Preferred Government — Nebuchanezar was in office for an unlimited term. Nebuchanezar is the one who took the choicest of Israel’s future and enslaved them for the purpose of culturizing them to the values of Babylon. In spite of that fact the Hebrews Daniel, Meshach, Shadrach and Abednego triumphed and impacted the culture of Babylon with the precepts of Jehovah. (Let us not forget that much prayer was the habit of Daniel.) Saul was in office for an unlimited term. Saul is the one who attempted to murder the future of Israel’s government. In spite of that fact David triumphed. Saul was actually used as a catalyst to join the tribes of the nation to David and see that he was seated on the throne. (Remember: David is an Old Testament type of the New Testament Christ) After being under Saul’s government, Israel much preferred the government of David (NT Christ) over the government of Saul (Heb.: “desired”). He who was so desired became so undesired. (Let us not forget that much worship was the habit of David.)
Kathy — Warfare and Tipping Points — In the old western movies, when the town was too conditioned to the reign of an old foe, the lone sheriff (governmental agent) had to fight him alone. The governmental agent, (the God-appointee to the situation), moved forward and equipped them through example, inspiration and direction. Then “the few” stepped up to unify and finally brought the tipping point. The eventual key to victory was when enough of the townspeople and landowners decided to defy evil and stood together. However, realistically, the tipping point can take a long time to develop because victims are so conditioned to corruption or fear of bucking it. During the time it takes to unify a corporate tipping point, unfortunately, the government agent more often than not becomes the target of rulers of darkness who hold tenure. While being targeted by the enemy, there will be attacks on relationships, circumstances and health to the point that it can seem like the real challenge is keeping the governmental agents ALIVE for the mandate! Rom.12:11-12, The Message — “Don’t burn out; keep yourselves fueled and aflame. Be alert servants of the Master, cheerfully expectant. Don’t quit in hard times; pray all the harder.”
Acts 2:41 — “Then those who gladly received his word were baptized [were changing governments]. And the same day there were added about three thousand souls.42And they were continuing steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine.”The Apostles’ doctrine has two main themes, Christ and His government. That includes Christ’s birth, His earthly ministry, His death, burial and resurrection, His ascending and sitting on a throne and His sending the Holy Spirit. All that can be summed up in Christ and His government. As the apostolic grace is being restored back to the Body of Christ, the message we hear all over the land is “The Kingdom of God”. Ten years ago people would not let us talk about the Kingdom of God. (I’ve got the scars to prove it.) People don’t mind others going to church or singing songs or doing good works or talking of going to heaven, but changing government is radical. When men stand before judgment, they will not be judged for their sins. They will be judged for what they did with Christ. —Simon Purvis (Simon will be speaking at Kingdom Congress Mar.5 at 10:30am.)
A question I have heard asked repeatedly over the last few months is: “What is going on?” There is a sudden dawning upon people and nations that things are not the way they used to be while there is an underlying desire within the breast of the typical person for things to go back to the way they were in spite of the ever-present fear that they won’t. Even if you could get back to “the good old days” you would find them woefully inadequate in their revelation and application for today. Current events are not just the result of bad politics or bad politicians. They were not left in charge. An apostolic order for accommodating and advancing the Kingdom of God in the earth was the design when Jesus ascended to the right hand of Majesty on High (Acts 1:3). Things, therefore, must shake and adjust so that the nations might come into correct order.

While focused on circumstances, the Holy Spirit instructed me to speak to the “mountain” within. In a matter of seconds the Lord made me to understand that outward circumstances were not the real problem. God could, in seconds, remove every hindrance and pull every devil off my back and, if that were best for me, He would. So as good as that sounds, there is obviously something better. One of God’s principles is that He looks at the heart, not the outward appearance. He deals with the root rather than just the fruit. If my problem went away but could return and cause the same reaction in me, then the mountain is not really gone, it has just become a hill temporarily . . . until floods of life’s circumstances cause it to swell again. (Mt17:20)
Enablements That Communicate As we go into the future, Holy Spirit will impart to us enablements that communicate in language that reaches people where they are. In one meeting I spoke of the greatness of God and the many dimensions in the universe. Afterward, a scientist who had helped develop the Apollo rocket walked up and engaged me in conversation about dimensions. I ended up ministering to him about his purpose and counseling him concerning his marriage. On several occasions, people working in the government of our nation have contacted Kathy for help interpreting their dreams and she was able to prophesy to them concerning God’s purposes in their future. In a meeting, I spoke of righteous legislation for our nation. A man who is running for the U. S. Senate was in that meeting. One of his aides contacted me and told me that the gentleman wept openly in the meeting because of what the Lord spoke to him concerning legislation for our nation. In the play Julius Ceasar Mark Antony cries out, “Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears.” I believe that today our Lord’s cry is, “Sons, daughters, believers, lend me your capacities to communicate.” Believers have not yet seen everything our Lord will do to us and through us for His Kingdom purposes but…. we are available. seecministries.org
Language And Purpose There is a language for the people of the Kingdom of God. Even after Peter had spoken the language of doubt and unbelief (Mt 26:72), he later received the baptism with the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2) and was able to boldly stand and preach Jesus to the crowd that had gathered around Solomon’s Porch. The language of the purposes of God in Christ was imparted to Peter so that he could speak beyond the limitations of himself. The result of being filled with Holy Spirit and speaking to all the cultures gathered that day was that a combined total of 3,000 representatives of “every nation under heaven” were saved. A crowd consisting of diverse languages and diverse cultures was captivated by the language of the purpose of Jesus in the earth. (Acts 2:14,16) Likewise, by the enabling of Holy Spirit Paul spoke boldly and persuasively concerning Jesus and the Kingdom of God (Acts 9:29; 19:8). The language of our heritage and our culture is severely limiting. Therefore, as we go into the future our cry is, “Holy Spirit, enable us to speak the language of the Kingdom of God so that the rule of our Lord may be advanced in this earth, no matter where we are or to whom we are speaking.”
