Previous Restrictions Are Being Removed
Previous restrictions are being removed and our awareness of possibilities and solutions for our family, nation and future will increase. Our awareness will increase so that we may participate and lead in the resolve of issues.
3-“For you will spread abroad to the right and to the left.
And your descendants will possess nations And will resettle the desolate cities.
4-“Fear not, for you will not be put to shame; And do not feel humiliated, for you will not be disgraced; But you will forget the shame of your youth, And the reproach of your widowhood you will remember no more. (Isa.54:3-4, NASB)
“YOUTH”: when things were attempted but nothing was accomplished; this doesn’t necessarily refer to biological age but to the early attempts we made at what we thought was purpose.
Also refers to untimely words, foolish actions and decisions.
“WIDOWHOOD”: unproductive, unfruitful time; a widow did not bare children or increase family, but was known for suffering loss.
We will not be disgraced for we will not remember the shame and reproach and will therefore look for progress and victories through God’s grace.
DECLARE: “My awareness of possibilities and solutions is increasing and I will break out on the right and on the left and will not fear because I will no longer remember any shame.”

We Live In This Time In History Because
We live in this time in history because God ordained it so and He also ordained the days to come for His Name’s sake (Ps23:3;106:8;1Jn2:12;3Jn:1:7)
It is not our purpose in living to simply observe “the tide” of circumstances but to turn the tide. We do not live so we might observe history taking place but so we might make history.
Typically after someone shares about how they were powerfully used of God, someone will walk up afterwards and say something like, “Yes, but you are a full-time minister, pastor, evangelist, prophet etc., etc.” Title, T-shirt or cap doesn’t matter. The anointing and empowering One, the Holy Spirit is the same in every believer at any time in history.
The reason we do not speak with a British accent and send our taxes to London each April is because 1000’s of nameless people participated in the American Revolution and turned the tide for the nation. It could not have been done by the dozen or so people whose names made it into the history books.
Jahweh is no less faithful in this moment of history than He was in 2Co 4:9: “we know that God knows what to do; we’ve been spiritually terrorized, but God hasn’t left our side.”
“So teach us to number our days, that we may get us a heart of wisdom.” (Ps.90:12)
DECLARE: “I do not live so I might observe history taking place but so I might make history. I was born at the right time and will effectively impact the sphere of influence God has given me in my generation.”

“And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, [4395(Strong’s) propheteuo- to prophesy, to be a prophet, to speak forth by divine inspirations, to predict: 1) to prophesy, 
2) with the idea of foretelling future events pertaining especially to the kingdom of God, 3) to utter forth, to declare, a thing which can only be known by divine revelation, 4) to break forth under sudden impulse in lofty discourse or praise of the divine counsels; under like prompting, to teach, refute, reprove, admonish, comfort others, 5) to act as a prophet, to discharge the prophetic office.]
And your young [junior ranks] men shall see visions, [an appearance divinely granted] and your old [senior in rank] men shall dream dreams: [dream or vision seen in sleep].” Acts 2:17
So expect God’s impartation of prophecy, dreams and visions upon all flesh. His sovereign appointments will not regard the natural barriers of logic, age or gender. Also, it is of utmost importance that we expect our understanding to be opened so that we can heed the prophecies, dreams and visions that we receive from the Spirit’s outpouring!

Prophetic Gift Calls Us To Perseverance
When God gives a promise He gives a witness of the Holy Spirit in our hearts. He… put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come (2Co 1:22). We allow pressures and delay to smother the witness, of the Holy Spirit, to promise. When we are on our way to the fulfillment of promise and the wind is not at our backs, the tendency is to turn around and go back so that we are not 
opposed by the wind. Rowing with the wind is much easier than rowing against the wind. But winds of opposition will come from the enemy because he does not want the promise of God to be fulfilled in us. If it is fulfilled in us it will not only revolutionize our lives but it will also bless those around us. It will advance the Kingdom of God.
We need the prophetic gift around regularly strengthening, encouraging and comforting (1Co 14:3) because the receiving of promise from God does not prevent waves from coming over the side of the boat. But the boat was already a considerable distance from land, buffeted by the waves because the wind was against it (Mt 14:24). The fact that we have received a prophecy does not guarantee that the wind will be at our backs. The waves coming over the side do not have to sink us. The wind does not have to destroy us. Believe it or not, those things do not even have to discourage us. They should actually build into us determination. They should make us more determined to focus on the goal. Those who strengthen and encourage the people of God out of a prophetic gift keep us grounded in the Word and looking toward the goal.

