IF…. THEN…. in the Bible is significant. 2Ch 7:14 IF My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, THEN will I hear from 
heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land. (Amp) A primary thing must take place so that a secondary thing can. God is saying, “Seek Me, call unto Me so I can show you things to do and empower you to do what you have never done.” But, if we continue to seek man and call unto man, man will show us things that are within his grasp and understanding. Man will offer you things out of the trove of his poverty of human experience. The answers we need in our lives and in this present world situation far exceed the ability of human reason, religion, politicians and special interest groups. The reason we have not experienced some of the great promises and provisions of God is not because we have never heard of them, rather it is because they have been displaced by 1.) fear of things beyond our experience and 2.) unbelief and 3.) the influence of people and things that are not righteous. Shuffling people in and out of political office and just throwing more money at issues is settling for, at the very least, miserable facsimiles of the righteous solutions available from the throne of God. Those throne solutions will be completely different from our tried-and-failed standbys.

(Melissa Gabler) – It’s interesting how we’ve had a zombie craze over the last 8 years. Hmmm, the virus exposed itself! We are surrounded by the broken that are driven by a poisoned inoculation. Here’s the beauty, we have the antidote! So, “Do not participate in the worthless and unproductive deeds of darkness, but instead expose them [by exemplifying personal integrity, moral courage, and godly character]; for it is disgraceful even to mention the things that such people practice in secret. But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light [of God’s precepts], for it is light that makes everything visible. For this reason He says, ‘Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine [as dawn] upon you and give you light.’” (Ephesians 5:11-14 AMP)

Prayer is a great avenue for moving what is in heaven into earth. In a voice of command, the Lord God spoke to Jeremiah and required that he “call unto” Him (Jer.33:3). Calling unto God has a purpose. It was not a religious exercise 
that God wanted to observe Jeremiah busy with. God said, “Call unto me AND I will answer.” It would be in agreement with what God fully intended to do in the earth. God must agree with Himself and with His Word, His will, His plan. God is not without purpose, not without a plan; but there are times when God has been without someone to stand in the gap calling upon Him to move power and authority from heaven into the earth. Eze 22:30 “I searched for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land, so that I would not destroy it; but I found no one. Ezekiel does not say that a large company is required but, in v.30, ONE will do. Lk 18:1 ALSO [Jesus] told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not to turn coward (faint, lose heart, and give up). (Amp) 1Ti 2:8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. (Kathy Gabler) I have been seeing God’s hand moving behind a curtain on a stage. That has kept me anticipating the curtain rising in my understanding. Little by little an expectation has grown in me that we are about to see many things the Holy Spirit has been adjusting, rearranging, developing, redeeming, restoring and maturing. I don’t think there will be some colorful, feel good, fairytale play behind those curtains, rather a stage set with details that bring clarity and a God-perspective that equips us, literally showing us another way to think and perceive and prevail. I have a feeling the curtain will rise on insights that adjust our mode of operation and strategies and change our outcomes.

Being a sign in the earth is accomplishing something that shows our Lord’s character (His Name) in this earth. That which is in heaven comes into this earth through an earthen vessel and continually points back to its Source in heaven by what it says and what it does until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. (Eph.4:13) Don’t sell yourself short. Don’t stop short of becoming a mature man; don’t stop short of the measure of the stature or the fullness of Christ. It is a life well-lived, a life well-spent, a life of godly character for His glory that is a vessel to contain what has been imparted from heaven. There is a war in the atmosphere over our nation. It’s like a virus that causes complete irrationality brought on by the stubborn refusal to take personal responsibility. This “virus” was released by an 
evil agenda to build a one-world dictatorship in the “land of the free and the home of the brave”! How? By coddling, and stroking the broken. By wooing them with band-aids, and promising them “Kool-aid”. Instead of teaching people they don’t have to be a victim of their circumstances, this “virus” took advantage of their emotional state for it’s own selfish, ungodly gain. Well, guess what, “There shall be no end to the increase of His government and of peace, [He shall rule] on the throne of David and over His Kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness from that time forward and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will accomplish this.” (Isaiah 9:7 AMP) It’s happening folks!

