Melissa — In days to come we will realize we have massive amounts of help from a God-created angelic company. It’s time to be aware that God has created an angelic army doing His will on this earth right now. It’s time we realized we are intended to network with them because they know our destiny and it is their job to help us get there. Just like Elisha’s servant in 2 Kings 6, it is time for our eyes to be opened to this partnership God intended. By the end of 2020 we will look back in amazement at what He has done and where we are. So, go ahead and ANTICIPATE the inevitable, supernatural intervention of God! (MELISSA will be leading us in a Worship Encounter and speaking at DREAMS VISIONS PROPHECY <> September 11-13, 2020.)

My niece dreamed that she was in her kitchen sautéing some onions. Her dad, who had passed away the previous year, stood in the doorway of her kitchen. Scrunching his nose at the strong odor he asked her, “What is that smell?” She answered that it was just onions frying. He shook his head and said, “No, that smells like gas.” As soon as he said the word “gas,” she awoke and sat up in bed. Immediately she smelled the gas. Running to the kitchen she found a burner which had not been completely shut off. The gas fumes had slowly been filling the house since supper earlier that evening.
Her Heavenly Father sent special forces to her rescue. Like a Navy Seal Special Ops, the dream was a timely intervention behind the scenes to stop an explosive attack before it reached success. Who but God could dispatch the exact messenger who would represent the authority and particular skills needed to bring her to a wake up call. The messenger was in her earthly father’s likeness not only to represent trustworthy and sound counsel, but her earthly father had also been a fire chief for years!
The angels on assignment came in her dream to bring an un-carnal weapon for her victory. Many people have had similar dreams and experiences and I’m sure some have experienced angelic intervention without realizing it. I believe we can expect even more reports of God sending angels from His arsenal to intervene in the affairs of men in days ahead.

We live in a nation that must be turned to God. There are many difficult nation-affecting challenges before us and the coming generation. Every challenge and difficulty that we do not meet and overcome in our generation is weight that gets added to the load of difficulties that our children will have to deal with, and that is added on top of the ones they will have to handle in their own generation. Those challenges require much more than a viewpoint which expresses a belief that they will be met and adequately handled by divine fiat in a time period that is yet to come. The Israelite generation exiting Egypt viewed the challenges before them as giants and themselves as grasshoppers (Num.13:33). The giant/grasshopper mindset was not a Promised-Land-possessor mindset. After the giant/grasshopper mindset generation died off, there finally arose fathers (Josh.14:10-13) with a gonna-take-that-mountain mindset that produced a take-the-land-mentality generation—not a generation of mere survivors, but one of possessors. There has been a proliferation of evil unleashed upon the earth and every nation is reeling from its blast. Many are taking precautions that have radically changed their routine. But evil cannot be tolerated and we must not ever resign ourselves to learn to live with it. Staying close to home or beefing up security will not solve anything. We will find in days to come that we must deal with evil. Prov.14:22, TPT — “Haven’t you noticed how evil schemers always wander astray? But kindness and truth come to those who make plans to be pure in all their ways.”

As the people of God assemble today may the Spirit and presence of the Lord God most high be the salve and glue of harmony among His people. May they agree upon the Word of God and stand firmly hand in hand trusting their Holy Father to see them through the trying of our times. “Not only are we ourselves in the hand of the Lord, but all that surrounds us.” (C.H. Spurgeon). “My times are in Your hand; Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, And from those who persecute me.” (Ps.31:15, NKJV)

Kathy — While intercessors should not sweat the small things, neither should we ignore them. The Word tells us to consider the impact of small things like the small rudder that directs a huge ship. Again in Zech. 4:10, we are admonished not to despise small beginnings because their impact will be big in future. Many times intercessory dreams and visions and impressions seem faint or small, yet they actually carry insights that prove crucial or huge down the road. Many people would not have any difficulty in believing the Lord might speak to them in a prayer meeting, in the auditorium, down around the front with soaking music playing at just the right volume. Most of us likely picture Father speaking to us in a quiet voice or a brief, breathy whisper. While those are wonderful experiences, we can also “hear” Father through an urge or a thought or even an impression, a hunch, a sense about a matter, about dreams or visions, or prophecies. We can even “hear” through timely statements by a brother or sister in Christ during the course of a seemingly normal conversation. You were made to hear God. You can hear God, receive direction from God and receive confirmations and warnings from God. Matt.11:15, NKJV — “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”

