My mother, at 80 years old, told me that, as a girl, she personally witnessed all of the manifestations we have seen in the past few years, including the gold fillings and gold teeth. God showing His wonderful Person through those manifestations is part of the reason that both sides of my family are Spirit-filled believers and ministers today. All of my uncles, but one, on both sides of my family are ministers because of the impact the character of God, displayed in manifestations, had on them as children.

“The Word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even unto the dividing asunder of soul and spirit.” The emphasis left us in Heb 4:12 is that the Word that is alive and the Word that is indescribably sharp, will leave nothing in us alone. The 
Word of God cannot be anything but alive, active, operative and penetrating and it addresses everything in us. That powerful Word is going to leave nothing alone in your life. The Word of God is going to get after sin. It’s not going to leave the destiny of Jesus that is in you alone. It’s not going to leave the songs alone that God inspired and brought to you in worship concerning His greatness to be and greatness to act in and through you. There are people who, in recent years, have tried to summarily dismiss various manifestations of God. Some have claimed that because they do not see specific examples of some of the specific manifestations in the Bible that those manifestations are not of God. They go from making that point to actually speaking and working against groups which embrace such moves. If the upper room crowd would have had time to look over the manifestations of the Day of Pentecost, they might have rejected them on the same basis. Peter said, “But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;”(Acts 2:16-KJV). Yet, there is no mention in Joel of tongues, tongues of fire or Spiritual inebriation.

When God restores something that generations have lost, He must put emphasis on it. In this century we have seen an emphasis on Bible 
teaching, healing, faith, prophesying and joy. Each time God has restored one of these truths and highlighted it the teacher and the teaching have been rejected and even vehemently opposed by many. God must emphasize and spotlight each of these things because they have fallen into such neglect. Entire generations have become ignorant of them so that they must be jump-started. You cannot start a run-down battery with a typical 10 amp battery charger. You must put a 250 amp charger on it if you want the car to start right then and be useful then rather than many hours later.

As the people of God assemble today, may they soar to new heights as they break loose from legalisms that have only served to bind and obligate them to systems that do not produce life. May they worship in freedom and speak and hear the true Word of God in liberty that produces liberty in others. “So we [Jewish Christians] also, when we were minors, were kept like slaves under [the rules of the Hebrew ritual and subject to] the elementary teachings of a system of external observations and regulations.” (Gal.4:3, Amp)

God-fearing people can have carnal reactions to a move of God. Those making fun of the work of Holy Spirit were what we might call the 
“churched people” of that day. Yet when the presence of God began to manifest in that city, they were bewildered. These religious, faithful members of the synagogue even made fun of the move of God: v.13 “Some, however, made fun of them and said, ‘They have had too much wine.'” Today people would say something like, “Oh, they’re just in the flesh.” When God restores a truth to His people it can get messy because humanity, dug into its carnal comfort zones, is not easily moved. The way the God-fearing people reacted in Acts 2 is proof positive that God-fearing people can have carnal reactions to a move of God even to the point of making fun of it. A preacher I heard quoted said, “The ways of God must be inscrutable beyond understanding. If they were not, they would be surrendered to man’s mind. And if to man’s mind, then ultimately to man’s control.”

“This is the day which the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Ps.118:24) On this passage Clarke basically says that since the Lord has called us to triumph, this is the day He has appointed for that purpose. He seems to be claiming it for himself, as should we—this time period, this season, even this very day is the day of our triumphing in Christ. This is rejoicing for what the Lord had done for the nation. V.23 “This is the Lord’s doing.” Now, as then, mere man does not have the answers for our nation. Let us lift our voices to the throne of God that we may rejoice in what Jehovah has done in our nation. Rejoice and be glad! We are praying you discover daily the Lord’s doing in your life. The people who were amazed and bewildered were not heathen. They were very religious people (v.5″God-fearing Jews”). These were the 
“churched people” of that day. They knew the Scriptures and they had been trained in theology. They were those who were supposed to know about God and know what He was like and know the kinds of things He does. But they didn’t know everything about God nor everything about the way He does things. They hadn’t seen all the ways in which God moves. They didn’t have knowledge of all the ways in which God might manifest Himself. Cf.Isa 55:8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. 9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” This unprecedented Power surge left these religious people “bewildered” in v.6, “utterly amazed” in v.7 and “perplexed” in v.12 (NIV).

It was at least the equivalent of a Boeing 747 landing in the middle of downtown Jerusalem on the day of 
Pentecost at 9:00 in the morning. And since they had no point of reference for such a tempest blast they became quite perplexed (unable to grasp something clearly or to think logically and decisively about something), cf.Acts 2:6,7,12. There was no warning that a Mighty manifestation would blast them suddenly into the miraculous church age where signs and wonders would follow them that believe (Mk.16:17). Believers were praying like their Lord had commanded them in the place He had commanded them to receive what He had commanded them (Lk.24:49) so that they could do what He had commanded them.