Dreams Can Deal With Your Concerns
My dad often dreamed the solution to mechanical problems that his awake mind could not solve. Possibly the answer came in dreams because his awake mind was distracted by pressures and 
frustrations. Possibly his awake mind’s library of known facts had incomplete or wrong conclusions. Conclusions establish a boundary that says: “NO MORE THINKING BEYOND THIS LINE.” This mental fence around an issue tells “awake logic” to explore no further, but dreams are not limited to “awake logic.” Sometimes his dreams were gifts from the Lord, a Word of Knowledge or Word of Wisdom.

Dreams can be rehearsals or telegrams. There is always a reason for dreaming, but not all dreams are to be researched or acted upon. Some dreams are mixed messages and only parts are of particular significance; but some are significant rehearsals or timely telegrams. Dreams are usually significant if they are: recurring or unforgettable or intensely detailed.

Hearing In Dreams
Dreams are a vivid example of how we communicate in sounds and pictures and senses. Just like reading words on a page, seeing the look on someone’s face or having a conversation, dreams can speak to
us. Most people dream, just like most people have ears and the ability to hear sounds. But sometimes we do not pay attention to our dreams, just like we do not really hear the meaning of words that pass through our ears. For example, it is possible to have several people in the same room with a television on. Even though they have ears to hear, there is no guarantee that everyone will hear what is said. If they pay attention and understand the meaning of the words and the images on the screen, then they are hearing. So it is with dreams. I believe that in dreams we have an ear to hear; and if we will hear, God can and will speak to us. If we expect to hear from God in dreams, our faith ushers Him in.

The Search Builds Relationship
God often communicates with man in symbols and parallels. As Jesus spoke in parables, on one level, the natural mind could simply remember an interesting story; but the spirit of man could discern real-life truths within the story and act on them. Being stirred in spirit enough to search out and lay hold of the truth builds relationship with Truth, just as His disciples built relationship
with Him as they sought Him out wanting to understand the truth. God still speaks through symbols and parallels whether in dreams or visions or parables, to lead to understanding – the intimate understanding and conversation of friends. Godly dreams display strategies, confirm plans and direction, and reveal overcoming truths. As we realize this, we realize how intricate and awesome our God is, and our understanding and love for Him grow in the search.
“It is the glory of God to conceal and keep close a word, a matter, advice, counsel, a thought; but it is the honor, glory, abundant riches, and splendor of kings to search out his word, his counsel and his thoughts,” (Prov 25:2-paraphrase).

Momentum Of God
We are getting caught up into the momentum of God’s workings. It’s not that momentum is increasing, it is that we are getting caught up into the momentum that God has for His Kingdom purposes.
Isa.40:28-31 “Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not faint or grow weary; there is no searching of His understanding.
29 He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound].
30 Even youths shall faint and be weary, and [selected] young men shall feebly stumble and fall exhausted;
31 But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.”
If there is no wind, if there is no momentum, why would the eagle spread his wings Jehovah’s momentum never slows and certainly never ceases.
DECLARE: “The wind of God is blowing, the momentum of God is advancing His cause and I will lift my wings and mount up close to God and run and not be weary in His purposes.”

