Melissa Gabler — We can ask the right kind of questions that lead down a path of deliverance, healing, and action. When we ask the right questions we are able to hear the answers we need. When we ask fear-based questions we have already come to the wrong, statistic-based, society-experienced conclusions. These soulish conclusions make it really hard to hear a Spirit answer. So, a good place to start asking the right question is to ask the Holy Spirit, “What questions should I be asking about this situation?” He will tell you, and most of the time these questions carry the answer in them. MELISSA GABLER—Over the past year I have been walking through deliverance and feeling like a new person until I hit a wall recently. I asked the Holy Spirit what this was and at first I heard to renounce old wives’ tales. So I started renouncing old wives’ tales I had come into agreement with. I hit the wall again and then I asked the Holy Spirit a couple of times what that wall was and I heard, “doctrines of demons”. I am familiar with that passage in 1 Timothy 4:1 “Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,”. I thought I knew what that meant: witchcraft, new age, dark arts, occult, etc, until the Holy Spirit proceeded to show me there is more to it than I thought. Let’s look at 1 Timothy 1:1-2, “But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons, by means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron,” verse 7-8, “But stay away from worthless stories that are typical of old women. Rather, discipline yourself for the purpose of godliness; 8 for bodily training is just slightly beneficial, but godliness is beneficial for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.” First of all, my mouth dropped open when I saw “stories that are typical of old women” in that scripture. That’s the ‘old wives tales’ the Holy Spirit told me to renounce so this was confirmation that He was leading me down a path of eye-opening awakening and deliverance! To put these scriptures in my words: In these last days we can fall away from the faith if we listen to (and embrace) those who are very deceived or purposely spouting the plans and intentions of evil – that they were taught, influenced by, brainwashed with by deceitful spirits and demons.

Kathy Gabler—I urge you to pay attention to your dreams. I believe there is a release of dreams right now to bring insight for deliverance from generational pitfalls. I recently had a dream about a wolf, the devourer of finance and resource trying to get into my house. There were family members from more than one generation in my dream needing to deal with the devourer. Another dreamer mentioned she had just this week dreamed of her great-grandmother and two nights later her grandmother. Both dreams were confrontations with the pressures of expectations and paradigms of those former generations. God can wonderfully use dreams to bring healing to our generations and prosper our souls and our futures.

One of the benefits of the church trampling on destructive serpents (Lk.10:19) and exercising redemptive power is healing and deliverance (evidence of the presence of the Kingdom of God). People get healed without anyone laying hands on them. People walk up after a meeting and tell me they were healed of something that was not even mentioned in a word of knowledge. People with cancer are healed without anyone laying hands on them. We heard a report of severe Parkinson’s being healed. An alcoholic was completely delivered during a ministry time of word of knowledge and prophecy but no form of dependency was even mentioned in the word. He was delivered right where he was seated. His wife reported that she knew the moment he was delivered. A very angry, rebellious 16 year old whose father had abandoned him attended one of our meetings recently after having refused to attend with his mother for months. At the end of the service his mother asked him if he would let me pray for him. He came forward with her and I prayed for them and prophesied to him. The word of the Lord so impacted him that his life was transformed. He was totally different from that moment. On his own accord he went to the pastor and apologized and asked him to be his father and volunteered for any work needing done. We are already seeing the power of the new era. There are all manner of threats and predictions concerning present perils and the “need for wisdom” in future ministry considerations. While many are calling for such wisdom to be applied in this hour, somewhere a cry should also be going forth for some amount of determination to be applied. Where is it written that authority is given to events of certain times in history or to evil persons of those times to 
become the master decision-makers for all of us, especially those who were acknowledging and embracing a divine destiny before these threatening perils and persons started doing their destructive deeds? 9 “Remember your history, your long and rich history. I am God, the only God you’ve had or ever will have—incomparable, irreplaceable— 10 From the very beginning telling you what the ending will be, All along letting you in on what is going to happen, Assuring you, ‘I’M IN THIS FOR THE LONG HAUL, I’LL DO EXACTLY WHAT I SET OUT TO DO,’ 11 Calling that eagle, Cyrus, out of the east, from a far country the man I chose to help me. I’ve said it, and I’ll most certainly do it. I’ve planned it, so it’s as good as done. 12 “Now listen to me: You’re a hardheaded bunch and hard to help. 13 I’M READY TO HELP YOU RIGHT NOW. Our merciful and caring God wants to deliver people from the illnesses and/or diseases that their parents had; e.g., heart disease, kidney disease, cancer, blood 
issues, mental issues. He wants to deliver people from out of the same rut a parent was in; e.g., poverty, stubbornness, temper, anger, dependency on alcohol, drugs or personalities. I declare that we are coming out of the defeat of generational curses and setting a victorious course for our generation and generations to come. We will enter into and possess promises that former generations never embraced. “Seeing then that the promise remains over [from past times] for some to enter that rest, and that those who formerly were given the good news about it and the opportunity, failed to appropriate it and did not enter because of disobedience, 7 Again He sets a definite day, [a new] Today, [and gives another opportunity of securing that rest] saying through David after so long a time in the words already quoted, Today, if you would hear His voice and when you hear it, do not harden your hearts.”(Heb.4:6-7, Amp)

