Discernment
KATHY—Wisdom would have us at least take note of contradictions that burst into our lives to discover or discern if they are a wake-up call from the Holy Spirit. We must live ready to believe in God more than our beliefs if there is a show-down between the two. I believe there will be such show-downs coming in the remainder of this decade because the Kingdom, like leaven, is spreading in the earth. God is moving forward in the already written history of His people, building His church and maturing His sons. When these confrontations come, we have three major resources to set and confirm our course: the Word, godly counsel and discernment.
There are five different words translated “discern or discernment” in the Old Testament. Their meanings include “to scrutinize or look intently at so as to recognize what is going on, an experienced gaze, to hear intelligently, to separate mentally (or distinguish), to be cunning, to diligently direct, to feel, to know by seeing, to perceive or to discover.” Discernment by dictionary definition means to separate or distinguish, to see or understand the difference or to make a distinction. In 1 Cor 12, another dimension is added to the meaning of discernment. In this setting, discernment means “to judge the purity of something, as in to detect any mixture in its source or motive.” When discernment comes as a gift from God, as in I Cor 12:10, it is God enabling us to separate or distinguish the difference between the human soul and the supernatural at work. This discernment gift includes understanding the mental disposition of someone. It also enables us to see the distinct differences between the Holy Spirit and angels or demons at work in a situation. Discernment, whether it is a keenness developed through experience or a gift of the Spirit of God, is an awesome weapon that is both a beneficial and essential resource for the days ahead.

Rejoice in Being God’s Sons
As the people of God assemble today, may they realize the power of being a son of God, rejoice in being God’s sons and walk in that authority over the powers and entities that seek to deceive them hoping that they will live mediocre, defeated lives. Jn.1:12—“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:”

What God Has Released to Greatest Effect
May the Lord help each of His sons/daughters to get to the place where they can function at peak level and release what He has put in them to greatest effect. And may the display of it take the world by storm, wow the most lauded and talented, and leave those who wield power in awe at Who the Lord is and what the Lord has done through His own. “I will offer You my grateful heart, for I am Your unique creation, filled with wonder and awe. You have approached even the smallest details with excellence; Your works are wonderful; I carry this knowledge deep within my soul.” (Ps.139:14, The Voice) “….They will see Yahweh’s glory, the excellence of our God.” (Isa.35:2b, WEB)

The Metal of Un-carnal Weapons
Kathy Gabler—God’s Word and His principles and His character and His will are the metal of un-carnal weapons. For example, when we discover strongholds in our own lives that do not align with His Word or principles or character or plans, humility can become an un-carnal weapon. The Word says that if we will humble ourselves He will give us grace. (1 Pet 5:5) So, when we choose to humble ourselves before God, we position ourselves to receive grace. That means we are enabled to change and the stronghold is brought down.

Needing Answers, Change, Miracles
MELISSA—Recently I was thinking about some people in my life that need answers in a big way. They’ve been fighting life-altering circumstances and they just need answers, change, miracles. As this is going through my head, I all of a sudden see something being ripped in half and I hear, “No longer subjugated.” “Subjugated” is a word I wanted to look up. Subjugate (Websters 1828 dictionary): “To subdue and bring under the yoke of power or dominion; to conquer by force and compel to submit to the government or absolute control of another.” Well, that made my hair stand up! A couple of weeks before this the Lord told me that He is using this current oppression to deliver us from life-long oppression. So, when subjugation came up it was quite loud to me that He was saying we are no longer under control of decades, possibly centuries, of oppression. This is huge! This is part of the awakening. We’ve been asleep at the wheel and this explains to me why we haven’t seen great and mighty things on a larger scale that we know we are supposed to be seeing.

We Must Press Through
Martin P Gabler—We will make it through the coming weeks and months but we must press through. We won’t just have to press through national difficulties, political situations or various entities pushing their agendas. We are going to have to press through diversions, distractions, false flags and misinformation. We can’t believe everything we hear or everything we see coming across a TV screen or computer screen. We might be wise to ask ourselves, “What gives that person/persons credibility with us or credentials with us that they can tell us a certain thing and we’re supposed to just take it at face value?”. We are really needing Holy Spirit and the principals of the Word of God to stand on to help us press through stuff that we are hearing and not operate out of fear. We must get out of operating in fear and get back on God’s Word (The Bible). Jesus said that there was one house built on a rock and there was one built on the sand (Matt.7:24-27). When storms, winds and waves assailed the house built on the sand, it was washed away. But, the house built on the Rock was assailed by the same winds, the same storm yet, the house on the Rock stood against all the opposition and remained firm. It didn’t escape the storm and its effects but it survived. There is only one Rock in the Bible — JESUS.

By Fear or by the Intention of Father God?
Melissa — Getting ready to enjoy July 4th with family, I have been thinking about freedom and that so many long for, not just freedom from an enemy nation, but for freedom from fear and peace of mind. Many have been controlled by fear instead of the true intention of God which is freedom from fear that comes through the fear of the Lord. God is waking us up to what He intends for us. He is waking us up to freedom like we’ve never experienced in our nation or world. This explains so much. How can we live in the abundant life John 10:10 talks about if we have a knee bowed in fear of everything at our doorstep? How can we see miracles when we are bowing our knee to the impossibilities mounted against us? How can we leave a winning legacy when we count ourselves among the doomed statistics of disease and age and depletion and debt? It’s really starting to make sense why we have only seen glimpses of effectualness. Many have been under the control of the enemy who planted subtle deposits of fear for years through platforms to which we’ve given our trust and they didn’t work. But now it’s our time. We get to be alive for this! We get to be alive for the awakening and to bring the Kingdom to earth in ways we’ve never seen before.

Weapons not Carnal
KATHY–“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds” (2 Cor 10:3-4,NKJV) I pray we become a people of God, skillful in the use of un-carnal weapons. I believe the first step to that goal is learning to recognize the difference between carnal (governed by mere human nature only) and un-carnal weapons. If we simply “do what comes naturally,” we are choosing carnal weapons. So, we must learn to do what comes super-naturally. Emotional reactions that flare up in us are sometimes explosive and therefore seem powerful. After all, we all know what it is like to fear someone’s upset or wrath. However, emotional outbursts, like a persuasive tongue or logic or rationalization are common weapons of the natural man; therefore they are still carnal weapons and do not compare with un-carnal weapons like Godly authority and wisdom or Divine revelation and intervention.

The Righteous Live by Faith
As the people of God assemble today may they respond to Holy Spirit reminding them that they are washed in the blood of the Lamb and are, therefore, justified and they don’t have to listen to what the enemy of their soul, of their Kingdom ordained purposes says. Gal.3:11,ESV—“Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, for “The righteous shall live by faith.”

The Month of July is for…
The month of July is for being reminded by Holy Spirit and the never-failing Word of God that we are justified and, therefore, we don’t have any business listening to the lying enemy who desires that we feel unworthy and inferior so that we do not function at capacity in our Kingdom purpose for the King of Kings. Rom.5:1,Amp—“Therefore, since we have been justified [that is, acquitted of sin, declared blameless before God] by faith, [let us grasp the fact that] we have peace with God [and the joy of reconciliation with Him] through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed).”
