Yet Another Step

MARTIN GABLER—As the people of God assemble today and they sing out praises and worship and they hear the powerful Word of God taught, may they realize it is time to take yet another step. May each one take a step more in the direction the Lord has them headed in within their bent, their calling, their purpose. This is the season for stepping up to the next level of purpose and function in the Kingdom of God. Prov.3:5-6, Amp — “Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight or understanding.  6  In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way].”

Focus on “God Said”

MARTY GABLER–Nothing is birthed and the flames of gifting fade away when we take our focus off “God said” and place it on our inner doubts and struggles. Those doubts are fed by the detractor and those he enlists. What God promises, He also performs. The “how” of it is not our concern. It is God’s and it is no problem (cf.Heb.11:3). Cf.”Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart (Ps.37:3-4).”

November is For

Marty Gabler—November is for standing in faith and looking forward through the mist of circumstances and predictions that are for the purpose of mounting discouragement against us. It is a time of looking and seeing that our Lord has gone before us and that He has not ceased to be a Father, a Savior, a Deliverer nor a Supplier.  Prov.3:5-6—“With all your heart trust the Lord and not your own judgement. Always let him lead you, and He will clear the road for you to follow. Don’t ever think you are wise enough”.
Eph.1:18,Amp—“And [I pray] that the eyes of your heart [the very center and core of your being] may be enlightened [flooded with light by the Holy Spirit], so that you will know and cherish the hope [the divine guarantee, the confident expectation] to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints (God’s people),”

God or Doubts?

Nothing is birthed and the flames of gifting fade away when we take our focus off “God said” and place it on our inner doubts and struggles. Those doubts are fed by the detractor (“one who disparages or belittles the worth of something”) and those he enlists.

Father’s Wide Path

Melissa—Basically, we can miss the mark easily because all of the grooming, training, guidance, experience and cultivation it takes to fulfill the will of God in our lifetime is nowhere in the type of religious and cultural idealisms that form a picture of destiny according to our current understanding of Who God is. We have no way of knowing the intricacies God works in to establish His Kingdom on this earth through us. Our minds can’t comprehend that kind of detail. That kind of detail takes the entirety of our existence to manifest. Here’s the other thing, because Father is so intricate it is frustratingly contradictory to live in constant fear of falling off of His path. If He is that intricate, how in the world can we fall off His path that easily? An intricate God makes a wide path, and He knows our struggles with human nature. He’s not afraid so we shouldn’t be. He, of course, provides a way back, IF that’s even what is going on! You, I, we may simply be right in the middle of a transition of a lifetime, but we are listening to the ignorant voice of idealism saying, “you messed up”. But I offer this instruction from the Bible: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)