Corruption Will Not Prevent
I declare that corruption will not prevent successes for the people of God.
Corruption is not unique to _______, and corruption does not PREVENT profits from being made or successes occurring for the people of God walking in His Kingdom purposes. (You fill in the blank in the area you have noticed and that has you concerned, e.g., person, entity, nation)
Prov.29:16 “When the wicked are in authority, transgression increases, but the [uncompromisingly] righteous shall see the fall of the wicked.”
Declare: “Corruption will not prevent the people of God from moving forward in success for His Kingdom purposes. Corruption will not prevent God-ordained, key people from being raised up in government or in the justice system. Corruption will not prevent proper, beneficial entities from being raised up and supported in this nation. We will see corruption fall in 2013.”
Loved Ones Responding
I declare that loved ones and those we were in relationship with in the past, will respond to the Holy Spirit’s dealings and will come into the Kingdom as we pray and make declarations over them and as we speak to them words God has given us.
27 From the four corners of the earth people are coming to their senses, are running back to God 28 Long-lost families are falling on their faces before him. God has taken charge; from now on he has the last word. 29 All the power-mongers are before him —worshiping! All the poor and powerless, too—worshiping! Along with those who never got it together—worshiping! 30 Our children and their children will get in on this As the word is passed along from parent to child. 31 Babies not yet conceived will hear the good news—that God does what he says. (Ps.22, Msg)
Declare: “Family members and past relationships that have been lost will respond to the Holy Spirit and will come into the Kingdom for such a time as this.”
Creative Solutions
Creative Solutions
I declare that Creator-God will creatively bring about solutions for our families, our nation and Israel in 2013.
Blessed is He who is so creative, our Lord God. If He can create such beautiful wonders that our eyes can barely believe what they are seeing, can’t He creatively bring about solutions and resolve concerning us and our nation and Israel? I think the answer is: “Well, He’s done it before!”
DECLARE: “He has done it before and He will do it again”
“Don’t you know anything? Haven’t you been listening? God doesn’t come and go. God lasts. He’s Creator of all you can see or imagine. He doesn’t get tired out, doesn’t pause to catch His breath. And He knows everything, inside and out.” (Isa40:28, Msg)
“For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.” (Jer.29:11, Amp)

If need be, He can invent an event or a thing to bring solution in my life.
Identify Weapons
I declare that in 2013 God will enable us to identify the weapons that have been formed against our children, loved ones and nation.
Isa.54:17 says, “no weapon formed against you shall prosper.”
Theologians have said Ps.74:16 is an announcement of the universal dominion of God. “The day is Yours, the night also is Yours; You have established the [starry] light and the sun.” (Ps.74:16)
He has dominion over all and over all things. Therefore, nothing may be kept from His awareness nor from His ability to intervene.
He will disperse light upon whatsoever He will. He sees into the darkness–nothing is hidden.
Nothing may remain hidden and therefore, nothing can possibly be a surprise.
Wisdom is to access His knowledge. Seeking His face in particular about this matter and giving Him opportunity and time to speak will bring His knowledge of those weapons and wisdom to pray and declare concerning them.
Declare: “No weapon formed against my children or my church or my nation shall prosper.”
Discoverable For Potential
Discoverable For Potential
I declare that in 2013 the potential Daniels, Shadrachs, Meshachs, & Abednegos will discover their spiritual fathers and visa versa. And they will not only be potentials but they will do what those powerful young men did; they will confront and contradict leaders and nations unto the purposes of God because they had fathers who imparted grace and sufficiency to them.
God is turning the hearts of the fathers to the children to be “above” and “over” (Thayer) them so that they will cover the children like the roof of a house covers its inhabitants and protects them from the elements. If a father is “over” a child it is as authority acting for the good of the child, not to act in some way or perpetrate upon the child something that is not in complete harmony with the child’s destiny. The children will not reach their destiny without the covering of fathers who live and act on their behalf. The onus is upon the fathers, not the children.
It won’t do any good for the hearts of the children to be turned to the fathers if the hearts of the fathers are not turned to the children. The heart of a child turned to the father without the heart of the father turned to the child only results in wounding the child. There is no neutral position for father or child.
But the general bent of the hearts of the fathers of this generation, as displayed in this nation, is for gratification of self, not self-sacrifice. There is a self-preservation and self-gratification syndrome that has been heinously perpetrated upon this generation of fathers.
But the Spirit of Christ is wrestling with men’s souls to prevent a demonic holocaust that will wipe out a generation and its destiny.
When I got my iPhone, it was difficult to pair the earpiece with it. I finally got the instructions out and was informed that I had to make my iPhone “discoverable.” Once it was discoverable, my earpiece immediately paired with my phone and have had no problems since. We must make ourselves discoverable to the coming generation for communication and impartation.
DECLARE: “I will give of my substance and give myself sacrificially for our children to get to their destiny. I will be discoverable in 2013.”
“And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, And the hearts of the children to their fathers, Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.” (Mal.4:6, NKJV)