The Power of Language Through the advent of many languages the masses were scattered at the Tower of Babel when they rebelled against God. The many languages made them weak and rendered them incapable of reaching a common goal. “The LORD said, ‘Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them.” (Gen 11:6) It was obviously the language of politic and industry but, though it was able to accomplish great things, it was not in alignment with the purposes of God. It was of the spirit of Lucifer who said, “I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, And I will sit on the mount of assembly (Isa 14:13).” It was the language of self-pursuit denying the headship of Jehovah. “The power of language is its ability to produce but if it is not for His glory, it will eventually be to our detriment” (M.Munroe). But Holy Spirit has brought the language of heaven (Acts2:4;19:6) to unite us for the advancing of the Kingdom of God.
We cannot go into the future speaking the common language of fear, lack, doom and deterioration. When Peter, out of great concern for Jesus’ safety, demanded that Jesus speak the language of self-preservation rather than the language of self-sacrifice, Jesus declared, “Get behind me, Satan.” (Mt 16:23) We must move in that delegated “power of rule” that Jesus has been given so that we may victoriously lead others into the future. The language of the “power of rule” is the language of the Throne (position of rule). Jesus is seated at the right hand of God’s Throne (Eph 1:20) and we are seated with Christ in heavenly places (2:6). We must receive that language by the Holy Spirit if we are to bring the power of the Throne into earth (Lk 12:12;Jn 12:49;14:26;16:7). That language cannot be readily used unless we have spent time in the Word and in prayer, even to the point that Holy Spirit prays through us with His groanings, His language (Rom 8:26).
Jesus commissioned us to go and to do with His “power of rule” (Mt 28:18) what He had done with it. The factor of multiplication was ever present throughout the record of His representing the Kingdom of God on earth (Mt.14:17-21). Jesus spoke the language of wholeness and multiplication. When we speak the language of subtraction and diminishing, we cannot get the results Jesus got. When He saw disease, He spoke the opposite to what it was doing to the person. He never got into agreement with the spirit or the infirmity. (Mt.9:6;14:27;17;7; Mk.5:39-42;7:34;Jn.5:8) When everyone at a wedding was speaking the language of lack, Jesus spoke the language of plenty and the result was better wine than the previous that was served. (Jn 2:10;10:10) In that instance, Jesus didn’t even have a small amount of wine to multiply; He took empty vessels and filled them.
For the sons of Issachar, the future was not something that was feared but something that was approached with a degree of understanding. Getting knowledge and information now insures being able to “speak the language” of the future. Acquire wisdom! Acquire understanding! Do not forget nor turn away from the words of my mouth. 6 “Do not forsake her, and she will guard you; Love her, and she will watch over you. 7 “The beginning of wisdom is: Acquire wisdom; And with all your acquiring, get understanding. (Prov 4:5-7) It has been said that we only fear what we do not understand and, may I add, what we cannot communicate with. That is why some people fear computers; they do not understand how computers communicate or how they are supposed to communicate with computers. Until understanding is arrived at by applying oneself to knowledge and applying it in wisdom, computers and other technologies of the future and remain foreign.
There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace…(Isa 9:7). The seed in the parable of the sower is the Word of God (Lk 8:11) and because the Kingdom government of Jesus cannot stay the same but must increase, that Seed of His Kingdom must increase in us. A seed increases to continue producing: “first the blade, then the head, then the mature grain in the head”(Mk4:28). It may seem to lay dormant for a period of time but it is alive and growing. It must increase in each of us so that it can affect our families, our churches, our communities and our nation. That’s why the seed is growing in us.
His Word is working in us to improve us and increase us (Col 1:29). His Word is in you. His Word is a seed. A seed does not exist just to be a little round thing snuggled up in the ground. A seed exists to sprout, to push up out of the ground, to grow a stalk and put out leaves and blooms so that it may produce fruit and that fruit is meant to be of benefit to others. God’s Word is a seed in us and it is growing in us (Lk 8:11). A seed cannot stay as it is, it must increase (Jn 12:24).

The Bible shows us clearly that the Word of God is not just some ink on some paper and it is not just a thought that happened to get scribbled down that works well for inspirational reading. The Word of God is power; it is active, operative, energizing and effective(Heb4:12). The Word of God is sharper than any two-edged sword. That word “any” just can’t help but stand out. The Word is more effective than any cutting instrument, no matter how well made or refined. The Word cuts through layers better than any scalpel. The Word, in articles and teaching like this, is being worked in you by the Holy Spirit and is building you up in your most holy faith (Jude 1:20). Your faith is holy. i.e., (1) It is uniquely set apart unto God and (2) it has value. The Word of God that your faith is based upon has value for your life and for your family and your nation. (Ps 19:7-11)
It is apparent, and important to note, that “word” and “power” are related in the Bible. The two terms go together most purposefully. Heb 4:12 “For the WORD that God speaks is alive and full of POWER; 1Co 1:18 For the WORD of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the POWER of God.” His power produces His Word to us, to be active in us, alive in us, doing surgery in us, healing us, strengthening us and improving us. The Word of God is mighty in you because it is the Word of His power (Heb 1:3).
