New Norm for a Valuable Legacy

As the people of God assemble today may hear about, speak about and expect to see a new norm for the sons/daughters of Father God to live in and move in as they minister to their hopeless family members and minister to a hopeless world. May they pray for and hope for the Book of Acts level of operating in the norm of Holy Spirit like the surprised disciples began to do after Pentecost. May they act like the Book of Acts is still being written and may they take part in the legacy recorded for those yet to come. Acts 14:3,TPT—“Yet Paul and Barnabas stayed there for a long time, preaching boldly and fearlessly about the Lord. Many trusted in the Lord, for he backed up his message of grace with miracles, signs, and wonders performed by the apostles.”

Coming to a New Norm

In the Bible, when a person or a nation received a breakthrough, when they began a new era, God was trying to tell them that they did not have to operate at the previous level. He was, through His Word and through their experiences, attempting to get across to them that they had come to a new norm. When we come to a new norm (or simply desire to) we would do well to realize that we must think differently and put effort into functioning differently.

Reaching for God’s Extraordinary

We must reach up and get hold of God’s extraordinary which is more than a span of revival meetings that gives us temporary relief from the mundane. The mundane must be invaded in such a way that we do not simply return to it after a brief respite and after things are trying to sink back into “business as usual”.

Prepared for new Level

Melissa—As I was praying for friends in difficult situations, all of a sudden I saw something being ripped in half and I hear, “No longer subjugated.” Now, the Lord didn’t just say, “No longer subjugated”, but He also tore something apart.  Could that have been a principality that He tore up? Perhaps one that has been sitting all high and mighty but met it’s doomsday? Gotta say, I really like the sound of that!  Then a couple of days after this tremendous insight I heard, “The page has turned”. Not only did He shred something, but right behind it He turned a page.  We are at a point for which we have been waiting and hoping.  I know a lot of us feel like it has taken forever but we have had to acclimate to be able to shift into the next place. We’ve needed to be prepared for this new level, this new reality.  The old norm can’t function at this level.  The old norm operated under subjugation, but now it’s time to operate in a realm of freedom like we’ve not seen.

God’s Plan and Opposition

God’s Plan and Opposition
Does God’s plan or purpose ever change? When His Word does not come to pass within a timeframe or in a manner that our expectancies are the most comfortable with, is it OK to just give up and give in and go along with whatever people perceive will get us all back to being close to normal?

Carrying What the Nation Needs

LoadCarryBurden.jpgMelissa — We carry what our nation and the world needs, and you can change things from where you are at this moment. God used a remnant of people time and time again to make big changes. He’s God, a tiny dose of His power can turn this nation right-side up! Our new motto for this unconventional year and beyond can be: As goes the remnant, so goes the nation.