As the people of God assemble today, may the Lord encourage them for the future of our nation and their vital part in assuring that future. It was one of those phenomenal explosions that rocks the senses, jolts the mind and sends you reeling. But this particular explosion was of 
obvious origin. Awesome Power which had its source in heaven hit the cosmopolitan city of Jerusalem. It was a holiday and the city had swelled its population by many thousands. A learned medical doctor used the best means of description he could find in his vocabulary to describe what it was like. Dr. Luke described the event in such a way that we know he will never forget what transpired; and he has left us with such a dazzling account that we shall never forget this divine event. It was not just divinely inspired. It was divinely perpetrated. The only way men were involved were as receivers. There was no doubt that the violent tempest blast (Acts 2:2 Amplified Bible), which rocked the entire city and shook the four walls of their meeting room while filling them, was from heaven.

Have you felt that you were being assailed? In the Bible, the word “ASSAIL” means: to attack with violence; to attack with a view to produce changes in one’s feelings, character or conduct. There may be ample evidence all around you that you are being assailed, but I speak over you a blessed assurance that, as you cry out to Him, Heavenly Father is releasing His marvelous favor and lovingkindness in the midst of the assault and the assailant is being put to flight. (Melissa G.) Because of Father’s mercy there is ALWAYS opportunity to live Plan A. How? By becoming aware of how plan B is in effect in your life, and by letting Him process you out of it. Sometimes our answers don’t come to immediate manifestation simply to keep us from self-sabotaging the outcome. When God does a work it is complete. If we have broken places that would cause the answer we are looking for to eventually fall apart (self-sabotage), He starts repairing the broken places first. His intent is for us to be whole. When we ask, He hears. This may be why you seemingly have not received the answer you have been looking for. God is faithfully and lovingly repairing the cracks in your foundation so the answer you’re waiting on completes the whole. He gives the answers to us as we process out of what is trapping us.

May you skillfully discern when there is a hidden agenda in a question and not just simply answer it. May you discern when there is an accusation in a question and the asker is hoping you will give them “fodder for their cannon” so they can fire it back at you. May you be forthright and righteous in all your dealings with all people to the glory of our Lord as you watch Him intervene in your behalf. (Melissa G.) Remember: We are heirs of Plan A! God’s original intent for our lifetime and beyond! We choose to live Plan B simply because we don’t 
have a grasp on His love and true intent for us. However, just because it’s not God’s original intent does not mean He is not right in the midst of it. “It is because of the Lord’s lovingkindness we are not consumed, because His [tender] compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great and beyond measure is Your faithfulness.” Lam. 3:22-23 (AMP). Hear me out, this verse describes where our medicines fit. It is not God’s original intent for us to live with disease and on medication. Jesus finished the work so we could live an abundant life quickened by the Spirit that raised Christ from the dead (Romans 8:11). However, because He loves us so much, plan B has God’s mercy all over it, “we are not consumed – His [tender] compassions never fail – NEW EVERY MORNING – Great and beyond measure is Your faithfulness.” AND because of that mercy there is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS opportunity to live Plan A.

It’s not over. I pray today that people or entities that have tried to create some type of negative interference or to do some type of harm will not be successful. Let’s pray that our Lord interfere with the interference. Just as the Lord God intervened when entities were trying to keep King David from the throne, may God block those attempts that are trying to prevent you from arriving where and when God has ordained you to be. When men had tried to prevent Joseph from getting to destiny he told them in Gen.50:20 “what you meant for evil, God meant for good for the saving of many.” May that which is blocking you be blocked. It’s not over. We are praying you discover daily that God’s intervention is causing interference with those things trying to block your righteous advance.

(Melissa G.) How do we deal with DDF (Due Diligence Fear)? Here are some questions to ask when fear strikes, or we aren’t sure if it is fear or wisdom: What do I need to see about this? What’s at the root of this? What do I need to know about this? Is there an element of this that needs to be dealt with or stopped thru prayer, or is this connected to a root that needs to be pulled out? Is this intercession for someone else? These kind of questions get answered because they are not the questions of a victim, they are questions of an overcomer. A fear-driven question already has an answer in mind and can’t hear anything but that. A wise question is open to hear truth. Here’s another question to keep on hand, is this something in the atmosphere that I need to be aware of? I experienced this one recently while in worship. A headache hit me between the eyes out of no where. Later I came to realize it was an atmospheric war over what was going on that night. When identified the headache left immediately!

