Each of us already has a pretty full plate of anticipation about coming days and events. We are built to anticipate. If we are honest, I believe we will admit that we are continually anticipating what is ahead whether we are anticipating good or bad, productive or nonproductive, desired or undesirable. Right in the middle of it all it would be quite helpful to us if we considered that it is quite difficult to anticipate the provision or intervention of God if we are not looking to God and His Word. Ps.145:15 (NKJV) “The eyes of all look expectantly to You, And You give them their food in due season.” (NET) “Everything looks to you in ANTICIPATION, and you provide them with food on a regular basis.” (This is the first excerpt from Marty’s article “Anticipation”.)

When you think about the purpose for your life, how do you think about yourself? We think of ourselves as human, male or female, young or old but have you ever thought of yourself as a living stone? Peter says that each believer is a “living stone” in 1Pe.2:5. That is a designation with purpose. May you see the value of your place as a living stone in the household of God. May you be faithful and augment the local work where God has set you. (1Pe.2:5, Msg) “Present yourselves as building stones for the construction of a sanctuary vibrant with life, in which you’ll serve as holy priests offering Christ-approved lives up to God.” We are praying you discover daily that you are a living stone.

God simply does not produce junk. He didn’t create humanity with
only “one shot” to make it a good life, so “you better not mess up” or get
sick in the process or “your life is over”. In fact, God Himself created the
original warranty when Jesus took those stripes on His back (Isa. 53:5 &
1Pe. 2:24). Yeah, that’s right, we have a never ending warranty on us, signed
in blood. This warranty includes, “…all things that pertain unto life
and godliness” (2Pe. 1:3). We have in us what we need right now, at this
moment in time, for ourselves AND for our nation. Dare I even say, for
the world. We have it because we have a relationship with Jesus Christ
which opens us up to be a floodgate of Heaven on earth. It’s only through
relationship that we gain understanding of the covenant. It’s our relationship
with the King of Kings that sharpens and broadens our vision to see

That “BID me COME” is in the heart of all of us. It is deep calling unto deep and JESUS is saying to us too, “COME ON!” There is no need for us to 
live a watered-down version of what God had in mind for our lifetime. We don’t have to leave a wimpy, skimpy heritage. Fear may hold us in the boat and tempt us to refuse the dominion mandate, but there is a stronger force at work in us. There is a heart’s cry, “Lord, BID me COME.” We may consider just stepping back from sonship and dominion because we have not seen it or lived it vividly yet, but dominion is not about being an experienced son, it is about being an obedient son. There will be times in all of us that the cry of “BID me COME” stirs in our breast and we have a choice to respond to the Lord’s, “Come on.”

Do you need your life to shift in the next few weeks? It is possible to shift. Just what can we shift? It is possible to shift our anticipation 
from negative to positive. Our family or cultural background may have us anticipating something that is not at all going to happen. How many people have misinterpreted a bump in the night? The character of God, the Word of God and His Kingdom purposes are our anticipation. Our risen Lord and His original intent for our lives and this nation are our anticipation. Whatever God did once in the Bible, He can do again in our lifetime. (Ps.145:15, NET) “Everything looks to You in anticipation”. We are praying you discover daily that you are shifting and readying yourself for a God-turn in your life.

Is the best teaching we can give people the one which tells them they can escape their problems or is it the one that shows them God and His Word is their ability to 
overcome them? “The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work (1Jn.3:8).” “For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith (1Jn.5:4).” “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full(Jn.10:10).” “They overcame him [the devil] by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony (Rev.12:11).” Escaping problems isn’t the answer. The resolve of problems by the power of Almighty God is the answer. The greatest testimony to the name of God is not that He can snatch His puny people out of a menacing mess that is too much for them. The greatest testimony is that His power in their lives has brought them victory over every stronghold and principality in this present earth.

May we forsake familial and cultural anticipation that is focused on temporal and carnal expectations and human experience. May the people of God stand firmly in the assurance that what Almighty God did in the Bible, He can most certainly do again in our lifetime.

(MELISSA GABLER is speaking at Kingdom Congress 2017. This is an excerpt from one of her articles.) Have you ever had times when a revelatory nugget pops up, then within days you hear the same nugget from other sources? That’s been happening as of late and I’m learning 
to pay attention to those! Following is one such instance that has been not only ringing in my ear, but answering some of those seemingly unanswerable questions.
While in conversation this was quoted to me from a book, “God hides some things for specific times so that the enemy cannot destroy them.” That stuck with me, and a couple of days later I read a quote from some- one else that was expressing the exact same thought! Well, that really hit me between the eyes, especially because these came from trusted sources. It was an “Are you listening?” moment.
I began meditating on God hiding something for a specific time, and it felt like this statement began filling cracks in my understanding.
If God cloaks something for a time, it is not only to hide it from the devil and his destructive minions, but it is also to hide it from our own self sabotage. Yes, the devil and self-sabotage are two different things. How- ever, the devil LOVES stoking the flames of self sabotage! All we have to do is let our fears and concerns fall out of our mouths like kindling for the enemy’s threatening bonfire. So many times we make the devil’s job so easy.

