God’s plan is not to rule in the earth by sitting on a big gold throne in Jerusalem and sending out messages and orders and commissions and 
mandates by email and texting. His plan is to be upon His throne in the heaven of heavens. “The heavens are the heavens of the LORD, But the earth He has given to the sons of men.” (Psa 115:16) Why is it like that? Is the earth simply a place of woes and defeats that we have to try to tolerate until we have an opportunity to leave it? Is the earth ours so we can grow corn and cows and have great food and enjoy ourselves on holidays? Or is it so that we can be His representatives, fully representing His Person and character by saying what He would say if He were present and by doing what He would do if He were present?

The Holy Spirit is the One who has constant communication with heaven which is the seat of God’s authority. The key to man being able to express the Kingdom of God here on earth is the presence of the Holy Spirit. As it has been so well said, the Holy Spirit is the most important Person on earth. Jesus is at the right hand of the Father—at the right hand of majesty on high. He is there in the presence of God. The presence of God is not static, He is active—constantly active.

It is all by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not just kings and priests so we can have titles. We are so, by the power of the Holy Spirit. The 
Holy Spirit is the One who has the mind of the Father and He will guide us in those aspects of being kingly and priestly so that we may be what the Father wants us to be in those aspects.

The purposes of an invisible God are served by a visible creation. We are the visible representation of the unseen heavenly realm. It all culminated in the Person of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit who anointed Jesus now dwells in us and enables us to be God’s visible, tangible point of rule and authority on earth. The Holy Spirit and the Kingdom of God go hand in hand. I was telling a pastor friend about this “Let It Rain” prophetic song and her eyes lit up. That same Sunday morning, in the worship at her church, the 
worship leader also prophesied in song that she could see a cloud the size of a man’s hand. She told her pastor later that she saw a small cloud with a wind around it, as if it were energizing it. Even greater than what she saw was the sense of getting ready for a manifestation of the glory and blessing of God because a breakthrough was coming. Let’s note this is established in the mouth of two witnesses on the same day and neither released it as a weak-someday-somehow, but rather a now-notice. We have heard, like Elijah heard something in verse 41, and he told them to celebrate, “There is the sound of abundance of rain, there is the sound of the roar of a heavy shower, rain is on the way; I hear it coming,” but then he saw something. The tiny cloud was a timing notice because when it showed up he said, “Saddle up and get down from the mountain before the rain stops you.” The cloud meant all systems go—it was the beginning. It was time for change to begin! We too have heard it, now go look again! Melissa continued singing, “He makes all things new, let it settle over you. We are gonna go ahead and break through . . . because it’s the year of the cloud.”

When hope stumbles in starvation and is deferred to the point of heartsick, it is hard to get excited about “looking again.” Realistically, it might be difficult for some to catch the “go look again” 
zeal just because they are drained by time and waiting. That particular event in 1Kings 18 was the completion of a three year ordeal. When changelessness lasts longer, like decades, it might take a cattle prod to get us to look again, right? Empty expectations pile up like empty cans (and you can at least sell the cans.) Worn-out hopes won’t even salvage anything by the pound. Nevertheless, consider Melissa’s “Let It Rain–Go Look Again” song a release of an official challenge to believe God is bigger than the debris of experience. Even if you are kicking the cans of empty expectations, dare to go look again until a “cloud” of hope appears. Dare to hope God is gonna show up and you be determined not to miss the first clue.

Clear skies usually signify good times, but clear skies are not a positive when rain is desperately needed. Cloudy skies are welcomed when they signal the end of a drought. If the drought is financial, rain means money is coming with relief. If the drought is a matter of heated circumstances that are daily burning possibilities and potential, then rain is welcomed change. If the drought has dried up the life flow of former relationships or any hope of new ones, then the rain means restoration and new streams.

As the people of God assemble today, may they hear and feed upon the life-giving, life-enhancing, life-changing Word of God. May they take it out the door with them and into the week ahead. May they not lose their grip on it and may Its effective truth stick to them like glue through the whole week, through every circumstance, through every encounter.

As Melissa sang “Go look again because it’s the year of the cloud,” I began to weep as the significance of her 
declaration mushroomed in my understanding. It is time for those manifestation-of-God changes. That tiny cloud marks the beginning of change coming, so watch for it. Go look again and again until you see it! Of course the cloud the size of a man’s hand references the time in 1Kings 18 when God supernaturally showed up. It marks a time when a project orchestrated by God and His prophet came to completion and brought change in the earth. Go look again.