Melissa — Now, what is our part in this next season? Awareness. We must remember, at all times: the Kingdom of God is invading this nation. Each one of us has a piece of the Kingdom that penetrates and affects the region around us. We are going to WIN this fight. Hey, it’s not going to be pretty in the months ahead, but no matter what you see, hear, or face, it has no effect on what God has set in motion. After all, He has the last word! If you feel worried, afraid, or uneasy that’s your clue you are plugged into the wrong advisors. You may need to turn the TV off during this season in order to stay plugged into God’s agenda. Make sure you keep the air cleared in your vicinity. One great way of doing that is upping your prayer in tongues. Talk about an air purifier! Speaking in tongues is a beautiful weapon from Heaven for such a time as this. (MELISSA is speaking at DREAMS VISIONS PROPHECY 2020. Kathy — I have sensed for several months that the Body of Christ is in an important time of transition into new norms. One of the new norms I believe we can expect is strategic dreams that equip us for the purposes of God. I consider strategic dreams to be those timely telegrams that confirm direction or give instruction or release insight and understanding for a mandate and call to action.

You can be a slave to fear, heritage or habit. In the master-slave relationship there is a demand and response required. Those enslaving factors put demands on you and you spend your days responding. While dealing with the wind and waves of a violent storm, the disciples were not expecting anything unconventional from Jesus. Ps.50:21 “These things you have 
done, and I kept silence; you thought that I was just like you; I will reprove you, and state {the case} in order before your eyes.” (NAS) They may have been thinking that He was like them, being subject to the same limitations they were subject to. They were expecting conventional things from an unconventional Savior. If only they could have grasped the concept that He is THE MASTER OF THE STORM. After Jesus had calmed the storm in Mk 4:41, they asked one another, “What manner of man is this?” (KJV). In other translations it reads “Who is this?” Not fully knowing who He was, and was therefore capable of, little did they know that He would be coming to join them walking on the water! If your logic is questioning, “What manner of man is this?”, the answer is, The Master Of The Storm. When the Master is called on and relied on, it is possible to get unconventional results in an unconventional year, for He has power over the power that threatens, even over the storm.

Israel had, for four hundred years, been in a situation where they knew what to 
expect each and every day. Their surroundings were so familiar that they had become acceptable. Their situation was identifiable. They could understand to the point that they could logically describe it. But “logical” doesn’t mean “necessary”. It was not all that easy to walk away from yesterday — especially something you had “learned to live with.” But you don’t have to learn to live with anything that is not part of God’s purpose. Ps.138:7-8, TPT — “By your mighty power I can walk through any devastation and you will keep me alive, reviving me. Your power set me free from the hatred of my enemies. 8 You keep every promise you’ve ever made to me! Since your love for me is constant and endless, I ask you, Lord, to finish every good thing that you’ve begun in me!”

Kathy — My preference is that all my experiences stay within the “known” (normal 
dimensions of height, length, width and time) so that I don’t feel out of control! The problem is that my being in control and my preferences do not position me in childlike faith and it takes childlike faith to trust Father to speak to me whenever and however He chooses. Then it takes childlike faith to continue to believe that He did! 2Cor.5:7, Amp — “for we walk by faith, not by sight [living our lives in a manner consistent with our confident belief in God’s promises]”.

If David would have gone home just to pray about Goliath it would have left the giant in the valley. The problem with giants is they don’t stay in valleys. Had David 
not confronted and contradicted Goliath, he would have marched up the mountain and right into Jerusalem to capture Zion. The giants of this hour are after the defeat of “Zion”, i.e., determined to take out every practice and symbol of our Lord in this nation. Joel 2:17, Msg — “Between Sanctuary entrance and altar, let the priests, God’s servants, weep tears of repentance. Let them intercede: “Have mercy, God, on your people! Don’t abandon your heritage to contempt. Don’t let the pagans take over and rule them and sneer, ‘And so where is this God of theirs?’”

David was sent by his father to check on his brothers who had gone to war. When David came up over the top of the mountain and saw the scope of what was in the 
valley below, he could have easily concluded that this ordeal was none of his concern. It did not appear that David had any abilities or skills or protocol to deal with this escalated national problem. The lesson we take away from this bit of Israel’s history (as in numerous others) is that we should never forget to factor in God’s purpose and power. Zech.4:6, CEV — “So the angel explained that it was the following message of the Lord to Zerubbabel: I am the Lord All-Powerful. So don’t depend on your own power or strength, but on my Spirit.”

After a series of very uncomfortable events, Joseph ends up in Pharaoh’s court. National and international disaster of famine threatened on the horizon but he 
confronted it and contradicted it with preparation. Not only was Pharaoh’s nation saved but Joseph’s as well. In this case, the threat was contradicted before it took place. Preparation and supply contradict lack. Heb.11:7, Msg — “By faith, Noah built a ship in the middle of dry land. He was warned about something he couldn’t see, and acted on what he was told.
