Falling Into Unbelief

KATHY GABLER—Falling into unbelief isn’t really even complicated.  When trials are extensive and answers  to prayer are long in coming, doubt will always show up and build a case for unbelief.  Doubt sniffs us out when we are afraid.  Fear stinks and Doubt smells it!  Fear is similar to germs in that it’s everywhere.  We can dismiss it and wash it away like we do germs with soap, or we can allow the fear germs to infect us: “I’m afraid the situation might never change.  I’m afraid they might not be healed. I’m afraid I might not be able to stand and keep fighting.”  The moment we embrace fear, Doubt says, “AMEN,” and we begin the descent into unbelief; and unbelief is always a losing-ground war!

Graveyards and Good Intentions

MARTIN GABLER—It has been said that “graveyards are full of good intentions that were never walked out,  full of dreams never fulfilled, books never written, relationships that were never gleaned from”. May you realize today that there is no reason for you to live a lesser version of what God intended you to be. There is no reason for you not to dream and, with the enablements of the Spirit of God, press forward beyond discouragements and obstacles.  (1Pe.5:9b-11, Msg) “….keep a firm grip on the faith… It won’t be long before this generous God who has great plans for us in Christ… will have you put together and on your feet for good.”  We are praying you discover daily that you are becoming more fully what Father God intended.

Delivered From Life-Long Oppression

MELISSA GABLER — A couple of weeks before I heard “No longer subjugated” the Lord told me that He is using this current oppression to deliver us from life-long oppression. So, when subjugation came up it was quite loud to me that He was saying we are no longer under control of decades, possibly centuries, of oppression. This is huge! This is part of the awakening. We’ve been asleep at the wheel and this explains to me why we haven’t seen great and mighty things on a larger scale that we know we are supposed to be seeing.

Key Insights About Weapons

KATHY GABLER—Key Insights About Weapons —— Dear Self, Individual and Family, this promise is to you also.  Isaiah 54, as stated another way in The Message:   If anyone attacks you, don’t for a moment suppose that I sent them, And if any should attack, nothing will come of it. . .  but no weapon that can hurt you has ever been forged. Any accuser who takes you to court will be dismissed as a liar. This is what GOD’s servants can expect. I’ll see to it that everything works out for the best.” GOD’s Decree.   There are key insights in this passage about a weapon: 1) If we believe it is from God, we might as well take up the weapon and shoot ourselves!  We shoot down the promise if we agree with a weapon on the basis of deserving the hit because of guilt or failure or mistakes or punishment.  Who needs an enemy when we are so capable of wrongly accusing our God and taking up weapons against our selves?  2) This promise assures us that ultimately the prepared weapon of attack will not have success and will not do us damage.  If we understand this, it will keep us from panic that causes us to do ourselves damage in the mean time.  3) We have to think like our God to grasp His promises.  God always sees long-range.  We focus on the immediate hit, but His promise here reaches to heritage and the eventual working out of everything for good.  That makes it plain that our disappointments concerning promise come from our giving up before the promise has finished its course.  (I’m thinking the only weapons with a possibility of success are those that land in our panic, fear, guilt or impatience.)

Strength in Community

MARTIN GABLER—As the people of God assemble today, may there be a sense of community and oneness as people of God look together unto that One from whom comes their strength. May they find strength in community and strength in their God. ”I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2  My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.”  (Ps.121:1-2, KJV)

Possible in the Very Next Moment

MARTIN GABLER—With God, what you do not see in this moment is entirely possible in the next moment. (1) The Red Sea did not part until Moses stretched out his rod over the water; (2) 5,000 people remained hungry until Jesus began to break the bread and fish of a small boy’s lunch; (3) Bartemaeus was blind until Jesus spoke to him: “On your way,” said Jesus. “Your faith has saved and healed you. IN THAT VERY INSTANT he recovered his sight and followed Jesus down the road.” (Mk.10:52); (4) large, stone vessels had no wine in them until the water reached the rim of the vessels. Those who witnessed the condition of the person or circumstance in each of those situations were not watching to see the outcome that was brought about by the instant intervention of Yahweh, but in each case there was at least one person available to be a cooperating partner with Yahweh’s intention.

Real Life When we are Awake

MELISSA GABLER—Real life comes when we are awake. It will be an amazing adventure to live out the true intentions of God for our lives.  I feel like I’m rambling right now but I can’t think of another way to express what I’m feeling about what’s ahead. Like I mentioned up front, it’s just way too massive for us to be able to endure all at once and that’s why this Third Great Awakening has been and will be an ongoing process.  If you don’t feel it yet, I want to encourage you to hold on because this unveiling is building steam and you will see the goodness of God in the land of the living! (Ps. 27:13,Amp—“[What, what would have become of me] had I not believed that I would see the Lord’s goodness in the land of the living!”)