My mother, at 80 years old, told me that, as a girl, she personally witnessed all of the manifestations we have seen in the past few years, including the gold fillings and gold teeth. God showing His wonderful Person through those manifestations is part of the reason that both sides of my family are Spirit-filled believers and ministers today. All of my uncles, but one, on both sides of my family are ministers because of the impact the character of God, displayed in manifestations, had on them as children.
Word of God cannot be anything but alive, active, operative and penetrating and it addresses everything in us. That powerful Word is going to leave nothing alone in your life. The Word of God is going to get after sin. It’s not going to leave the destiny of Jesus that is in you alone. It’s not going to leave the songs alone that God inspired and brought to you in worship concerning His greatness to be and greatness to act in and through you. There are people who, in recent years, have tried to summarily dismiss various manifestations of God. Some have claimed that because they do not see specific examples of some of the specific manifestations in the Bible that those manifestations are not of God. They go from making that point to actually speaking and working against groups which embrace such moves. If the upper room crowd would have had time to look over the manifestations of the Day of Pentecost, they might have rejected them on the same basis. Peter said, “But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;”(Acts 2:16-KJV). Yet, there is no mention in Joel of tongues, tongues of fire or Spiritual inebriation. 
teaching, healing, faith, prophesying and joy. Each time God has restored one of these truths and highlighted it the teacher and the teaching have been rejected and even vehemently opposed by many. God must emphasize and spotlight each of these things because they have fallen into such neglect. Entire generations have become ignorant of them so that they must be jump-started. You cannot start a run-down battery with a typical 10 amp battery charger. You must put a 250 amp charger on it if you want the car to start right then and be useful then rather than many hours later. 
As the people of God assemble today, may they soar to new heights as they break loose from legalisms that have only served to bind and obligate them to systems that do not produce life. May they worship in freedom and speak and hear the true Word of God in liberty that produces liberty in others. “So we [Jewish Christians] also, when we were minors, were kept like slaves under [the rules of the Hebrew ritual and subject to] the elementary teachings of a system of external observations and regulations.” (Gal.4:3, Amp)

“churched people” of that day. Yet when the presence of God began to manifest in that city, they were bewildered. These religious, faithful members of the synagogue even made fun of the move of God: v.13 “Some, however, made fun of them and said, ‘They have had too much wine.'” Today people would say something like, “Oh, they’re just in the flesh.” When God restores a truth to His people it can get messy because humanity, dug into its carnal comfort zones, is not easily moved. The way the God-fearing people reacted in Acts 2 is proof positive that God-fearing people can have carnal reactions to a move of God even to the point of making fun of it. A preacher I heard quoted said, “The ways of God must be inscrutable beyond understanding. If they were not, they would be surrendered to man’s mind. And if to man’s mind, then ultimately to man’s control.”
“This is the day which the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Ps.118:24) On this passage Clarke basically says that since the Lord has called us to triumph, this is the day He has appointed for that purpose. He seems to be claiming it for himself, as should we—this time period, this season, even this very day is the day of our triumphing in Christ. This is rejoicing for what the Lord had done for the nation. V.23 “This is the Lord’s doing.” Now, as then, mere man does not have the answers for our nation. Let us lift our voices to the throne of God that we may rejoice in what Jehovah has done in our nation. Rejoice and be glad! We are praying you discover daily the Lord’s doing in your life. “churched people” of that day. They knew the Scriptures and they had been trained in theology. They were those who were supposed to know about God and know what He was like and know the kinds of things He does. But they didn’t know everything about God nor everything about the way He does things. They hadn’t seen all the ways in which God moves. They didn’t have knowledge of all the ways in which God might manifest Himself. Cf.Isa 55:8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. 9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” This unprecedented Power surge left these religious people “bewildered” in v.6, “utterly amazed” in v.7 and “perplexed” in v.12 (NIV). 
Pentecost at 9:00 in the morning. And since they had no point of reference for such a tempest blast they became quite perplexed (unable to grasp something clearly or to think logically and decisively about something), cf.Acts 2:6,7,12. There was no warning that a Mighty manifestation would blast them suddenly into the miraculous church age where signs and wonders would follow them that believe (Mk.16:17). Believers were praying like their Lord had commanded them in the place He had commanded them to receive what He had commanded them (Lk.24:49) so that they could do what He had commanded them.
As the people of God assemble today, may the Lord encourage them for the future of our nation and their vital part in assuring that future. May they be encouraged that their prayers and partnership are significant in His workings in America. May they receive His assurance that they shall not be moved out of purpose nor off the foundation of God Almighty. “God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.” (Ps.46:5) “He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defense; I shall not be moved.” (Ps.62:6)
May good things and giftings, and words of encouragement and enabling spring up out of you in this season like a spring that is beginning to flow. May all the debris of uncertainty and past failures and criticisms blow completely away as the good things flow unhindered to bless others. Get into the Word of God and let it speak more loudly to you than the voices that would remind you of your history. Be reminded that the former things are cast into the sea of forgetfulness. The forgiveness and enablements of Jesus Christ override past failures and insure future victories. ”The good man, from his [inner] good treasure, brings out good things…” (Matt.12:35a, Amp) We are praying you discover daily God’s forgiveness in your life.
obvious origin. Awesome Power which had its source in heaven hit the cosmopolitan city of Jerusalem. It was a holiday and the city had swelled its population by many thousands. A learned medical doctor used the best means of description he could find in his vocabulary to describe what it was like. Dr. Luke described the event in such a way that we know he will never forget what transpired; and he has left us with such a dazzling account that we shall never forget this divine event. It was not just divinely inspired. It was divinely perpetrated. The only way men were involved were as receivers. There was no doubt that the violent tempest blast (Acts 2:2 Amplified Bible), which rocked the entire city and shook the four walls of their meeting room while filling them, was from heaven.

