Practice the Wisdom of Seeking Him

MARTY GABLER—As the people of God assemble today, may they rejoice in the God of their salvation for He has provided us a King who rules in righteousness (Isa.32:1). May they practice the wisdom of seeking Him.  As the song says, “…Three wise men came from country far; To seek for a king was their intent…” “Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel, Born is the King of Israel.”  “Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O Daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King comes to you; He is [uncompromisingly] just and having salvation [triumphant and victorious], patient, meek, lowly….” (Zech.9:9, Amp)

Expectancy Comes Alive

KATHY GABLER—Expectancy comes alive at the intersection of Prepared and Due-Time.  By the time the prepared son or daughter intersects with Due-Time, something’s gotta  give, something’s gotta change, something’s gotta manifest in the earth as in heaven.  An expectant woman goes through nine months of preparation and transformation to get to due time of delivery.  People of purpose go through twenty days, twenty weeks, twenty months or twenty years, (twenty signifying the time needed to prepare and transform into God’s order), to get to due time.  A holy EXPECTANCY  announces you are on that threshold of God’s good plans ready to be propelled into what has been developing for tangible manifestation.

Fit in the Plans of God

KATHY GABLER— Growing up on Abraham Avenue, Zacharias, Elizabeth, Joseph and Mary had no idea how they would fit in the plans of God & the history of man. Amid all their lessons in history & prophecy from the Torah, they had never pictured themselves as key players in the greatest story ever told. However, their lives were divinely positioned for the plans of God. God intends your life to be spent to His glory. (Jer.29:11)

Misguided Expectancy

KATHY GABLER—I pray release right now for those who are gifted, called, anointed and skilled for life purpose, yet are walking unfulfilled because of misguided expectancy.  Expectancy falls short if “be fruitful and multiply” only means duplication or mass production.  Expectancy is short-circuited if we are determined to fit the mold of a previous model.  Expectancy is distorted if it is influenced by personal issues like a need for attention or affirmation or acceptance.  Expectancy is diseased if it is driven by fear or shame or pride.  So, let’s cooperate with Father as He breaks the thought patterns that lead to misguided expectancy so that we successfully break out of life cycles of frustration and disappointment.

Commanded to Choose Life

KATHY GABLER—Our Lord commanded us to choose life (Deut.30:19). You’d think that goes without saying.  Who, in their right mind, wouldn’t choose life? It sounds simple, but it actually can get complex and difficult, because the first challenge is listening to your spirit instead of your soul!  Your spirit is where His Spirit dwells, so choosing life starts with pulling from His Truth and Wisdom instead of how we feel because of throbbing pain or blinding fear or understandable anger.  Besides extreme emotions, choices from the soul can be under the influence of squirrelly thinking or deception or bad moods.  We have to work past the soul to the spirit to choose life.

Ground-Level Grit

KATHY GABLER—Let’s get down to some ground–level grit.  It is God that brings (leads, influences, carries, persuades) sons to glory.  The sons’ part is to overcome through the process of getting there.   Opposition is anything that contradicts the Word, will or character of God in our lives.  In John 14:30, Jesus pointed out one major source of opposition was  “the ruler of this world.”   Your adversary, the devil, will oppose you continually.  Though the glory of God may have never been in the forefront of your thinking before now, it has been number one priority with the devil all along. He is afraid you will do what you were born to do.

Not Defeated by Facts

KATHY GABLER—Our God of the impossible is not limited or defeated by facts and history. Our Redeemer can and will override history if we dare to trust Him and cooperate with Him. Whether it is in conversation or just a passing thought, God help us to realize in the moment when we are hearing contradictions to the will of our Father or perceiving evil threats or discerning assignments from hell so that those things are not left unconfronted!

Speak Prophetically

MARTY GABLER—We must speak prophetically to challenges. The sons and daughters of God must have a mindset that is prophetic. The prophetic mind thinks on the same scale that God Almighty thinks on. God does not speak “ant” language; He speaks “giant” language. Jesus was thinking, “We can feed these 5,000 people.” (Jn.6) Someone had to be available to go with what Jesus already knew He would do. Jesus already knows what He will do in our families, churches, cities and nation. He is looking for prophetic capacity for the purpose of prophetic declaration and participation.

Don’t Give the Enemy any Kindling

MELISSA GABLER—If God cloaks something for a time, it is not only to hide it from the devil and his destructive minions, but it is also to hide it from our own self-sabotage. Yes, the devil and self-sabotage are two different things.  However, the devil LOVES stoking the flames of self-sabotage! All we have to do is let our fears and concerns fall out of our mouths like kindling for the enemy’s threatening bonfire.  So many times we make the devil’s job so easy.

