(Excerpt from Melissa’s message at DVP2019)—I’m going to address the Prophetic 
Lifestyle. Let me start by saying this is a lifestyle for all of us to live not just those called to be a Prophet. This is my definition of the Prophetic Lifestyle: It Is LIVING BY THE SPIRIT and sensing, hearing and seeing God’s intention about the here and now, and what is to come. It’s also about carrying that God-intention to its manifestation AND letting that intention do its work in us.

Built to Anticipate
Each of us already has a pretty full plate of anticipation about the coming year. We 
are built to anticipate. If we are honest, I believe we will admit that we are continually anticipating what is ahead whether we are anticipating good or bad, productive or nonproductive, desired or undesirable. Right in the middle of it all it would be quite helpful to us if we considered that it is quite difficult to anticipate the provision or intervention of God if we are not looking to God and His Word. Ps.145:15 (NKJV) “The eyes of all look expectantly to You…” (NET) “Everything looks to you in ANTICIPATION…” (Excerpt from Marty’s message at DVP2019)
Encouraging One Another
As the people of God assemble today, may they report to one another and encourage one another with dreams, visions and prophetic confirmations that inspire each one to move forward in faith and hope to the horizons Almighty God has as He manifests His sons/daughters as salve and solution to the groaning of creation. (1Thess.5:11, NKJV) ”Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.”
Transition Into New Norms
I have sensed for several months that the Body of Christ is in an important time of transition into new norms. One of the new norms I believe we can expect is strategic dreams that equip us for the purposes of God. Dreams and Un-carnal Weapons
A victory won with un-carnal weapons that were received in dreams and visions: My niece dreamed recently that she was in her kitchen sauteeing some onions. Her dad, who had passed away the previous year, stood in the doorway of her kitchen. 
Scrunching his nose at the strong odor he asked her, “What is that smell?” She answered that it was just onions frying. He shook his head and said, “No, that smells like gas.” As soon as he said the word “gas,” she awoke and sat up in bed. Immediately she smelled the gas. Running to the kitchen she found a burner which had not been completely shut off. The gas fumes had slowly been filling the house since supper earlier that evening.
Her Heavenly Father sent special forces to her rescue. Like a Navy Seal Special Ops, the dream was a timely intervention behind the scenes to stop an explosive attack before it reached success. Who but God could dispatch the exact messenger who would represent the authority and particular skills needed to bring her to a wake up call? The messenger was in her earthly father’s likeness not only to represent trustworthy and sound counsel, but her earthly father had also been a fire chief for years!
Angels on assignment can definitely be un-carnal weapons discharged in our behalf. Many people have had similar dreams and experiences and I’m sure some have experienced angelic intervention without realizing it. I believe we can expect even more reports of God sending angels from His arsenal to intervene in the affairs of men in days ahead.—Kathy Gabler

Anticipating Something
The coming generation will anticipate something. Who will give them something to 
anticipate? Will they anticipate hopelessness or the possibilities of the God of the Bible? One of the biggest favors we can do the coming generation is to build anticipation into them, anticipation for the intervention of God, anticipation to see God do something no previous generation has ever seen. Every time people speak of tragedy and hopelessness, let us say to the coming generation, “BUT GOD….”. Let’s help them keep their anticipator alive and well and functioning at peak capacity. Making Big Changes
We carry what our nation and the world needs, and you can change things from where you are at this moment. God used a remnant of people time and time again to make big changes. He’s God, a tiny dose of His power can turn this thing upside-down! Our new motto for this year and beyond can be: As goes the remnant, so goes the nation. — Melissa Gabler. Participating With Holy Spirit’s Promptings
Our biggest challenge may be learning how the Spirit prompts us to participate and cooperate with God in the supernatural. I remember when Melissa was a teen and a prophetic sound would stir in her. She would feel like she was about to throw up. 
Finally instead of getting to such a drastic extreme, she learned that she had something to release when she first heard a phrase or saw a picture. Job 33, tells us that some people hear instruction in dreams and visions. William Branham had a lifetime full of signs and wonders. He learned to hear God and get instruction through detailed visions. These visions set the stage for miracles: A woman sent him a request to come and pray for her daughter who was crippled. He would not go to any of these requests unless the Lord gave him a vision of it. In this case he saw the girl lying on a bed in the corner of the room and her father standing by the bed. He also saw a man sitting by the front window looking outside and her mother was standing by the doorway next to the girl. An old woman was sitting in a rocking chair next to the mother. Then he prayed for the girl and she was healed. When he and his friend arrived at the house, everything was just as it was in the vision except the old woman was not in the rocking chair and no one was seated by the window looking out. So Branham said, “It is not right yet. We will wait.” In the meantime, his friend sat down by the front window and was looking out, and an old woman came from next door and sat in the rocking chair. Then Branham said to bring the girl, and the father picked her up and brought her. Branham laid hands on her and she was completely healed.
One last consideration is the principle of “some plant and some water, but God gives the increase” (1Co3:6-8). ”The Kingdom of God is not a matter of talk, but of power! (1Co 4:20) We are born into this Kingdom to participate in that power and the miracles, signs and wonders will follow. —Kathy Gabler

Stretch our Curtains
As the people of God assemble today, the Presence of the Holy Spirit working with the Word will enable us to “stretch our curtains and lengthen our tent cords” so that we will “break forth” and our “offspring will possess the nations and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.” (Isa.54:1-4)