(SAM BRASSFIELD is speaking at Kingdom Congress 2017. This is an excerpt from one of his training manuals.) David’s Key of Authority: Using God’s power with His permission brings absolute victory over the enemies of God.
David had the power to overcome all his adversaries, because he was under the authority of his God. Thus he had God’s permission to rule over his enemies, because he was a true worshiper . He exercised this authority in both the spiritual realm and the natural realm. These two worlds are connected. David understood the power and authority that he had in both worlds, the spiritual and the natural realm. If he didn’t first and foremost have authority with God in the spirit realm, he would not have had the power to overcome the enemies in the natural realm. The power given to his enemies came from the demonic or spirit world of Satan and his power was manifested in their worship to the gods of the Philistines and all other enemies of Israel who worshiped Baal and other entities. They worshiped spirit beings, demons, and objects made of stone, wood or the formations in the heavens, all of which were storefronts of Satan. He is behind all idolatry and yet tries to appear as an angel of light in his world of darkness. David had knowledge of this dark spiritual world around him and knew he had authority over them in the name of his God. This word got out quickly that David had such authority. That’s the reason King Saul’s servants called for David to come sing, play his harp and worship his God. They knew when he did, the demons would have to flee from Saul without delay. Now are we seeing the need of the restoration of the Tabernacle of David a little more clearly? We too, like David, must understand our authority in both worlds.

The Passover was also important to Jesus because a divine shift was coming to the disciples in their relationship with the Father. In John 15: 15, Jesus told His disciples, “No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you”. The terminology identified a relational shift from that of servant-master to one of son-father. Up to the night of the Passover, the relationship of the disciples to Jesus had been strictly business. However, after the Passover meal, that changed! In the new covenant, the disciples were no longer held by the Father as servants, but sons! That night was a divine appointment that had been in the making before the beginning of time

In Scripture, we see a rhema revelation coming to the prophet, Elisha. Israel was at 
war with Syria. The prophet received revelation about the location of the Syrian army and, of course, this gave the army of Israel advantage in the war. The king of Syria thought there had to be a betrayer in his ranks. (II Kings 6:8-12). This incident and many others inform us that we must not battle our enemies without Holy Ghost strategy released through the rhema word. We must wield His sword in our battles. Before the fall, man was God-conscious and obedient to God. After the fall, man was 
self-conscious and running his own life. Receiving Christ and His government means I no longer run my own life. Apostolic doctrine lays a foundation of Christ in your life (Gal 1:4, “according to the will of our God and Father”), until you are not the focus of your life and you are free of the generation’s perverted and twisted thinking and pressure of being self-conscious. Galatians 1:4 does not say He forgave my sins so I would go to heaven when I die. It is part of the package to have a greater experience with Jesus when we die, but the Gospel of the Kingdom is that our lives have been part of a twisted, perverted, crooked thinking generation and the gospel confronts those mindsets to deliver us out of them. Our stance in this season is standing—standing on the truth that our magnificent God is doing something BIG. He is establishing His plan for 2017 and beyond. Again, we GET to be a part 
of this. We GET to be a change agent simply by standing. Yes, YOU have what is needed for this moment. Now is not the time to throw your hands up. Now is the time to take a deep breath and watch the glorious show unfolding in the days ahead. Yes, there will be shockers. BUT all we need to know is that those shockers are proof that God is shaking what can be shaken (Heb. 12:27-28)! Thankful to be Your daughter, my King. “The kingdom of God doesn’t come by counting the days on the calendar. Nor when someone says, ‘Look here!’ or, ‘There it is!’ And why? Because God’s kingdom is already among you.” (Luke 17:21 MSG) It’s time to wake up, and be who we were born to be. Let’s win this war, as God has intended.

As the people of God assemble today, may they, like their loving God, comfort those who mourn and surround them and minister to them in such a way that the mourners may receive the oil of joy for mourning. May there be such facilitation that they receive the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness and leave that time of worship and fellowship with lifted heads.

