When God is keeping His people on His timetable it will require constant change on the part of those people. If we take an honest look at Eph 4:13-16, we will admit that we have not arrived. Change in the Church across the board is what we have to look forward to. Sameness is not the answer. As we hunger for the Holy Spirit’s presence in carrying out our Heavenly Father’s mandate, there will be likely human personalities who will resist. As we continue to receive prophecies that propel us forward into our destiny, there will be opposing forces that will attempt to intimidate and discourage us from doing mighty exploits. The 10 spies will cry, “Giants!” The Athaliahs will yell, “Treason!” The Michals will tauntingly proclaim, “Vile!” And the Sanballats will accusingly shout, “Rebellion!” If we check our mandate and our motivation and find them to be scriptural as David did, then let’s allow it to become our courage.
There is a purpose and design for your life, a purpose for every person’s life. Not all are called to build big companies, great empires or large ministries. But each of us are capable of touching someone else’s life with the compassionate heart and redemptive power of the Lord Jesus Christ. May the Lord grant you wisdom in your mind, purity in your heart and power in your hands to be and do all that He has mandated you to do in a lifetime. (1Tim.1:5, GW) “My goal in giving you this order is for love to flow from a pure heart, from a clear conscience, and from a sincere faith.” We are praying you discover daily that the love of Christ is flowing from your heart.

Jesus first said, “Go” (Mt 28:19), then in v.20 He announced: I am with you all the days (perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the [very] close and consummation of the age. We have a future that is guaranteed by our commissioning. We are commissioned to continue going until the very close and consummation of the age. There is, therefore, no let up and no decrease. Our Lord said “Go” but has not said, “Come back.” We will speak the language of commissioned ones. We will continue to go into the geographical spheres and to people groups where He gives us power of influence, and we will continue to go into the future with preparation and expectancy.
…He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!] 6 So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say, The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified]. What can man do to me? (Heb 13:5-6)
