MARTY GABLER—As the people of God assemble today may they look to Him Who has plans and a future for each of them. May they clearly see and understand that just because they may have a history of defeat and never-ending need, that the future Jehovah God is working on is one of hope and security in Him. Faith will cause us to act on the Word of God. Obedience will cause us to be true to the Word of God rather than giving in to our emotions and disappointments. Endurance is just a lot of work and there is nothing at all easy about that. (Gal.6:9)

As the people of God assemble today, may they come to be in harmony with each other and endure as they are encouraged by the example of Christ Jesus being taught and ministered in their midst. “May God, who gives you this endurance and encouragement, allow you to live in harmony with each other by following the example of Christ Jesus. Then, having the same goal, you will praise the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Rom.15:5-6, GW)

Commitments will be tested by the circumstances that stand between us and the goal
line. Intentions must be bolstered by faith and, quite often, teeth-grinding endurance.
Circumstances, people and time will each take their energy-stealing toll on persons who
press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus (Phil 3:14, NAS).
“Press” means to “earnestly endeavor to acquire.” That is not the description of actions
embraced by faint-hearted or unfocused people.

designed for you to walk in.

it carries a great and glorious compensation of reward. For
you have need of steadfast patience and endurance, so that
you may perform and fully accomplish the will of God, and
thus receive and carry away [and enjoy to the full] what is

I declare that it is time for harvest in our lives, our churches and in our nation. It is time for harvest of that which has been long awaited–the victories that our Lord has been cultivating in us during times of trial, 
pressing onward and endurance. We have not faced what we have faced and wrestled with what we have wrestled with and stood through testing for nothing. God has plowed and planted His Word into our lives. He has used people, circumstances and time to work His character into our lives. It will all yield its harvest in this age before the coming of our Lord. All the afore mentioned factors have been growing and maturing in us for a harvest that brings glory to Jehovah in this earth.
