I DECLARE: **7. There will be an effective Kingdom expression of the present generation in the coming year.
There will not simply be talk and complaining about unacceptable issues but unified participation to bring about transformation.
THE KINGDOM OF GOD HAS AN EXPRESSION IN EVERY GENERATION.
–What the former generations did not/could not express, we will.
–What our parents were not, we can be.
–What has not been accomplished in past generations can be accomplished in OUR generation…. in US.
Phil.3:13 “reaching forth to those things which are before”
i.e., reaching beyond the point that we have reached in the past; reaching beyond former blockages and hindrances.
Lk.6:10 “stretch forth your hand”, i.e. do something you have never done before.
Start what has never gotten started before.
Stop what has never been stopped before.
Build bigger and more effective that which has always been small and ineffective.
We are destined to be an instrument of the Kingdom of God and to use Kingdom of God methods to get Kingdom of God results.

I DECLARE: **6. WE WILL BE GOING TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF EVERYTHING.
The next level of (1) health, (2) prosperity, (3) influence, (4) effectiveness, (5) favor, (6) insight, (7) discernment, (8) expectancy, (9) next level beyond ordinary.
–Going beyond previous measures for greater results.
The degree of movement will depend upon the individual.
—We will not be stopping at old crossroads to just stand there and not cross.
—We will not be stopping at old intersections just to turn and go back to old places.
—Not stopping at old thresholds, old gates.
—Not stopping at all the old piles of stuff that have been normal, typical, acceptable — yet they have hindered progress.
—Not stopping at old places of giving up.
—Challenges that have defeated us in the past will not defeat us in this season.

I DECLARE: **5. God is working in His people concerning longstanding issues that have excuses.
Longstanding issues that our families have excused, doctors have excused and culture has excused, but they are detrimental, even damaging.
–I declare that that cover of excuse, as legitimate and sentimental as it may be, is being pulled off in coming days.
–The life-changing power, the convicting/convincing power of the Holy Spirit is going to get beyond those soul issues and beyond those excuses and bring us to deliverance spirit, soul and body.
–As the Living Word and the Holy Spirit do that, I declare that our effectiveness level is going to significantly rise throughout the year.
–We will not be herded like cattle.
We will not listen to the mindset of this world/age perpetrated by the media and be herded like cattle under the protective cloud of our excuses.
That cloud is being blown into the sea.
The wind of heaven is blowing and those clouds of excuses are blown away.

People and/or entities attempting to create a pathway to get to you to create some type of negative interference or to do some type of harm are being blocked.

I DECLARE: **3. We are placeholders for others.
In our faithfulness to stand where God has us standing, in our consistency.
—You may be standing between someone and their destruction and, were you not there, they might just move into that thing or that relationship or that distress that takes them out.
—Perhaps it will even be a position that you fill that is not your life’s call but remains as long as you are there in it until the person who is supposed to fill it is able to arrive at that point.
Moses was a placeholder for Joshua.
Jonathan was a placeholder for David.
Elijah was a placeholder for Elisha.
Paul was a placeholder for Timothy.
—It is like being the shoulders that someone else gets to stand on and start out on. Our ceiling is their floor.
You are a placeholder for your children but very possibly for others.

I DECLARE: **1. WE WILL BE RESCUING THOSE WHO ARE REACHING UP OUT OF GRAVES OF CIRCUMSTANCES AND TAKING THEM FORWARD WITH US.
–There are those who are reaching up out of “graves” to be free.
They have been buried in the “graves” of life, circumstances, troubles and misfortunes of life.
They are reaching to grab hold of anything that resembles life.
–Just one touch, finger to fingers, just one hand shake.
A simple handshake will go a long way with the hopeless conditions people are living under.
The least bit of opportunity to grab hold of something stable will be gladly taken.
–This season of history is marked by people who are buried by stuff that life has dumped on them.
“They are reaching out for the life that I have put in you,” says the Lord.
“I have put that life in you for such a time as this for the influx of people who are coming to your region, let alone the ones who are already there.”
“I have prepared you and put before you a path and steps to take.”
They are everywhere reaching out from under the stuff, trying to get out, groping for life because they know that they yet have life ahead of them.
–I am taking you to those who yet have life to live, who yet have destinies to fulfill, who have yet to realize that there are giftings and callings in their life and you are going to touch finger to finger, hand to hand and they are going to come up and out and they are going to begin to walk in those callings.
2016 is the year of touch-to-touch for the callings that are coming forth from out of the graves.

