The Season for New Languages

It is the season for people of God to learn new languages that will serve them to be profitable to themselves and others. They will learn the languages of finance, politics, technology and diplomacy. The sons of Issachar knew what Israel ought to do for the times (1Chron.12:32). They knew the language of finance, politics and science. They were, therefore, profitable to their family, tribe and nation in the midst of what Israel was up against. There is an Issachar enabling for God’s people in this time of history.   (martygabler.com)

Profitable To Family, Tribe And Nation

Profitable To Family, Tribe And Nation
The sons of Issachar understood the times in which they lived, understood what was being said by the rulers and cultures of the times. Of the sons of Issachar, men who understood the times, with knowledge of what Israel should do… (1Ch 12:32). They were able to speak more than just their tribal, colloquial tongue. They both understood and spoke the understandings of culture, politics and science. They were then able to articulate those matters to their tribe (v.32) so that action could be taken upon their wisdom. Their knowledge made them profitable to their families, their tribe and their nation.