Liberation Not Accusation

KATHY GABLER— Let me say something softly so our souls hear liberation and not accusation: a Kingdom lifestyle is not self-focused or self-absorbed. Jesus thrust us into the momentum of a Kingdom lifestyle when He taught us to pray: Father, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven; and Father’s answers to that prayer are continually incoming into earth. A Kingdom lifestyle is staying positioned to participate in that incoming process.

Situations Turned Completely Around

MARTIN GABLER—May the Lord turn situations completely around to your benefit. May the Lord shut the mouths of those who are attempting to hinder your progress and purpose and defeat their attempts.  We received a call about a man several of us have been agreeing with in prayer. For several years, several of his superiors had decided to prevent any promotions for him. They were hindering his being facilitated properly to get his job done, attempting to make him look bad. Some were jealous of his success in his projects. But now, suddenly, the Lord has turned the tables and they all are apologizing to him and helping him! God is not finished with people or situations they create. Look for Him to turn it all around.   “The upright shall see it and be glad, but all iniquity shall shut its mouth.” (Ps.107:42, Amp)   “You who love the Lord, hate evil! He preserves the souls of His saints; He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.” (Ps.97:10, NKJV)

Why Awakening is so Intense

MELISSA GABLER — It is all starting to make sense why this awakening is so intense.  We have the opportunity to move from a substandard life to a premium life if we will embrace this alarm and not press the snooze button! This moment really is an invitation to something incredible.  This is an invitation to enter into and function from the fear of the Lord for the sake of the Kingdom and for His glory.  I really like the sound of that.  I really want to live that.

Seek the Kingdom First

KATHY GABLER—Rebuilding the temple in Haggai parallels our mandate in the New Testament, “Seek first the Kingdom of God,” because He was telling them: 1) Put ME first daily, 2) be determined to know Me and honor Me daily and 3) submit to MY government, MY authority, MY purpose, MY call, MY plans and MY order for your life . . . DAILY.  Grow into a mature son.  Change the future by learning how and where you were created to succeed.

Delusions and Lies be Defeate

MARTY GABLER—As the people of God assemble today, may delusions and lies be defeated, and their minds be opened to the transforming truths of the Holy Bible; and may they discover keys from God’s Word to the defeating, distracting things that bind so that they walk out free in Christ Jesus.   “Open my mind and let me discover the wonders of your Law.” (Ps.119:18, CEV)

A Work in You

MARTIN GABLER–May the Lord do a life-work in you. May it be a work that will settle something, that will loose something, that will open up something, that will thrill your soul and cause your spirit to soar. May it be a part of your present victories and your future accomplishments. (2Thess.1:11-12, Msg) “…we pray for you all the time—pray that our God will make you fit for what He’s called you to be, pray that he’ll fill your good ideas and acts of faith with his own energy so that it all amounts to something. If your life honors the name of Jesus, he will honor you. Grace is behind and through all of this,” We are praying you discover daily God’s grace working in you.

Not Needing to Know

MELISSA GABLER—It came to me that to actually trust God meant to actually let go of needing to know the process of getting to an answer. I’ve never functioned like that. Unfortunately my M.O. has been to ask and believe for a God-outcome while all along fixating on my logic’s only conclusion as to how that could happen. That, my friends, will WEAR. YOU. OUT. In that moment it felt good, it felt right to let go, and something in me took a deep breath for the first time.

It Brings Radical Results

KATHY GABLER–It is possible that fresh obedience will bring such radical results that it will be tempting to get caught up in revolution rather than obedience! That is a warning to the wise. If we become revolutionary through passion rather than wisdom and obedience, the results will not be the same. Making changes for the sake of change is about passion. Expecting or demanding immediate change can be about impatience rather than obedience. Nevertheless, fresh obedience will be revolutionary.

Lost Time and Opportunities

MARTIN GABLER–May we not focus on the loss of time and opportunities as we head into the last quarter of this year. But may we focus on Him Who is faithful and desirous to get us to appointed times and purposes and may He help us not to sabotage what He is working in us.