If we go to God for a deposit of His peace and wisdom, we can make a choice that contradicts our feelings. That doesn’t mean you are giving up strategy and resolve, it means you’re just choosing not to stay UPSET while it comes. To stay upset is to CHOOSE death because your body will suffer, relationships will suffer and “emotional reactions” will become KING in the house and set an atmosphere that draws more upset.
Let’s recap: 1) Cocoons are tough times but can be used to process and develop and grow. 2) Choice is the best weapon for conquering the challenges of tough times. 3) CHOOSING LIFE and wisdom will bring God results out of life cocoons.

What of the New Year? — Thoughts, Plans & Inventions
The Psalmist declares he is aware that He is included in God’s thoughts. One of the meanings of “thoughts” (Jer.29:11) is “an invention.” God has a plan for you in 2016 and, if necessary, He will INVENT required elements to work together to get you to that goal that glorifies Him and serves His purposes. He is beneficent and He is creative.

When you CHOOSE LIFE you are choosing what you will agree with. Your agreement is what opens doors in your life and the cocoon. Your agreement aligns you with either a God-outcome or the plans of self or plans of others, or the plans of Hell . . . or possibly some combination of the last three! For 
example, if you’re caught up in an emotional web and surrounded by hurt feelings or offense or disappointment or despair, your soul is likely to choose to wallow in “UPSET.” That choice is agreeing with current conditions, but your spirit calls for a vote, knowing nothing good comes out of coddling and rehearsing UPSET. There’s no ground taken by staying UPSET. Let’s put it in graphic terms. When your stomach gets UPSET, you throw up. There’s no need to save the VOMIT. Choose to FLUSH it and move on, thereby agreeing that you are not staying a prisoner of the UPSET. Why do people ever choose to stay in the chaos of UPSET? Most often, it is because they don’t feel or believe they can help it and they have no awareness that there is a choice to react differently. Sometimes people get in a habit of staying upset because it brings attention or pity. Others stay upset as a campaign for justice or vengeance. We can, however, train ourselves to use the weapon called CHOICE and practice until we are skilled enough to choose not to allow UPSET to rule our lives.

Making right choices could be considered a test that God is monitoring, but God doesn’t score us for the purpose of determining our worth or value. From God’s point of view, testing is about equipping and strengthening as in testing your metal to see if it is sufficient for where you were born to go. If it’s not, it will take more cocoon time, more process to strengthen. Let me point out something about our GOD: He doesn’t gather wood to build a fire to put us through heated trials and He doesn’t design our cocoons. It is not His character to think, “Oh, let’s let Mary be born in a poor cocoon and work through poverty. And John, let’s let him fight fat through his early years.” It is a mistake to blame our cocoons on God. The truth is that when we choose life, He can then make good use of the tough times and work all things together for our benefit and growth.

Emmanuel, “God is with us”, is the God-Man who was born of a virgin that God might dwell among men. Not only did Jesus, Emmanuel, live among men but He lived redemptively among men. He didn’t come to bring merely a message or a creed but He lived out redemptive acts through His life on earth. His disciples, those whom He has redeemed by His redemptive act of His shed blood on the cross must, in turn, live redemptively among men. There are too many and too much to redeem to simply live to go to heaven.

I have been praying for miracles this Christmas. In my thinking,
that boils down to a display of the will of God that interrupts and
changes conditions around us. The coming of the Christ is still in
effect as well as God’s goodwill toward men. May His presence
and power and purpose change your life this Christmas as His

