After speaking the end, Almighty God must begin looking for some folks who will stay the course so that that particular end may be realized. “The Lord said to Moses, Has the Lord’s hand (His ability and power) become short (thwarted and inadequate)? You shall see now whether My 
word shall come to pass for you or not.” (Num.11:23, Amp) There is a lot unseen that is yet to be seen and it shall be seen that the Lord’s hand is not short that it cannot save nor is His ear deaf that it cannot hear. Some of the wonderful mysteries that await us in coming days shall be the wonder of seeing how our LORD shall fulfill His Word, i.e., seeing who and what He will employ to bring about that which only He can accomplish. What an apropos time for us to pray Elisha’s prayer for ourselves: 2Ki 6:16 “[Elisha] answered, Fear not; for those with us are more than those with them. 17 Then Elisha prayed, Lord, I pray You, open his eyes that he may see. And the Lord opened the young man’s eyes, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.” (Amp) (The first excerpt from Marty’s article “Anticipation Nation”)

A couple was sitting at their kitchen table going over their finances and planning the family vacation which was yet three months away. Their 
little 5 year old boy had been in the den playing and watching TV during the planning session. It was getting late so he decided to go to his room. As he passed the kitchen the only words he heard were, “OK, so we are going to Disney World”. The little boy’s heart leapt with excitement and he quickly ran to his room. Sometime later, the parents finalized their three-month plan while finishing off their coffee. As they headed for bed they looked in on their son to make sure he was asleep. When they looked into the room they saw the little 5 year old lying over on his over-stuffed travel bag sound asleep. He was wearing his swim mask, his Mickey Mouse shirt, one white shoe and one red shoe. His anticipation warranted that he be prepared to travel when it was time to load the car. What are we saying that is causing the coming generation to positively anticipate the future? (This is the ninth excerpt from Marty’s article “Anticipation”.)

Do you need your life to shift in the next few weeks? It is possible to shift. Just what can we shift? It is possible to shift our anticipation 
from negative to positive. Our family or cultural background may have us anticipating something that is not at all going to happen. How many people have misinterpreted a bump in the night? The character of God, the Word of God and His Kingdom purposes are our anticipation. Our risen Lord and His original intent for our lives and this nation are our anticipation. Whatever God did once in the Bible, He can do again in our lifetime. (Ps.145:15, NET) “Everything looks to You in anticipation”. We are praying you discover daily that you are shifting and readying yourself for a God-turn in your life.

May we forsake familial and cultural anticipation that is focused on temporal and carnal expectations and human experience. May the people of God stand firmly in the assurance that what Almighty God did in the Bible, He can most certainly do again in our lifetime.

The Passover was also important to Jesus because a divine shift was coming to the disciples in their relationship with the Father. In John 15: 15, Jesus told His disciples, “No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you”. The terminology identified a relational shift from that of servant-master to one of son-father. Up to the night of the Passover, the relationship of the disciples to Jesus had been strictly business. However, after the Passover meal, that changed! In the new covenant, the disciples were no longer held by the Father as servants, but sons! That night was a divine appointment that had been in the making before the beginning of time

Before the fall, man was God-conscious and obedient to God. After the fall, man was 
self-conscious and running his own life. Receiving Christ and His government means I no longer run my own life. Apostolic doctrine lays a foundation of Christ in your life (Gal 1:4, “according to the will of our God and Father”), until you are not the focus of your life and you are free of the generation’s perverted and twisted thinking and pressure of being self-conscious. Galatians 1:4 does not say He forgave my sins so I would go to heaven when I die. It is part of the package to have a greater experience with Jesus when we die, but the Gospel of the Kingdom is that our lives have been part of a twisted, perverted, crooked thinking generation and the gospel confronts those mindsets to deliver us out of them. Life’s battles do not intensify just because the devil gets mad or has a personal grudge. No, the battle heats up by reason of the needed outcome. As surely as heat can determine the strength of a weld, so does the intensity of battle establish the strength and longevity of the victory. The vehemence of battle welds the outcome in undeniable purpose rather than just leaving us with fragmented memories of war. Heat is one of the components of long-term victory and intense battle yields intensely awesome results! (Kathy)