not consumed and His mercies are new EVERY MORNING! God is so faithful to sustain us through the battle to our answers. This is the year to loose your grip on plan B and take hold, with both hands, of Plan A – His ORIGINAL INTENT for your life in 2016 and beyond. This is the year to come into your inheritance as sons and daughters of the King.
May the Lord most high free you from being fenced in by lack of opportunity and circumstantial opposition. May you discover that by calling upon the living Christ and looking to His resurrection power that you can break free from oppressive weights that have held you down so that it seems you cannot even breathe. May you arise this day and may you run free like the calf set free from the stall, and cross finish lines and goal lines you have never been able to cross before. Today, begin accomplishing all you were born to be. (Ps.18:19, CEV) “When I was fenced in, you freed and rescued me because you love me.” We are praying you discover daily God’s power freeing you to be all you can be.
(Melissa G.) Because of Father’s mercy there is ALWAYS opportunity to live Plan A. How? By becoming aware of how plan B is in effect in your life, and by letting Him process you out of it. Sometimes our answers don’t come to immediate manifestation simply to keep us from self-sabotaging the outcome. When God does a work it is complete. If we have broken places that would cause the answer we are looking for to eventually fall apart (self-sabotage), He starts repairing the broken places first. His intent is for us to be whole. When we ask, He hears. This may be why you seemingly have not received the answer you have been looking for. God is faithfully and lovingly repairing the cracks in your foundation so the answer you’re waiting on completes the whole. He gives the answers to us as we process out of what is trapping us.
As the people of God assemble today, may there be a sense of community and oneness as people of God look together unto that One from whom comes their strength. May they find strength in community and strength in their God. ”I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.” (Ps.121:1-2, KJV)
May you skillfully discern when there is a hidden agenda in a question and not just simply answer it. May you discern when there is an accusation in a question and the asker is hoping you will give them “fodder for their cannon” so they can fire it back at you. May you be forthright and righteous in all your dealings with all people to the glory of our Lord as you watch Him intervene in your behalf. (Dan.2:22, Msg) “Blessed be the name of God…, He provides both intelligence and discernment, He opens up the depths, tells secrets, sees in the dark—light spills out of him! God… You made me wise and strong… ” We are praying you discover daily our Lord’s discernment in your life.

However, just because it’s not God’s original intent does not mean He is not right in the midst of it. “It is because of the Lord’s lovingkindness we are not consumed, because His [tender] compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great and beyond measure is Your faithfulness.” Lam. 3:22-23 (AMP). Hear me out, this verse describes where our medicines fit. It is not God’s original intent for us to live with disease and on medication. Jesus finished the work so we could live an abundant life quickened by the Spirit that raised Christ from the dead (Romans 8:11). However, because He loves us so much, plan B has God’s mercy all over it, “we are not consumed – His [tender] compassions never fail – NEW EVERY MORNING – Great and beyond measure is Your faithfulness.” AND because of that mercy there is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS opportunity to live Plan A.
It’s not over. I pray today that people or entities that have tried to create some type of negative interference or to do some type of harm will not be successful. Let’s pray that our Lord interfere with the interference. Just as the Lord God intervened when entities were trying to keep King David from the throne, may God block those attempts that are trying to prevent you from arriving where and when God has ordained you to be. When men had tried to prevent Joseph from getting to destiny he told them in Gen.50:20 “what you meant for evil, God meant for good for the saving of many.” May that which is blocking you be blocked. It’s not over. We are praying you discover daily that God’s intervention is causing interference with those things trying to block your righteous advance.
