As the people of God assemble today may they require all that concerns them, all that they fear, all that they are considering and making decisions over to be brought under the scrutiny of the holy Word of God. May they have the faith to embrace Holy Scripture no matter what comes and let their paths and considerations be guided thereby. Jn.17:17,NKJV—“Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.” Matt.24:35,TPT—“The earth and sky will wear out and fade away before one word I speak loses its power or fails to accomplish its purpose.”

When issues are pressed hard upon society through politics and the media, it becomes quite evident who, in the church and outside the church, is faithful to scriptural integrity and who is embracing the mores of the present culture. Issues and those who support or oppose them are polarizing people to take a stand more definitively for or against. But the Word of God on matters never changes position. Those who stand in opposition to the unfailing Word of God do so to their own detriment and find themselves on shifting sand (Matt.7:27).
“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.” (Matt.24:35, KJV)
“The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.” (Isa.40:8, KJV)
