The Lord Walks Through Barriers

As the people of God assemble today, may the Lord walk through walls of opposition, walls of impossibility, walls individuals have built between themselves and other members of the body of Christ. May He miraculously walk through every barrier into our midst today so that He might release in us and through us His peace, gifts and redemptive power. “That Sunday evening the disciples were meeting behind locked doors because they were afraid of the Jewish leaders. Suddenly, Jesus was standing there among them! “Peace be with you,” he said.” (Jn.20:19, NLT)

God’s Habits Haven’t Changed

HittinggoalPeople, time and circumstances seem to be working against destiny for many. BUT ask Joseph, “Did God bring you to purpose? And when He finally did, was He too late?” Ask David, “Did personalities keep you down so that your life did not fulfill God’s purpose?” The deciding factor is this: Is God our goal? That is the only goal God will guarantee. To have God as our goal means that we want to possess Him, to know Him, to walk with Him more than anything. To have God as our goal means that we will know Him and we will know Him by His Word getting into us and walking by that Word. If we know Him we will allow Him to bring us into the likeness of His Son. “That was then and this is now.” True, BUT God had an unpredictable habit of manifesting Himself miraculously then and…. His habits have not changed NOW!