“Behold, I and the children whom the Lord has given me are for signs and wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, Who dwells on Mount Zion.” (Isa.8:18, NASB) A sign is something that points to something greater than itself. The sign is never the focus but that which it represents. Isaiah’s children and their names were an ongoing message (a sign) to the nation of Israel. Jehovah was attempting to move His resolve and provision from heaven into the earth in Israel by giving Israel a sign through living, breathing members of their community. Sons of God are still signs in the earth of answers that are in heaven and ready to be moved into earth.

The need in our nation is far greater than politicians, military, law-enforcement and the medical community, combined, can handle. We must have in this earth that which is beyond earth because, for 
decades, the best efforts of man in this earth have fallen miserably short. The Lord Jesus (King of Kings) commanded His disciples to pray that His Kingdom would come in earth as it is in heaven (Matt.6:10). It is plain to see in our Lord’s command that what exists in heaven can be moved into the earth through prayer by available vessels who align themselves with His purposes, who don’t merely pray but position themselves to be the vessel through which the power and provision of heaven move. Those same disciples are the ones who were said to have “turned the world upside down” in Acts 17:6. Conclusion, something moved through them from heaven into earth and the result was as though the world was turned upside down because the outcome was so different from the norm. May the Lord bring to their remembrance the good promises others have made to us, no matter how long ago. May they consider the commitments they made and set about honoring those promises. May they not try to follow through with only a “reasonable facsimile thereof” but provide the full measure of the original intention and may God bless it and multiply it beyond initial expectations. I asked to understand why the power of the air could get to and maintain such a fierceness of warfare in a particular region I had been praying over. I heard the words, “10 layers” and then I realized 
this power had been steadily gaining and reigning for decades, and the powers that be, those residing rulers of darkness in this region, have tenure. The air has been repeatedly conditioned as men’s choices, acts and decisions have remained “under the influence.” However, Goliath, no matter how big he grew was born to fall, and no matter how many opponents he fought on the way, the confrontation with David was his appointed demise. God’s “due time” appointments involve the intersection of time, place, circumstances and specific people. It is obviously due time for God’s order to prevail in the atmosphere of that region. That explains why the warfare has peaked to a crisis turning point. Decades of decisions and their results over that region are being set up like dominoes, poised for knocking down. (Kathy Gabler)

It is a good thing to be reminded on one special day of the year that it is our full time occupation every day (while going out, while being out and while coming in) to give thanks to the LORD for goodness is not just an attribute, it is what God is and He can be nothing else. Let there be giving of thanks (in both speaking and singing) to Jahveh, who is most gracious. “It is a good and delightful thing to give thanks to the Lord, To sing praises to Your name, O Most High” (Ps.92:1, Amp)

Why not a LIFESTYLE of THANKSGIVING? This Thanksgiving, may our hearts and minds be so turned to awareness of our Lord and to the giving of thanks to our Lord, that if He were to send in among us “angels unawares” (Heb.13:2), they would witness people who know the righteous God that they know, in the way that they know Him and honor Him. May such messenger/observers witness our 
living out our thanks rather than vocalizing it occasionally.
4 neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, BUT RATHER GIVING OF THANKS…
6 Let no one deceive you with empty words…
8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord…
10 finding out what is acceptable to the Lord.

