It is Unstable and Sabotages

Kathy—The battle principle of divide-and-conquer works within us when our heart-thinking is divided against us. It makes us double-minded and unstable and sabotages our dedication and courage. Moreover, when we are divided and unstable, so is the dominion that God gave us. That means devils can easily interfere and harass successfully because there is no dominion action to block and bind them and legislate circumstances.  Whether declaration or proclamation or decree or acts of agreement or prophetic worship or unique obedience, dominion action is aligning with God’s desire and order and government.  God-given dominion is never about trying to rule the world like a delusional dictator.  It is simply a son or daughter of God participating in Father’s will being done in earth as it is in heaven. Spiritual wars are won through such participation.

Happening in the Spirit Realm

There are things happening in the spirit realm that are governed by the throne of God. They are not governed by physical circumstances, not governed by politicians nor parliaments (Ps.2:4). God is in charge but that does not mean that we are to just sit back and take everything that comes along and say, “Well, that must be what is supposed to happen to our wicked nation now.” We sometimes get so caught up with current events and possibilities and what seems like is the inevitable that we tend to forget about God and His mandate upon our lives (Ps.71:6; Isa.14:24; 51:1). What God is doing in the spirit realm is having an effect in this earth. He is not finished with earth, with this nation nor with us so there is still a great need to get into alignment with the purposes of God in His ever-expanding Kingdom.

Need Answers

Melissa—Recently I was thinking about some people in my life that need answers in a big way.  They’ve been fighting life altering circumstances and they just need answers, change, miracles! As this is going through my head, I all of a sudden see something being ripped in half and I hear, “No longer subjugated.” “Subjugated” is a word I wanted to look up.  Subjugate (Websters 1828 dictionary): “To subdue and bring under the yoke of power or dominion; to conquer by force and compel to submit to the government or absolute control of another.”  Well, that made my hair stand up!
A couple of weeks before this the Lord told me that He is using this current oppression to deliver us from life-long oppression.  So, when subjugation came up it was quite loud to me that He was saying we are no longer under control of decades, possibly centuries, of oppression.  This is huge! This is part of the awakening.  We’ve been asleep at the wheel and this explains to me why we haven’t seen great and mighty things on a larger scale that we know we are supposed to be seeing.

Truth That Makes Free

Kathy—Speaking of FREEDOM…   John 8:32  “You will know the truth, and THE TRUTH WILL MAKE YOU FREE.”  We need truth that sets us free to be, free to be what we were born to be so that our lives glorify our God.  We must come to freedom that gets us past some old limitations, dead ends and road blocks and cycles in our lives.

In Whom we Stand

As the people of God assemble today they will find and testify that their Mighty God, Yahweh, is their sanctuary and refuge and help in time of need, the One upon Whom they may trust and the One in Whom they may steadfastly stand come what may. They will hold to His unchanging hand and be at rest. Ps.91:1-4,Amp—“When you abide under the shadow of Shaddai, you are hidden  in the strength of God Most High. 2 He’s the hope that holds me and the stronghold to shelter me, the only God for me, and my great confidence. 3 He will rescue you from every hidden trap of the enemy, and he will protect you from false accusation and any deadly curse. 4 His massive arms  are wrapped around you, protecting you. You can run under his covering of majesty and hide. His arms of faithfulness are a shield keeping you from harm.” (Also, find comfort in Isa.41:10; Ps.4:8; Isa.26:3)

Stay in the Raft

We need a handle to hold on to for the tomorrows to come. On a documentary about the Colorado River I saw a raft full of people going through rapids. The guy at the very back of the raft was not holding on good and when the raft hit some very turbulent water he flew up into the air, flipped over backwards and hit the water while the raft simply continued down the river with all the other adventurers still inside. We need a handle to hold on to because our nation is in the rapids and is going through some turbulent water but we have a raft (Isa.46:10; 2Pe.1:19). We have heard what many, who are called prophets, have said and we have heard what politicians and advisors have said but we need to stay in the raft, we need to know what God’s Word says. In the day of Noah, while the world was deteriorating around him, Noah had a raft. It was the preparation of God for those who would heed His voice. Jesus is still the solid Rock. Recent and threatening events have not turned Him into a pebble. There is Someone solid for us to cast our anchor on. Stay in the raft.

A Key for Being Awake

Melissa—Here is a key for being awake, “If you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding, and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.” (Prov. 2:3-6)  When we wake up we have to have insight and understanding to be able to navigate what God is doing in this earth.  How thrilling is it that we get to be alive for this?  We just need to accept the invitation to be a part of what Father is doing.  Gotta say, I accept even though I don’t even know what all is next. I’m just waking up to a whole new world, waiting for my eyes to clear up so I can see it!