Closing out the Year

KATHY GABLER—As you look back and close out the year, you may be one of those folks who kept a daily journal and accounting of the details of life. Or, your accounting may simply be memories highlighted for the moment or forever, but all of us have matters that mattered this year as we laid our heads down each night and then awoke to face them again the next morning. There is no closing the books, no relief, on unresolved matters whether they concern healing or relationships or circumstances or finances. Even if we don’t note them in a journal or speak of them, still they sit in the silence of the night and trouble our hearts. That’s the reason that we, like David in Psalm 56, must lean into our God, the Great Accountant who can and will balance the books and bring us to peace of mind. “You’ve kept track of my every toss and turn through the sleepless nights, Each tear entered in your ledger, each ache written in your book.” Psa 56:8 (MSG). Remembering He is there and aware and that He will take action in our behalf, we can trust Him by breathing out a grateful sigh over 2025 and breathing in hope for 2026.

Is Prayer Just Kicking and Screaming?

Marty Gabler—Have there been times when “prayer” was pretty much just kicking and screaming until you were worn out, then lying in a puddle of tears hoping God, in bountiful pity, put all the puzzle pieces in place just as you prefer them? Was “rest” just a foreign word? The word “rest” is a delightful word. Our rest is (2Tim.1:12) “I know (have knowledge of, and am acquainted with) Him Whom I have believed (adhered to and trusted in and relied on), and I am [positively] persuaded that He is able to guard and keep that which has been entrusted to me and which I have committed [to Him] until that day.” In God we trust. We are praying you discover daily our Lord’s invitation, “Come to me and I will give you rest”.

Relentless, Relent Today!

MELISSA GABLER—Melissa received a word in early morning prayer that she and I have agreed on to declare throughout the day. She said, “That which has been so relentless will relent today!”    Isa.54:17—“No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.”

The Heat of Battle

KATHY GABLER— Battle heats up by reason of the needed outcome. Heat determines the strength of a weld, so does the intensity of battle establish the strength and longevity of the victory. The vehemence of battle welds the outcome in undeniable purpose rather than just leaving us with fragmented memories of war. Heat is one of the components of long-term victory and intense battle yields intensely awesome results! Ps.18:39, Amplified Version — “For You have encircled me with strength for the battle; You have subdued under me those who rose up against me.”

Realizing You Have Won Battles

MARTY GABLER—As the people of God assemble today may they experience the elation and joy of realizing that, in the moment of praise and hearing the Word of God, they have won battles over satan. May they experience the lifting of burdens and lifting of the weightiness of despair. Ps.68:19-20, The Passion Translation — “What a glorious God! He gives us salvation over and over, then daily He carries our burdens! Pause in his presence.  20  Our God is a mighty God who saves us over and over! For the Lord, Yahweh, rescues us from the ways of death many times.”

The Weapons Being Formed

KATHY GABLER–God Sees The Weapons Being Formed–The fact is that our God sees a weapon being formed whether we do or not. Therefore, He prepares and equips us to defeat that weapon. At the point that we realize this, we literally neutralize the long-term effect of an attack and turn the situation toward resolve. When a customized weapon shows up, we need not waste time denying it in the name of faith, but neither do we abide it. For reasons unknown, there is a glitch in some people’s thinking that if we cannot deny it, then we cannot defy it. That prevalent thinking is erroneous and dangerous thinking. No matter what the conditions or how many battles break out, we must defy until we defeat and we must allow no prisoners. We place our agreement strategically and emphatically upon the character and power and word of God and allow no creeping “buts” concerning statistics or age or personal history or deserving or “what if?”
Ps.33:18-19–Watch this: God’s eye is on those who respect him, the ones who are looking for his love. He’s ready to come to their rescue in bad times; in lean times he keeps body and soul together.
20-22–We’re depending on God; he’s everything we need. What’s more, our hearts brim with joy since we’ve taken for our own his holy name. Love us, God, with all you’ve got— that’s what we’re depending on.