God reveals Himself in truth. We are not only to recite truth but we are to experience truth. The truth is that GOD IS AWESOME, that He is great and greatly to be praised. What better way to praise 
ALMIGHTY GOD than to praise Him with our very lives – spirit, soul AND body. What about the importance of the Word? He promised that He would confirm His Word with signs following (Mk.16:20). He didn’t just talk about the power of His Word. He showed what the power of His Word would do! “The things that distinguish a true apostle were performed among you with great perseverance—supernatural signs, startling wonders, and awesome miracles.” (2Cor.12:12,TPT)

As the people of God assemble today, may the Lord enable them to step 
beyond issues that would otherwise hinder their hearing the truths of His Word. May issues not be considered or guarded as the Word of God is spoken. May those issues not be a screen that the Word has to get through before the Word can be considered for repentance and/or growth. May personal issues, and issues with others who are present in the meeting, take a back seat to the life and delivering power of the Word of God. Psa 81:13 “Oh, that My people would listen to Me, that Israel would walk in My ways! 14 Speedily then I would subdue their enemies and turn My hand against their adversaries.” (Amp)

Recently, I asked the Lord for insight on what some pastor friends were dealing with. His answer was, “Whispers in the wind.” Caught up in the moment, I did not speak but used my hands to war (Psa 144:1). I thrust my hand in the air, snapping 
from an open palm to a pinching grip to silence the noise and shut up the foul breath.
I was confident that the “winds” were being confronted by counterforces of God and the outcome would be a halt to the lethal influences invading lives and business and government, especially in the church mountain of culture in that region. “Be still and know that I Am God” was the prevailing, activated directive as I watched the war in the air. I saw dark powers vying for positions like communication companies contending for key antennae placement. The powers of darkness were looking for effective perches for the most intense signal and dominating communication advantage to keep the atmosphere inundated with their whispers, but the sounds were muted.

who are not intending to operate within the timing of Him who sets the times and works His plans accordingly. May our Lord save us from those who do not desire HIS calendar and those who simply neglect concern over His times. My times are in His Hand and I will not put them in the hands of any other. A public school teacher from our home church was talking with one of her students. The boy said that since his father was in prison, he would likely be in prison. She simply told him that he did not have to be in prison just because his father was. His response was, “I never thought of that.” The teacher only had to speak something that you might think could be left unsaid because it should be obvious. But for a boy who lived in an environment without hope, a simple word of encouragement changed his whole outlook. Just because something has been a reality, even for a long time, does not mean it is a given for the future. Through Christ our Lord, we are free from what has been and have hope for what shall be. “Thus we have been set free to experience our rightful heritage. 7 . . .And if you are a child, you’re also an heir, with complete access to the inheritance.” (Gal.4:5,7 Msg)

heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land. (Amp) A primary thing must take place so that a secondary thing can. God is saying, “Seek Me, call unto Me so I can show you things to do and empower you to do what you have never done.” But, if we continue to seek man and call unto man, man will show us things that are within his grasp and understanding. Man will offer you things out of the trove of his poverty of human experience. The answers we need in our lives and in this present world situation far exceed the ability of human reason, religion, politicians and special interest groups. The reason we have not experienced some of the great promises and provisions of God is not because we have never heard of them, rather it is because they have been displaced by 1.) fear of things beyond our experience and 2.) unbelief and 3.) the influence of people and things that are not righteous. Shuffling people in and out of political office and just throwing more money at issues is settling for, at the very least, miserable facsimiles of the righteous solutions available from the throne of God. Those throne solutions will be completely different from our tried-and-failed standbys.
(Melissa Gabler) – It’s interesting how we’ve had a zombie craze over the last 8 years. Hmmm, the virus exposed itself! We are surrounded by the broken that are driven by a poisoned inoculation. Here’s the beauty, we have the antidote! So, “Do not participate in the worthless and unproductive deeds of darkness, but instead expose them [by exemplifying personal integrity, moral courage, and godly character]; for it is disgraceful even to mention the things that such people practice in secret. But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light [of God’s precepts], for it is light that makes everything visible. For this reason He says, ‘Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine [as dawn] upon you and give you light.’” (Ephesians 5:11-14 AMP) 
that God wanted to observe Jeremiah busy with. God said, “Call unto me AND I will answer.” It would be in agreement with what God fully intended to do in the earth. God must agree with Himself and with His Word, His will, His plan. God is not without purpose, not without a plan; but there are times when God has been without someone to stand in the gap calling upon Him to move power and authority from heaven into the earth. Eze 22:30 “I searched for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land, so that I would not destroy it; but I found no one. Ezekiel does not say that a large company is required but, in v.30, ONE will do. Lk 18:1 ALSO [Jesus] told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not to turn coward (faint, lose heart, and give up). (Amp) 1Ti 2:8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. As the people of God assemble today may the strength of the name of the Lord fill them with overcoming vitality. May they realize they have a friend that sticks closer than a brother and that He is the strong one standing with them and upholding them by His powerful right hand. Ps.63:8, Amp – “My whole being follows hard after You and clings closely to You; Your right hand upholds me.”
(Kathy Gabler) I have been seeing God’s hand moving behind a curtain on a stage. That has kept me anticipating the curtain rising in my understanding. Little by little an expectation has grown in me that we are about to see many things the Holy Spirit has been adjusting, rearranging, developing, redeeming, restoring and maturing. I don’t think there will be some colorful, feel good, fairytale play behind those curtains, rather a stage set with details that bring clarity and a God-perspective that equips us, literally showing us another way to think and perceive and prevail. I have a feeling the curtain will rise on insights that adjust our mode of operation and strategies and change our outcomes. 
Being a sign in the earth is accomplishing something that shows our Lord’s character (His Name) in this earth. That which is in heaven comes into this earth through an earthen vessel and continually points back to its Source in heaven by what it says and what it does until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. (Eph.4:13) Don’t sell yourself short. Don’t stop short of becoming a mature man; don’t stop short of the measure of the stature or the fullness of Christ. It is a life well-lived, a life well-spent, a life of godly character for His glory that is a vessel to contain what has been imparted from heaven. evil agenda to build a one-world dictatorship in the “land of the free and the home of the brave”! How? By coddling, and stroking the broken. By wooing them with band-aids, and promising them “Kool-aid”. Instead of teaching people they don’t have to be a victim of their circumstances, this “virus” took advantage of their emotional state for it’s own selfish, ungodly gain. Well, guess what, “There shall be no end to the increase of His government and of peace, [He shall rule] on the throne of David and over His Kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness from that time forward and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will accomplish this.” (Isaiah 9:7 AMP) It’s happening folks!
“Behold, I and the children whom the Lord has given me are for signs and wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, Who dwells on Mount Zion.” (Isa.8:18, NASB) A sign is something that points to something greater than itself. The sign is never the focus but that which it represents. Isaiah’s children and their names were an ongoing message (a sign) to the nation of Israel. Jehovah was attempting to move His resolve and provision from heaven into the earth in Israel by giving Israel a sign through living, breathing members of their community. Sons of God are still signs in the earth of answers that are in heaven and ready to be moved into earth.
(Melissa Gabler) Here’s what you need to know first and foremost: YOU are important, YOU have a piece that the rest of us need, YOU have a gift and skill combo no one else has, YOU will live and not die, YOU are created for His glory, and all of these things are His original intent for you now and in the days to come! Now that that is in the atmosphere, let’s talk about life in the season ahead.
decades, the best efforts of man in this earth have fallen miserably short. The Lord Jesus (King of Kings) commanded His disciples to pray that His Kingdom would come in earth as it is in heaven (Matt.6:10). It is plain to see in our Lord’s command that what exists in heaven can be moved into the earth through prayer by available vessels who align themselves with His purposes, who don’t merely pray but position themselves to be the vessel through which the power and provision of heaven move. Those same disciples are the ones who were said to have “turned the world upside down” in Acts 17:6. Conclusion, something moved through them from heaven into earth and the result was as though the world was turned upside down because the outcome was so different from the norm. As the people of God assemble today may they be strengthened in their inner man by the Holy Spirit. May they be reinforced by mighty power by the Holy Spirit. “May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]. May the Lord bring to their remembrance the good promises others have made to us, no matter how long ago. May they consider the commitments they made and set about honoring those promises. May they not try to follow through with only a “reasonable facsimile thereof” but provide the full measure of the original intention and may God bless it and multiply it beyond initial expectations. Gen. 41:9–”Then the chief butler spoke to Pharaoh, saying: “I remember. . .” v.12–”Now there was a young Hebrew man with us there. . .” v.14–”Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph. . .”
this power had been steadily gaining and reigning for decades, and the powers that be, those residing rulers of darkness in this region, have tenure. The air has been repeatedly conditioned as men’s choices, acts and decisions have remained “under the influence.” However, Goliath, no matter how big he grew was born to fall, and no matter how many opponents he fought on the way, the confrontation with David was his appointed demise. God’s “due time” appointments involve the intersection of time, place, circumstances and specific people. It is obviously due time for God’s order to prevail in the atmosphere of that region. That explains why the warfare has peaked to a crisis turning point. Decades of decisions and their results over that region are being set up like dominoes, poised for knocking down. (Kathy Gabler)
It is a good thing to be reminded on one special day of the year that it is our full time occupation every day (while going out, while being out and while coming in) to give thanks to the LORD for goodness is not just an attribute, it is what God is and He can be nothing else. Let there be giving of thanks (in both speaking and singing) to Jahveh, who is most gracious. “It is a good and delightful thing to give thanks to the Lord, To sing praises to Your name, O Most High” (Ps.92:1, Amp)
living out our thanks rather than vocalizing it occasionally. 
ALMIGHTY GOD than to praise Him with our very lives – spirit, soul AND body. What about the importance of the Word? He promised that He would confirm His Word with signs following (Mk.16:20). He didn’t just talk about the power of His Word. He showed what the power of His Word would do! “The things that distinguish a true apostle were performed among you with great perseverance—supernatural signs, startling wonders, and awesome miracles.” (2Cor.12:12,TPT)
that we may be everything we need to be for our families for as long as we need to be it. May there be physical strength and mental acuity for fulfilling our responsibilities to loved ones and those the Lord has connected us to for His Kingdom purposes. May the Lord keep us from illness and disease that we may walk in His timing without faltering or coming up short of fulfillment. “Moses was 120 years old when he died. His eyesight was sharp; he still walked with a spring in his step.” (Deut.34:7, Msg) 
beyond issues that would otherwise hinder their hearing the truths of His Word. May issues not be considered or guarded as the Word of God is spoken. May those issues not be a screen that the Word has to get through before the Word can be considered for repentance and/or growth. May personal issues, and issues with others who are present in the meeting, take a back seat to the life and delivering power of the Word of God. Psa 81:13 “Oh, that My people would listen to Me, that Israel would walk in My ways! 14 Speedily then I would subdue their enemies and turn My hand against their adversaries.” (Amp)