As the people of God assemble today, may the Lord enable them to step 
beyond issues that would otherwise hinder their hearing the truths of His Word. May issues not be considered or guarded as the Word of God is spoken. May those issues not be a screen that the Word has to get through before the Word can be considered for repentance and/or growth. May personal issues, and issues with others who are present in the meeting, take a back seat to the life and delivering power of the Word of God. Psa 81:13 “Oh, that My people would listen to Me, that Israel would walk in My ways! 14 Speedily then I would subdue their enemies and turn My hand against their adversaries.” (Amp)

The month of NOVEMBER IS FOR DELIVERANCE FROM ANGER. It is time for deliverance from anger (1) caused by injustices such as bullying, 
misrepresentation, abuse, abandonment, regrets; (2) caused by disagreements never settled; (3) caused by opportunities never taken or that were stolen. Whatever the source of the anger, you are the one it is eating up, so be delivered by the healing power of Jesus. Eph.4:26 Be angry [at sin—at immorality, at injustice, at ungodly behavior], yet do not sin; do not let your anger [cause you shame, nor allow it to] last until the sun goes down. 27 And do not give the devil an opportunity [to lead you into sin by holding a grudge, or nurturing anger, or harboring resentment, or cultivating bitterness]. In the next few days and weeks I believe you will find the name of Jesus to be very powerful in your life and your environment — if you will call upon His name, “Jesus”, see Him heal, watch as He delivers others out of impossible strongholds of bondage and fear. Say His name and see how marvelously He delivers you from the threat of harm, even from bullies. The children’s ministers at our church have taught them to say, “The name of Jesus is my super power”. In Acts 3:16 Peter declared: ”And on the basis of faith in His name, it is the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man…” (Acts 3:16, Amp) We are praying you discover daily more of the power of the name of Jesus in your life. As the people of God assemble today, may they stand in the liberty wherewith Christ has made them free, and in their praise and worship of Him may they pull further from captivity and its residue than they ever have before. May sounds and acts of freedom fill the atmosphere and may those who are bound be set free in an atmosphere of breaking shackles.
”Plant your feet firmly therefore within the freedom that Christ has won for us, and do not let yourselves be caught again in the shackles of slavery.” (Gal.5:1, Phillips)

A redemptive act may be buying a piece of property that has been used for pornography or human trafficking or manufacturing illegal drugs, then taking that property and using it to help addicts get delivered or using it as a home for abandoned children. It has been done several times across the nation.

Circumstances must come together in such a way that Pharaoh’s snakes can be drawn out into the open, so they can be swallowed up in order to set the pattern for what is to come in the deliverance process. If those events do not come about, the snakes will stay in their hiding place.
“So have no fear of them; for nothing is concealed that will not be revealed, or kept secret that will not become known.” (Matt.10:26, Amp)

beyond issues that would otherwise hinder their hearing the truths of His Word. May issues not be considered or guarded as the Word of God is spoken. May those issues not be a screen that the Word has to get through before the Word can be considered for repentance and/or growth. May personal issues, and issues with others who are present in the meeting, take a back seat to the life and delivering power of the Word of God. Psa 81:13 “Oh, that My people would listen to Me, that Israel would walk in My ways! 14 Speedily then I would subdue their enemies and turn My hand against their adversaries.” (Amp)
misrepresentation, abuse, abandonment, regrets; (2) caused by disagreements never settled; (3) caused by opportunities never taken or that were stolen. Whatever the source of the anger, you are the one it is eating up, so be delivered by the healing power of Jesus. Eph.4:26 Be angry [at sin—at immorality, at injustice, at ungodly behavior], yet do not sin; do not let your anger [cause you shame, nor allow it to] last until the sun goes down. 27 And do not give the devil an opportunity [to lead you into sin by holding a grudge, or nurturing anger, or harboring resentment, or cultivating bitterness]. In the next few days and weeks I believe you will find the name of Jesus to be very powerful in your life and your environment — if you will call upon His name, “Jesus”, see Him heal, watch as He delivers others out of impossible strongholds of bondage and fear. Say His name and see how marvelously He delivers you from the threat of harm, even from bullies. The children’s ministers at our church have taught them to say, “The name of Jesus is my super power”. In Acts 3:16 Peter declared: ”And on the basis of faith in His name, it is the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man…” (Acts 3:16, Amp) We are praying you discover daily more of the power of the name of Jesus in your life.