“The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.” (Ps.138:8, NKJV)

Take Hold of Plan A

MELISSA GABLER—This is the time to loose your grasp on plan B and take hold, with both hands, of plan A — Father’s original intent for your life. If your answer is hidden, ask God what the right question is in this moment. Ask Him what, in you, might be hindering the answer. Ask Him what you need to know today. He’s got plans for you, He is not into punishing you. His M.O. is all about forgiveness, redemption, relationship, and promotion, all for His glory. Hey, if He tells you it’s simply about timing then it’s really that simple. His timing is perfect. Look at the birth and life of Samuel. Perseverance is key! It’s going to be an amazing time heading into next year. Get ready for your answers.

Winning War or Merely Surviving?

KATHY GABLER–The key difference between winning war and merely surviving is our beliefs and attitudes, and both start in our thinking. That’s why God was trying to change Judah’s thinking and focus (Hag.1:5-9). Rebuilding the temple would change their future. Rebuilding the temple would set their priorities in order and break the cycle they were in. Rebuilding the temple was about vision and purpose. When we have vision of a future that is different, better and beyond today’s limitations, we can muster the passion and zeal to take ground and get to change.

Staying on Track

MARTY GABLER—As the people of God assemble today, may those who “fall” and “mess up”, and can’t seem to stay on track for very long, get a good dose of the Word and the Holy Ghost and run the race as faithful servants of the Lord. May their reputation change from “faller” to “faithful”.“Because of this, brethren, be all the more solicitous and eager to make sure (to ratify, to strengthen, to make steadfast) your calling and election; for if you do this, you will never stumble or fall.” (2Pe.1:10, Amp)

Give us Enablement

MARTY GABLER–There are people who need you, O Lord. They need to be strengthened, encouraged, equipped and comforted. Give us enablement that is beyond who we are, what we know and what we can do so that they may be edified and impacted to the degree you want them to be.
“So then, as occasion and opportunity open up to us, let us do good [morally] to all people [not only being useful or profitable to them, but also doing what is for their spiritual good and advantage]. Be mindful to be a blessing, especially to those of the household of faith [those who belong to God’s family with you, the believers].” (Gal.6:10, Amp)

Asking the Right Questions

MELISSA GABLER— We can ask the right kind of questions that lead down a path of deliverance, healing, and action.  When we ask the right questions we are able to hear the answers we need.  When we ask fear-based questions we have already come to the wrong, statistic-based, society-experienced conclusions.  These soulish conclusions make it really hard to hear a Spirit answer.  So, a good place to start asking the right question is to ask the Holy Spirit, “What questions should I be asking about this situation?” He will tell you, and most of the time these questions carry the answer in them.  The right questions are a key to unlock doors and chains.  The right questions give you the right perspective.

The Variables in Life

KATHY GABLER—Thought For Today: We would rather have a list of absolutes about everything, but I suspect God leaves the variables in life on purpose because the only way to process them to meaning and worth is through relationship with Him.

The Word of His Power

MARTY GABLER—GOD doesn’t uphold (“to move by bearing; to keep from falling”) all things by the word of His mere considerations or musings but by the Word of His power. (Heb 1:3) That Word is described as the Word of His power. His power produces His Word to us, to be active in us, alive in us, doing surgery in us, healing us, strengthening us and improving us. The Word of God is mighty in you because it is the Word of His power. Declare into the atmosphere that the Word of God is mighty in you and active in you and upholding you. The Word is a seed and is increasing in you. The effect of the Word of God in you is increasing in you, in your family, in your church, in your community and in your nation.

When Heb 1:3 says He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, one thing it is saying is that Jesus never misrepresented the Father. As the radiance of His glory Jesus did not glow but He lived out the character of God where it could be seen and benefited from. That is the purpose of the Word of His power working mightily in us.

Align What Has Been Out of Line

MELISSA GABLER—With one word God intends to align what has been out of line.  With one word He intends to right the wrongs.  With one word He intends to do what He had in mind all along. The word “radical” has become my one word declaration over many situations and people. It’s one word, but it says it all! Right here in the middle of some of the most chaotic days of most of our lives, God says one word — one very loaded and life-changing word.  It might seem like the end of all things, but fear not.  We are about to see the radical that has been happening behind the scenes. We might think we have seen radical happening already. Nope, we are about to see radical for real.  Isaiah 55:11 (His word will accomplish what He pleases) is a truth that we will see manifest in our day.  How so? Radically.  No need in any of us trying to figure out how, for whom, or even when. God’s radical is a steam engine barreling down the track building speed. Let’s just get out of the way. To you and your family I say, “radical!” To the United States of America, one nation under God, I say, “RADICAL!”