Not Give Up

MARTY GABLER—May you not give up on one thing or one person this week. May you keep praying and believing and standing on the Word of God to get through that thing and may you believe for that person, and may you see breath-taking results.  “But you must stay deeply rooted and firm in your faith. You must not give up the hope you received when you heard the good news.” (Col.1:23a, CEV)

Heirs of the Kingdom Awaken

MELISSA GABLER—We are dealing with evil on center stage trying to control the narrative, our lives and pave the future. This is literally the kind of stuff sci-fi and horror movies are made of. The control factor for this evil is fear produced from propaganda and the rules of engagement are simply: do what we say, don’t defy us and you won’t be a horrible person and you won’t die. Those are the rules of engagement from the evil spirit of the age. Excuse me? It’s obvious by the shape society and the church are in that we have abided by those rules for a very, very long time. I don’t think we’ve realized what was going on until now. It has taken this awakening to expose how subjected we are to society’s rules and demands. These rules and demands have overreached in the areas such as what aging looks like, how to deal with disease, relationships, what love is, how the church should look to keep up, what to do to be happy (because that’s the goal), etc. Those rules have made God look like a weak humanist, which has been the end game all along. So, how do the rules of engagement change? The heirs of the Kingdom actually awaken to who they are and stop playing by these rules. This is all part of the ongoing awakening that we are experiencing.

Preparation Against Weapons

KATHY GABLER—Preparation Against Weapons—Melissa was recently awakened at 5:00 am on a Sunday morning with a terrible pain in her thigh.  Something was biting her.  She was already conditioned to panic with a memory root of having been bitten in her sleep before by a brown recluse spider.   Added to that, she had killed a scorpion in her house three weeks earlier.  So conditioned, she jumped up in a frantic search to find her attacker.  Suddenly, however, the Spirit of the Lord said, “Don’t you think I have prepared your body to beat the weapon I saw being formed against you?”  She then remembered the downloads the Holy Spirit had been giving her in recent weeks concerning foods and specific nutrients to take.  Her panic turned to peace as quickly as it had sprung up, and the bite lost its threat. She found the culprit, dead from her slap, and the bite was a tiny dot by midmorning.  “Be prepared. You’re up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it’s all over but the shouting you’ll still be on your feet.” (Eph.6:13)

He Neither Faints nor Grows Weary

MARTY GABLER–As the people of God assemble today, may the weary receive strength and the weak receive power.
Isa 40:27-31 says, Why do you say, . . . “My way is hidden from the LORD, and my just claim is passed over by my God”? Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who WAIT upon the LORD will renew their strength. [vigor, physical strength, ability, power, fruitfulness, wealth.] They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary [exhausted from labor], they will walk and not be faint. [fatigued, weakened by weariness]” (NIV)

A Place of Sanctuary

MARTY GABLER—By end of day, have you felt that you were in an environment that had no understanding of your beliefs and values? Did it press on you like a heavy weight that seemed to preoccupy your mind? You and each of your family members need a place that is familiar, a place that is a sanctuary from cynicism and expressions of hopelessness. May your home be a place of faith where you are edified and the Name of the Lord is spoken and His blessings are enjoyed.  (Prov.24:3, Amp) “Through skillful and godly Wisdom is a house (a life, a home, a family) built, and by understanding it is established [on a sound and good foundation],”  We are praying you discover daily that you are making your home into a safe haven of faith and love.

You are Created for His Glory

MELISSA GABLER—Here’s what you need to know first and foremost: YOU are important, YOU have a piece that the rest of us need, YOU have a gift and skill combo no one else has, YOU will live and not die, YOU are created for His glory, and all of these things are His original intent for you now and in the days to come! Now that that is in the atmosphere, let’s talk about life in the season ahead.

The Lord is Working in Your Behalf

MARTY GABLER—May the Lord rouse in your spirit the knowledge that He is working in your behalf and He will finish what He has begun.  Psa 138:8  “The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy and loving-kindness, O Lord, endure forever–forsake not the works of Your own hands.”

Force Fear Out

MELISSA GABLER—You can take your rightful place in the driver’s seat by forcing fear out.  Ask the Holy Spirit to point it out, then you replace it with truth.  You replace fear with God’s original intent for your life, thoughts of peace to give you an expected end (Jer. 29:11).  This is not necessarily an overnight change, it takes time.  It’s a process well worth it, but you can still be an agent of change in the middle of your process.  How? By listening to the Father and doing/saying what He tells you (John 5:19).

Power of the Air

KATHY GABLER—I asked to understand why the power of the air could get to and maintain such a fierceness  of warfare in a particular region I had been praying over.  I heard the words, “10 layers” and then I realized  this power had been steadily gaining and reigning for decades, and the powers that be, those residing rulers of darkness in this region, have tenure.  The air has been repeatedly conditioned as men’s choices, acts and decisions have remained “under the influence.”  However, Goliath, no matter how big he grew was born to fall, and no matter how many opponents he fought on the way, the confrontation with David was his appointed demise.  God’s “due time” appointments involve the intersection of time, place, circumstances and specific people.  It is obviously due time for God’s order to prevail in the atmosphere of that region.  That explains why the warfare has peaked to a crisis turning point.  Decades of decisions and their results over that region are being set up like dominoes, poised for knocking down.
