declare on clear voices that our God does not forget His covenant or His mercies to a thousand generations.  “The LORD your God is a merciful God. He will not abandon you, destroy you, or forget the promise to your ancestors that he swore he would keep.” (Deut.4:31, GW)

Faithfully Stand

PeopleStandingTogether
As the people of God Almighty assemble today, may they speak and express
to one another their commitments to faithfully stand by the tenets
of faith of God’s Word and to faithfully stand by one another even
as their faithful God has stood by His covenant.

“He always stands by his covenant— the commitment he
made to a thousand generations.” (Ps.105:8, NLT)

Deliver From Covenant-Breaking

BridgeMay the Lord deliver people from a spirit of covenant-breaking. May those who are under delusion to break marriage covenant, and relationship covenants that God has ordained, be awakened to their commitments to God, spouses, children and God-purposed relationships. May they boldly move away from the destructive precipice edge that affects many lives (not just their own). May the breaches be healed and the hurts be soothed. May God’s love prevail and may decisions be made today that honor Almighty God and His Word.

“All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth, To such as keep His covenant and His testimonies.”(Ps. 25:10, NKJV)

The Lord God Keeps Israel And Us

This is the day the Lord has made so…

I will rejoice because the Lord God Most High is actively involved in current events. He will not overlook or ignore unrighteous ploys and will not allow ours or Israel’s or His enemies to prevail. (Ps74)

“Yours is the day, Yours also is the night; You have prepared the light and the sun.
You have established all the boundaries of the earth; You have made summer and winter.
Remember this, O Lord, that the enemy has reviled, And a foolish people has spurned Your name.
Do not deliver the soul of Your turtledove to the wild beast; Do not forget the life of Your afflicted forever.
Consider the covenant; For the dark places of the Land are full of the habitations of violence.
Let not the oppressed return dishonored; Let the afflicted and needy praise Your name.” (Ps74:16-21)
