Resurrection Power was Unleashed

MELISSA GABLER—The day resurrection power was unleashed on earth was the day our life’s intention was set in place. We were born to seek out the reality of heaven and live it here – “…seek and keep on seeking and you will find“ Matt. 7:7, “Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” Matt. 6:10. Earth and the humans God placed in it were not a gamble that He hoped would work out in His favor. His fingers are not crossed. His ultimate plan has dominion in its DNA and that’s a ticking time bomb the enemy is trying to disarm. That ultimate plan is us, made in His image. The clock is ticking down to the enemy’s demise and that is why things are full on insane and only heating up.

Until They See the Kingdom

KATHY GABLER—Let’s find insight in one of Jesus’ examples of the Power of the Kingdom in Mark 9.  In verse 1, Jesus said: “Truly I say to you, there are some of those who are standing here who will not taste death until they see the kingdom of God after it has come with power.”  In Mar 9:2, six days later, three of them did see it. Jesus took Peter, James, and John and led them up a high mountain.  His appearance changed from the inside out, right before their eyes, and His garments became radiant laser-white, and Elijah and Moses showed up to talk with Jesus.  Right before their eyes, Jesus was glowing and was transfigured beyond anything humanly possible.  Beyond that, He was suddenly in the company of two prophets from Old Testament history, so the disciples definitely got an impression, realization and a foretaste of POWER!

My Heavenly Father Watches Over Me

MARTY GABLER — As the people of God assemble today may they each realize that they are a child of our Heavenly Father’s big family and that we, together, have a great big wonderful Father. These are lyrics to a song I sang as a solo in church many times when I was young. It has always been one of my favorites.
“My Heavenly Father Watches Over me”
1. I trust in God wherever I may be,
upon the land or on the stormy sea;
for come what may, from day to day,
my heav’nly Father watches over me.

Refrain:
I trust in God, I know He cares for me,
on mountain bleak or on the stormy sea.
Though billows roll, He keeps my soul,
my heav’nly Father watches over me.

May Father’s Hope Abound Above all Else

MARTY GABLER–Prayer & Declare #14—Today I am asking, Father, for your hope to abound beyond all that comes to my ears and all that I see with my eyes. May your hope and peace enable me to align my thoughts with your unfailing Word so I might rise above all those things.
I declare that as hopelessness and despair attempt to take a high place in my thoughts that your blessed assurance will outpace those distracting considerations.  I will believe the report of the Lord.  Phil.4:8, Amp “For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and is honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things [fix your minds on them].”

Season of Fear Dumping

MELISSA GABLER—The Holy Spirit prompted me to ask for a season of “Fear Dumping”. Then I saw a picture of a chronic cycle just about at its start over place, but this time there was a button readily available to be pushed called “Fear Dump”. When we make the choice to push that button, all of the fear driving that cycle will be dumped causing that cycle to end! A season of fear dumping is upon us, PUSH THAT BUTTON! “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” (2Tim.1:7, NKJV)

Focus on “God Said”

MARTY GABLER–Nothing is birthed and the flames of gifting fade away when we take our focus off “God said” and place it on our inner doubts and struggles. Those doubts are fed by the detractor and those he enlists. What God promises, He also performs. The “how” of it is not our concern. It is God’s and it is no problem (cf.Heb.11:3). Cf.”Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart (Ps.37:3-4).”

Step Into Simple Trust

Kathy Gabler—Exasperation is only on our side of any situation. Exasperation always boils down to our focus.   Our focus is the desperate need, the unanswered prayers, and the injustice that we feel.  And the tormenting factor that is at the root of all of that, is fear.  And fear is complex. It is a fear of loss and a fear of unbearable consequences and at the same time a fear of personal failure. The only antidote is to move our focus to God who does not fear.  He sees much more than the details that torment us. And His nature and character do not change or bend under the weight of threats.  The only way to step out of exasperation is to step into simple trust. God knows the details. God cares. And God will do what ever is possible to be done concerning our concerns.