What of the New Year? — Keep On Knocking
We will keep asking and seeking and knocking in 2013 that we may see those victories that we did not see in 2012. Just as the woman with the issue of blood pushed her way past the crowd around Jesus that she might touch Him and be whole, just so we will push past the obstacles and nay sayers that are between us and victory. We will ask, we will seek and we will knock all the way to the door of 2014… and beyond!
7 “Keep on asking and it will be given you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking [reverently] and [the door] will be opened to you.
8 For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, [the door] will be opened.” (Matt.7:7-8,Amp)

What of the New Year? — The Path of Life
May the Lord prosper you in the path of life that He has ordained for you in 2013. May He show you the life He has placed in that path for you and may you impart life in that ordained path. And when you have gone down that path this year, there will be many who will never be the same because you are a bearer of His life which is redemptive. Joy to you all year.
“You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.” (Ps.16:11, Amp)

What of the New Year?–The Unexpected Positive
It would seem that typically when “unexpected” is mentioned our minds tend to go toward the negative. BUT Jahweh is the God of the unexpected positive: grace when we don’t expect it, mercy when we don’t expect it, a Hand up and out when we don’t expect it. (Acts 12:5-16; “they were astonished”)
May the Lord give you unexpected surprises that delight your heart in 2013.
“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1Cor.2:9)

The Psalmist declares he is aware that He is included in God’s thoughts. One of the meanings of “thoughts” (Jer.29:11) is “an invention.” God has a plan for you in 2013 and, if necessary, He will INVENT required elements to work together to get you to that goal that glorifies Him and serves His purposes. He is beneficent and He is creative.

19-Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new. It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it?
There it is! I’m making a road through the desert, rivers in the badlands. (Isa.43:16, 18-19, Msg)
Eye Shall Be Single
This is the day the Lord has made so…
I will rejoice and be glad and my eye shall be single in it.
“Single” here is with reference to a piece of cloth having only one fold and infers a
“single-minded” devotion to God, with one’s heart set on God alone.
“The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.” (Matt.6:22)
Grow Strong In Spirit
This is the day the Lord has made so….
I will rejoice and be glad and grow strong in spirit and be filled with wisdom in it.
Jesus was born with purpose and so are we. From the beginning, He not only grew physically but in His spirit and in wisdom for what was to come.
One of our major goals for our children in 2013 should be to see them filled with the Spirit and to train them in godly wisdom.
“And the Child grew and became strong in spirit, filled with wisdom; and the grace (favor and spiritual blessing) of God was upon Him.” (Lk.2:40}
Tidings To All People
“Good tidings of great joy to all people:
Unto you is born this day a Savior, Christ the Lord.” (Lk. 2:10-11)

Discussing The Rock
What percentage of the minutes and hours of conversation over the last week did you spend discussing and describing the things that seem to be threatening the nation and the church? After calculating that, then calculate what percentage of time was spent discussing Jesus the Rock. I am certainly not advocating we stick our head in the sand. Being informed is wisdom but negative headlines are not supposed to be the major focus and attention-getter for the child of God. David mentioned his enemies in the Psalms but they were not his major focus. He said things like, “From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, the Lord’s name is to be praised” (Ps 113:3) That would take up a great deal of time.
Emails and Face Book posts definitively describe “this” that is expected to happen and “that” which is said to be inevitable. But before any of those persons or entities existed, Jehovah God said, “I lay in Zion a Chief Cornerstone” (1Pe 2:6). Jesus is the Rock and He is greater than anything that opposes you, your family, your church, your community or this nation.