I am still standing on this Scripture for my household (my whole family), that the life-giving Message of Holy Scripture will save them all (Acts 11:14). And that the Holy Ghost would fall on them (v.15) so that those watching their lives might glorify God (v.18).
“He will give and explain to you a message by means of which you and all your household [as well] will be saved [from eternal death].” (Acts 11:14, Amp)

On a recent Sunday, I was caught up in the sounds that seemed to beat with the pulse of God and my spirit was stirred. Melissa began to 
prophesy in song. The words whirled within me, round and round, “Hallelujah, You make all things new and You will come like the rain. So, let it rain, let it rain, let it rain.” At first, I could not explain the tears spilling onto my cheeks nor the strange mixture of gratefulness and anticipation tumbling inside my chest. Then my understanding began to open with the next words she sang, “Go look again, go look again. Is the sky clear over you? Then go look again. Is the sky clear over you, no sign of rain over you? Go look again because it’s the year of the cloud. It’s the year of the cloud the size of a man’s hand.” (1Kings 18:44)

How often do we give consideration and priority to the named thing that is against us? We give our thoughts and emotions to the illness and speak of it, then we put our thoughts and hopes on treatments. We give our attention to the financial threat that looms over us and then we put our thoughts on a possible raise or some sort of financial windfall. We worry about a loved one or a friend and long for the day they surrender to the LORD. But we would do well to give priority to consideration of the Name of the LORD. His Name speaks of His capabilities, who He is and His character. While we are concerned about the other things and people, let’s first consider the Name of the LORD, call on the Name, and then approach the situation with the assurance of His intervention that glorifies His Name.
“Our help is in the name of the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.” (Ps.124:8, NKJV)

Prophets carry a lot of “wait” in the earth. It seems they are always waiting to see what they’ve seen, touch what they have felt and hear what they have heard. TIME can be the most dreaded or most beloved four-letter word. So, nothing thrills me more than when God’s due-time converges with His plans and projects and processes in our lives.

When God has given us a promise and witness by the Holy Spirit (2Cor.1:22), why then do we get discouraged or give up? The witness has not been removed. It is, however, that we are now looking at and listening to that which we perceive has interrupted or canceled promise.
There seems to exist some perverted rule which says, “That which bullies its way in gets to stay.” Those defeating thoughts and doubts which demand to be considered begin to take the forefront and will eventually replace the words and witness of promise. It is that prophetic gift which comes to remind us that God’s Word holds the highest priority of consideration. We must ask ourselves, “What has priority? What is worthy of our focus? What will destroy promise? What will sustain promise? What will launch me into the season I belong in? And which am I entertaining?”

Today, may the sting and sorrow you have experienced in certain relationships be removed from you so that the sting heals without scar. May you be soothed deeply and may you feel the Good Shepherd’s loving hands applying healing balm as He compassionately massages away the tender bruises. May your conversations cease leading to the rehearsal of those hurts. May you receive multiplied recompense for all grief and suffering at every level of relationship past and present.