We must do something to see beyond our norm. What about an imagination that is available to God? Do we only see the mundane and the predictable 
and then do we pray and limit our expectations from that mundane perspective? Have we sentenced ourselves to only praying within the predictable because of past disappointments and the conclusions of others? Children run around with a towel tied around their neck imagining that they can fly, imagining they are super heroes until we talk them out of it. There is no evidence in scripture that anyone imagined the Red Sea parting. Phillip could not begin to imagine 5,000 people fed with only a couple of little fish and a little bit of bread. What if when we come up against the next impossible situation we just said, “Hey, what awesome way does God want to do this?” “What would the average person never imagine in this situation?” Graham Cooke was quoted as saying, “Sometimes I think that sin is not necessarily immorality or selfishness. Sometimes it just means we live drab, colorless, stale, and unimaginative lives before God.” Holy Spirit, quicken the Word of God within us to inspire us to see beyond the limiting realm of our daily existence. ”For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isa.55:9, KJV)

from the beginning and from ancient times things which have not been done, saying, ‘My purpose will be established, and I will accomplish all My good pleasure’; (Isa 46:9-10, NAS) Jehovah God speaks the end, or completion of a thing, while standing at the beginning. After speaking the end, Almighty God must begin looking for some folks who will stay the course so that that particular end may be realized. Who will embrace God’s Word, thereby, anticipating and embracing God’s possibilities in tomorrow? (The seventh excerpt from Marty’s article “Anticipation Nation”)

word shall come to pass for you or not.” (Num.11:23, Amp) There is a lot unseen that is yet to be seen and it shall be seen that the Lord’s hand is not short that it cannot save nor is His ear deaf that it cannot hear. Some of the wonderful mysteries that await us in coming days shall be the wonder of seeing how our LORD shall fulfill His Word, i.e., seeing who and what He will employ to bring about that which only He can accomplish. What an apropos time for us to pray Elisha’s prayer for ourselves: 2Ki 6:16 “[Elisha] answered, Fear not; for those with us are more than those with them. 17 Then Elisha prayed, Lord, I pray You, open his eyes that he may see. from negative to positive. Our family or cultural background may have us anticipating something that is not at all going to happen. How many people have misinterpreted a bump in the night? The character of God, the Word of God and His Kingdom purposes are our anticipation. Our risen Lord and His original intent for our lives and this nation are our anticipation. Whatever God did once in the Bible, He can do again in our lifetime. (Ps.145:15, NET) “Everything looks to You in anticipation”. We are praying you discover daily that you are shifting and readying yourself for a God-turn in your life.
As the people of God assemble today, may they “anticipate the inevitable, supernatural intervention of God”. May we forsake familial and cultural anticipation that is focused on temporal and carnal expectations and human experience. May the people of God stand firmly in the assurance that what Almighty God did in the Bible, He can most certainly do again in our lifetime.
The Passover was also important to Jesus because a divine shift was coming to the disciples in their relationship with the Father. In John 15: 15, Jesus told His disciples, “No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you”. The terminology identified a relational shift from that of servant-master to one of son-father. Up to the night of the Passover, the relationship of the disciples to Jesus had been strictly business. However, after the Passover meal, that changed! In the new covenant, the disciples were no longer held by the Father as servants, but sons! That night was a divine appointment that had been in the making before the beginning of time

Here’s what you need to know first and foremost: YOU are important, YOU have a piece that the rest of us need, YOU have a gift and skill combo no one else has, YOU will live and not die, YOU are created for His glory, and all of these things are His original intent for you! Now that that is in the atmosphere let’s talk about life in the season ahead.
Life’s battles do not intensify just because the devil gets mad or has a personal grudge. No, the battle heats up by reason of the needed outcome. As surely as heat can determine the strength of a weld, so does the intensity of battle establish the strength and longevity of the victory. The vehemence of battle welds the outcome in undeniable purpose rather than just leaving us with fragmented memories of war. Heat is one of the components of long-term victory and intense battle yields intensely awesome results! (Kathy)

Have we sentenced ourselves to only praying within the predictable because of past disappointments and the conclusions of others? Children run around with a towel tied around their neck imagining that they can fly, imagining they are super heroes until we talk them out of it. There is no evidence in scripture that anyone imagined the Red Sea parting. Phillip could not begin to imagine 5,000 people fed with only a couple of little fish and a little bit of bread. What if when we come up against the next impossible situation we just said, “Hey, what awesome way does God want to do this?” “What would the average person never imagine in this situation?” Graham Cooke was quoted as saying, “Sometimes I think that sin is not necessarily immorality or selfishness. Sometimes it just means we live drab, colorless, stale, and unimaginative lives before God.” Holy Spirit, quicken the Word of God within us to inspire us to see beyond the limiting realm of our daily existence. ”For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isa.55:9, KJV)