The Christmas story is the story of hope — hope in the face of all that is contrary.
Christmas time is a great time to use for the purpose of remembering, memorializing the fact, that when God says, “I will….”, then God will. He will move mountains, seas and people. In Josh. 2:11 the fact and realization is that our God is able to move anything or anyone in heaven or in earth to accomplish His purposes. He is able to move in the life of an obscure girl who had no credentials or evident reason for expecting to be part of an earth-shaking, history-shaping event. Her qualities and integrity (evidenced in the writings of both Matthew and Doctor Luke) helped to place her in the middle of the road where an unprecedented moving of God was progressing like a steamroller and changing history as man had known it. That change 
was taking place through a small handful of individuals and not through some large and varied political or military movement. From all that we can find concerning this person called Mary, precious few people even knew of her qualities and integrity. It would seem that Jehovah was about the only One who saw and might very well have been the only One who noticed. And by the time she was discovered to be with child, she would have been disqualified by any who did happen to notice. Had it not been for dreams and angels intervening by Divine directive, her own husband would have done away with her.
When God promised Abraham a son it would appear that it was long deferred. Abraham most likely thought that the son which was promised was his immediate son. However, that promised Son was the One through whom the world would be blessed, the One who would be called the Christ. This Son of promise proved to be coming at the great distance of some 42 generations and about 2,000 years. Though it be long and arduous by our standards, God Jehovah is faithful in all and brings about detail for detail that which was foretold long before it was realized in this realm which we call reality. Delays do nothing to weaken the promise of God; for in what seem to us to be delays, our all-wise and provisional Father is preparing a people who will walk out His fulfillment rather than being caught unawares and overcome by His fulfillment. As we learn in the New Testament teaching of our Lord, the new wineskin must be prepared for the new wine or it shall burst and the wine and its value lost.
It is interesting to note Henry’s observation on this one point: “This son of David, and son of Abraham, who was to be the glory of his Father’s house, was born when the seed of Abraham was a despised people, recently become tributary to the Roman yoke, and when the house of David was buried in obscurity; for Christ was to be a root out of a dry ground.” From such a studious observation we could readily come to the conclusion that the performance and provision of our God comes when circumstances would place upon it the heaviest it has to offer. Ease and convenience are not the components or the ambiance of fulfillment. The Christmas story is the story of hope — hope in the face of all that is contrary.
CONCLUSION
The great majority of us who follow Christ Jesus might more easily identify with Mary than with that illustrious band that sought Him out in the city of David when He became the incarnate Christ. Our coming to Him may not have included such wonders and phenomena as shining stars; and what we brought to Him when we came likely didn’t sum up to near the total of gold, frankincense and myrrh. But we have come and we have place with Him and He is just as involved in getting us to fulfillment of purpose as He was concerning Mary.

If we go to God for a deposit of His peace and wisdom, we can make a choice that contradicts our feelings. That doesn’t mean you are giving up strategy and resolve, it means you’re just choosing not to stay UPSET while it comes. To stay upset is to CHOOSE death because your body will suffer, relationships will suffer and “emotional reactions” will become KING in the house and set an atmosphere that draws more upset.
What of the New Year? — Thoughts, Plans & Inventions
example, if you’re caught up in an emotional web and surrounded by hurt feelings or offense or disappointment or despair, your soul is likely to choose to wallow in “UPSET.” That choice is agreeing with current conditions, but your spirit calls for a vote, knowing nothing good comes out of coddling and rehearsing UPSET. There’s no ground taken by staying UPSET. Let’s put it in graphic terms. When your stomach gets UPSET, you throw up. There’s no need to save the VOMIT. Choose to FLUSH it and move on, thereby agreeing that you are not staying a prisoner of the UPSET. Why do people ever choose to stay in the chaos of UPSET? Most often, it is because they don’t feel or believe they can help it and they have no awareness that there is a choice to react differently. Sometimes people get in a habit of staying upset because it brings attention or pity. Others stay upset as a campaign for justice or vengeance. We can, however, train ourselves to use the weapon called CHOICE and practice until we are skilled enough to choose not to allow UPSET to rule our lives.
Making right choices could be considered a test that God is monitoring, but God doesn’t score us for the purpose of determining our worth or value. From God’s point of view, testing is about equipping and strengthening as in testing your metal to see if it is sufficient for where you were born to go. If it’s not, it will take more cocoon time, more process to strengthen. Let me point out something about our GOD: He doesn’t gather wood to build a fire to put us through heated trials and He doesn’t design our cocoons. It is not His character to think, “Oh, let’s let Mary be born in a poor cocoon and work through poverty. And John, let’s let him fight fat through his early years.” It is a mistake to blame our cocoons on God. The truth is that when we choose life, He can then make good use of the tough times and work all things together for our benefit and growth.

From all that we can find concerning this person called Mary, precious few people even knew of her qualities and integrity. It would seem that Jehovah was about the only One who saw and might very well have been the only One who noticed. And by the time she was discovered to be with child, she would have been disqualified by any who did happen to notice. Had it not been for dreams and angels intervening by Divine directive, her own husband would have done away with her.