His plan is to be upon His throne in the heaven of heavens. “The heavens are the heavens of the LORD, But the earth He has given to the sons of men.” (Psa 115:16) Why is it like that? Is the earth simply a place of woes and defeats that we have to try to tolerate until we have an opportunity to leave it? Is the earth ours so we can grow corn and cows and have great food and enjoy ourselves on holidays? Or is it so that we can be His representatives, fully representing His Person and character by saying what He would say if He were present and by doing what He would do if He were present?
May you hold those you have dreamed of in your arms: children and children’s children; husbands and wives; brothers and sisters; co-laborers for the Kingdom. May you hold them and receive strength and love from them and may you bless them for the days of destiny to come. May your covenant be unbroken with them and may the days ahead with them make you rich. May you sing and dance and laugh and drink and feast with them while rejoicing in the Lord who “maketh rich and He addeth no sorrow with it.” (Prov.10:22)
The Holy Spirit is the One who has constant communication with heaven which is the seat of God’s authority. The key to man being able to express the Kingdom of God here on earth is the presence of the Holy Spirit. As it has been so well said, the Holy Spirit is the most important Person on earth. Jesus is at the right hand of the Father—at the right hand of majesty on high. He is there in the presence of God. The presence of God is not static, He is active—constantly active.
pray for daily. May He show us, by His Spirit, how we are to pray for one another.
May we say less and less: “What I meant to say was . . . “. May the Lord help our thought processes so that we communicate clearly what we intended to communicate. May He improve the way that we put our thoughts together so that we might be certain we have connected with the other person or persons; and know that they have walked away with an understanding that enables all parties to arrive at the desired goal.
Holy Spirit is the One who has the mind of the Father and He will guide us in those aspects of being kingly and priestly so that we may be what the Father wants us to be in those aspects.
May the Lord cause you to be for the praise of His glory, grant you His powerful,
The purposes of an invisible God are served by a visible creation. We are the visible representation of the unseen heavenly realm. It all culminated in the Person of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit who anointed Jesus now dwells in us and enables us to be God’s visible, tangible point of rule and authority on earth. The Holy Spirit and the Kingdom of God go hand in hand. You don’t get one without the other.
worship leader also prophesied in song that she could see a cloud the size of a man’s hand. She told her pastor later that she saw a small cloud with a wind around it, as if it were energizing it. Even greater than what she saw was the sense of getting ready for a manifestation of the glory and blessing of God because a breakthrough was coming. Let’s note this is established in the mouth of two witnesses on the same day and neither released it as a weak-someday-somehow, but rather a now-notice. We have heard, like Elijah heard something in verse 41, and he told them to celebrate, “There is the sound of abundance of rain, there is the sound of the roar of a heavy shower, rain is on the way; I hear it coming,” but then he saw something. The tiny cloud was a timing notice because when it showed up he said, “Saddle up and get down from the mountain before the rain stops you.” The cloud meant all systems go—it was the beginning. It was time for change to begin! We too have heard it, now go look again! Melissa continued singing, “He makes all things new, let it settle over you. We are gonna go ahead and break through . . . because it’s the year of the cloud.” 
Where it is the case, may the Lord show His people where their well-intended efforts have not really been necessary, or possibly even wasted, in order that they may be more efficient and effective. May He help us discover more accurately where we need to concentrate effort, time and finance so that His purposes may best be served. “Mark a life of discipline and live wisely; don’t squander your precious life.” (Prov.8:33, Msg)
zeal just because they are drained by time and waiting. That particular event in 1Kings 18 was the completion of a three year ordeal. When changelessness lasts longer, like decades, it might take a cattle prod to get us to look again, right? Empty expectations pile up like empty cans (and you can at least sell the cans.) Worn-out hopes won’t even salvage anything by the pound. Nevertheless, consider Melissa’s “Let It Rain–Go Look Again” song a release of an official challenge to believe God is bigger than the debris of experience. Even if you are kicking the cans of empty expectations, dare to go look again until a “cloud” of hope appears. Dare to hope God is gonna show up and you be determined not to miss the first clue. 
May the Lord bless His people and give them a good mind, comprehension, skills, new ideas, new thoughts, and inventions. 
Clear skies usually signify good times, but clear skies are not a positive when rain is desperately needed. Cloudy skies are welcomed when they signal the end of a drought. If the drought is financial, rain means money is coming with relief. If the drought is a matter of heated circumstances that are daily burning possibilities and potential, then rain is welcomed change. If the drought has dried up the life flow of former relationships or any hope of new ones, then the rain means restoration and new streams.
As the people of God assemble today, may they hear and feed upon the life-giving, life-enhancing, life-changing Word of God. May they take it out the door with them and into the week ahead. May they not lose their grip on it and may Its effective truth stick to them like glue through the whole week, through every circumstance, through every encounter.
declaration mushroomed in my understanding. It is time for those manifestation-of-God changes. That tiny cloud marks the beginning of change coming, so watch for it. Go look again and again until you see it! Of course the cloud the size of a man’s hand references the time in 1Kings 18 when God supernaturally showed up. It marks a time when a project orchestrated by God and His prophet came to completion and brought change in the earth. Go look again.
I am still standing on this Scripture for my household (my whole family), that the life-giving Message of Holy Scripture will save them all (Acts 11:14). And that the Holy Ghost would fall on them (v.15) so that those watching their lives might glorify God (v.18).

So, let it rain, let it rain, let it rain.” At first, I could not explain the tears spilling onto my cheeks nor the strange mixture of gratefulness and anticipation tumbling inside my chest. Then my understanding began to open with the next words she sang, “Go look again, go look again. Is the sky clear over you? Then go look again. Is the sky clear over you, no sign of rain over you? Go look again because it’s the year of the cloud. It’s the year of the cloud the size of a man’s hand.” (1Kings 18:44)
How often do we give consideration and priority to the named thing that is against us? We give our thoughts and emotions to the illness and speak of it, then we put our thoughts and hopes on treatments. We give our attention to the financial threat that looms over us and then we put our thoughts on a possible raise or some sort of financial windfall. We worry about a loved one or a friend and long for the day they surrender to the LORD. But we would do well to give priority to consideration of the Name of the LORD. His Name speaks of His capabilities, who He is and His character. While we are concerned about the other things and people, let’s first consider the Name of the LORD, call on the Name, and then approach the situation with the assurance of His intervention that glorifies His Name.
Prophets carry a lot of “wait” in the earth. It seems they are always waiting to see what they’ve seen, touch what they have felt and hear what they have heard. TIME can be the most dreaded or most beloved four-letter word. So, nothing thrills me more than when God’s due-time converges with His plans and projects and processes in our lives.
When God has given us a promise and witness by the Holy Spirit (2Cor.1:22), why then do we get discouraged or give up? The witness has not been removed. It is, however, that we are now looking at and listening to that which we perceive has interrupted or canceled promise.
