Marty—God is not without purpose, not without a plan. But there are times God has been without someone to stand in the gap calling upon Him to move power and authority from heaven into the earth. (Eze.22:30) Calling unto God in alignment with His plan and purpose brings restoration (Jer.33:6-34).

My niece dreamed that she was in her kitchen sautéing some onions. Her dad, who had passed away the previous year, stood in the doorway of her kitchen. Scrunching his nose at the strong odor he asked her, “What is that smell?” She answered that it was just onions frying. He shook his head and said, “No, that smells like gas.” As soon as he said the word “gas,” she awoke and sat up in bed. Immediately she smelled the gas. Running to the kitchen she found a burner which had not been completely shut off. The gas fumes had slowly been filling the house since supper earlier that evening.
Her Heavenly Father sent special forces to her rescue. Like a Navy Seal Special Ops, the dream was a timely intervention behind the scenes to stop an explosive attack before it reached success. Who but God could dispatch the exact messenger who would represent the authority and particular skills needed to bring her to a wake up call. The messenger was in her earthly father’s likeness not only to represent trustworthy and sound counsel, but her earthly father had also been a fire chief for years!
The angels on assignment came in her dream to bring an un-carnal weapon for her victory. Many people have had similar dreams and experiences and I’m sure some have experienced angelic intervention without realizing it. I believe we can expect even more reports of God sending angels from His arsenal to intervene in the affairs of men in days ahead.

(Kathy Gabler)—It is possible to receive a God-warning in a dream for someone else, but it will still be a call to positive action such as prayer or instruction to intervene. Hopefully, God can trust us with the warning and we won’t 
even tell the someone else unless or until the Holy Spirit instructs us to do so. Otherwise, we might paint a target on their chest that draws fire, and that would be missing the point of a warning entirely. Regarding warnings, consider God’s nature and don’t accept dread or threat. Consider a warning from God to be notification that it is time to move out in effectual action and obedient follow-through. When Marty said that the word he heard was “See the Intervener intervene,” that confirmed to me I’d had a glimpse of exactly that. At God-intersections, when He reveals His doings, we witness not only His acts but also His might and love and faithfulness. Seeing beyond the “what” to the “who” He will most certainly stir us to worship and our worship is a sound of agreement from the earth regarding who He is in Heaven! I don’t know yet all that His breakthroughs have prepped and set in motion, but I believe we will recognize them as the Intervener intervening in the weeks to come.(Last excerpt from Kathy’s article “Breakthroughs Coming”.)

We can pray and declare God’s will from the known will of God concerning each of those five points where we expect to see The Intervener. The known will of God is His written Word. (1) He will intervene with people—(Rom.12:17, Amp) “Repay no one evil for evil, but take thought for what is 
honest and proper and noble [aiming to be above reproach] in the sight of everyone. 18 If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. 19 Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave the way open for [God’s] wrath; for it is written, Vengeance is Mine, I will repay (requite), says the Lord.” God will intervene but our cooperation is essential. (2) God will intervene in our health—(3Jn.1:2, Msg) “We’re the best of friends, and I pray for good fortune in everything you do, and for your good health–that your everyday affairs prosper, as well as your soul!” (3) He will intervene in our finances—(Phil.4:19, Amp) “And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (4) He will intervene in our nation—(Prov.14:34, GW) ”Righteousness lifts up a nation, but sin is a disgrace in any society.” (Ps.33:12, KJV) ”Blessed [is] the nation whose God [is] the LORD;” (5) Our Lord will intervene for Israel—(Ps.121:4, KJV) ”Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.” God will intervene but our cooperation is essential. While praying I believe the Lord spoke to my heart that we can see THE INTERVENER. The word “intervene” means: “to come between disputing 
people, groups, etc.; intercede; mediate; to interfere with force or a threat of force.” (Merriam Webster) We can cry out to the Lord God and (1) He will intervene for us with people we have not been able to get resolve with. (2) He will intervene and turn our health around. (3) He will intervene in our finances. (4) He will intervene in the unrighteous issues of our nation. (5) He will intervene for Israel. (Isa.64:4, NET) “Since ancient times no one has heard or perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who intervenes for those who wait for him.” Let us expect to see the Great Intervener, faithful God. The month of AUGUST IS FOR SEEING THE INTERVENER.