Each of us already has a pretty full plate of anticipation about coming days and events. We are built to anticipate. If we are honest, I believe we will admit that we are continually anticipating what is ahead whether we are anticipating good or bad, productive or nonproductive, desired or undesirable. Right in the middle of it all it would be quite helpful to us if we considered that it is quite difficult to anticipate the provision or intervention of God if we are not looking to God and His Word. Ps.145:15 (NKJV) “The eyes of all look expectantly to You, And You give them their food in due season.” (NET) “Everything looks to you in ANTICIPATION, and you provide them with food on a regular basis.” (This is the first excerpt from Marty’s article “Anticipation”.)
As the people of God assemble today, may they anticipate the inevitable, supernatural intervention of God in each other’s lives and circumstances. May they agree in prayer and declare that intervention and may they anticipate the goodness of God.

live a watered-down version of what God had in mind for our lifetime. We don’t have to leave a wimpy, skimpy heritage. Fear may hold us in the boat and tempt us to refuse the dominion mandate, but there is a stronger force at work in us. There is a heart’s cry, “Lord, BID me COME.” We may consider just stepping back from sonship and dominion because we have not seen it or lived it vividly yet, but dominion is not about being an experienced son, it is about being an obedient son. There will be times in all of us that the cry of “BID me COME” stirs in our breast and we have a choice to respond to the Lord’s, “Come on.” 
from negative to positive. Our family or cultural background may have us anticipating something that is not at all going to happen. How many people have misinterpreted a bump in the night? The character of God, the Word of God and His Kingdom purposes are our anticipation. Our risen Lord and His original intent for our lives and this nation are our anticipation. Whatever God did once in the Bible, He can do again in our lifetime. (Ps.145:15, NET) “Everything looks to You in anticipation”. We are praying you discover daily that you are shifting and readying yourself for a God-turn in your life.
As the people of God assemble today, may they “anticipate the inevitable, supernatural intervention of God”. May we forsake familial and cultural anticipation that is focused on temporal and carnal expectations and human experience. May the people of God stand firmly in the assurance that what Almighty God did in the Bible, He can most certainly do again in our lifetime.
to pay attention to those! Following is one such instance that has been not only ringing in my ear, but answering some of those seemingly unanswerable questions. 
David had the power to overcome all his adversaries, because he was under the authority of his God. Thus he had God’s permission to rule over his enemies, because he was a true worshiper . He exercised this authority in both the spiritual realm and the natural realm. These two worlds are connected. David understood the power and authority that he had in both worlds, the spiritual and the natural realm. If he didn’t first and foremost have authority with God in the spirit realm, he would not have had the power to overcome the enemies in the natural realm. The power given to his enemies came from the demonic or spirit world of Satan and his power was manifested in their worship to the gods of the Philistines and all other enemies of Israel who worshiped Baal and other entities. They worshiped spirit beings, demons, and objects made of stone, wood or the formations in the heavens, all of which were storefronts of Satan. He is behind all idolatry and yet tries to appear as an angel of light in his world of darkness. David had knowledge of this dark spiritual world around him and knew he had authority over them in the name of his God. This word got out quickly that David had such authority. That’s the reason King Saul’s servants called for David to come sing, play his harp and worship his God. They knew when he did, the demons would have to flee from Saul without delay. Now are we seeing the need of the restoration of the Tabernacle of David a little more clearly? We too, like David, must understand our authority in both worlds. 
The Passover was also important to Jesus because a divine shift was coming to the disciples in their relationship with the Father. In John 15: 15, Jesus told His disciples, “No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you”. The terminology identified a relational shift from that of servant-master to one of son-father. Up to the night of the Passover, the relationship of the disciples to Jesus had been strictly business. However, after the Passover meal, that changed! In the new covenant, the disciples were no longer held by the Father as servants, but sons! That night was a divine appointment that had been in the making before the beginning of time
of this. We GET to be a change agent simply by standing. Yes, YOU have what is needed for this moment. Now is not the time to throw your hands up. Now is the time to take a deep breath and watch the glorious show unfolding in the days ahead. Yes, there will be shockers. BUT all we need to know is that those shockers are proof that God is shaking what can be shaken (Heb. 12:27-28)! Thankful to be Your daughter, my King. “The kingdom of God doesn’t come by counting the days on the calendar. Nor when someone says, ‘Look here!’ or, ‘There it is!’ And why? Because God’s kingdom is already among you.” (Luke 17:21 MSG) It’s time to wake up, and be who we were born to be. Let’s win this war, as God has intended.
As the people of God assemble today, may they, like their loving God, comfort those who mourn and surround them and minister to them in such a way that the mourners may receive the oil of joy for mourning. May there be such facilitation that they receive the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness and leave that time of worship and fellowship with lifted heads.
Have you experienced tiresome things stacking on top of other matters that are also tough to handle, and then a week or two later something else gets stacked up on top of those things? Would a good fresh breeze and a good ol’ deep breath of cool air bring relief to your fevered brow? May the Lord grant you a sudden good break that brings you much needed relief.