May the Lord God draw our attention beyond false presumption and cultural misinformation and the weakness of mere emotional reactions to train us in good common sense so that we may enjoy the fruit of living God’s way. “Train me in good common sense; I’m thoroughly committed to living your way.” (Ps.119:66, Msg)
who are not intending to operate within the timing of Him who sets the times and works His plans accordingly. May our Lord save us from those who do not desire HIS calendar and those who simply neglect concern over His times. My times are in His Hand and I will not put them in the hands of any other. We need HIM, our Shepherd, every hour. “My times are in your hand…” (Ps.31:15, NKJV) “Desperate, I throw myself on you: you are my God! Hour by hour I place my days in your hand, safe from the hands out to get me.” (Ps.31:14-15, Msg)
A public school teacher from our home church was talking with one of her students. The boy said that since his father was in prison, he would likely be in prison. She simply told him that he did not have to be in prison just because his father was. His response was, “I never thought of that.” The teacher only had to speak something that you might think could be left unsaid because it should be obvious. But for a boy who lived in an environment without hope, a simple word of encouragement changed his whole outlook. Just because something has been a reality, even for a long time, does not mean it is a given for the future. Through Christ our Lord, we are free from what has been and have hope for what shall be. “Thus we have been set free to experience our rightful heritage. 7 . . .And if you are a child, you’re also an heir, with complete access to the inheritance.” (Gal.4:5,7 Msg)
