As the people of God assemble today, may they see plainer than ever the 
road that they are purposed to run in this new year. May one be an encouragement to another to steadily get on down the path this year that leads to success for our Lord’s plan.
“…I want you to get out there and walk—better yet, run!—on the road God called you to travel. I don’t want any of you sitting around on your hands. I don’t want anyone strolling off, down some path that goes nowhere. Interfering Entities are Being Blocked
I DECLARE: **4. INTERFERING ENTITIES ARE BEING BLOCKED
People and/or entities attempting to create a pathway to get to you to create some type of negative interference or to do some type of harm are being blocked.
Progress that has stopped will start again.

Placeholders for Others
I DECLARE: **3. We are placeholders for others.
In our faithfulness to stand where God has us standing, in our consistency.
—You may be standing between someone and their destruction and, were you not there, they might just move into that thing or that relationship or that distress that takes them out.
—Perhaps it will even be a position that you fill that is not your life’s call but remains as long as you are there in it until the person who is supposed to fill it is able to arrive at that point.
Moses was a placeholder for Joshua.
Jonathan was a placeholder for David.
Elijah was a placeholder for Elisha.
Paul was a placeholder for Timothy.
—It is like being the shoulders that someone else gets to stand on and start out on. Our ceiling is their floor.
You are a placeholder for your children but very possibly for others.

Powerful Name of JESUS
I DECLARE: **2. You will find the Name of JESUS to be very powerful.
—You will invoke His Name and see Him heal, see Him deliver others out of impossible strongholds of bondage and strongholds of fear.
—You will invoke His Name and see how marvelously He delivers you from the threat of harm, from bullies, from a violent spouse or parent or other relative.
(God is delivering elderly people from abuse by their children and others.)
—You will invoke the Name of Jesus and the atmosphere will change.

Rescuing From Graves
I DECLARE: **1. WE WILL BE RESCUING THOSE WHO ARE REACHING UP OUT OF GRAVES OF CIRCUMSTANCES AND TAKING THEM FORWARD WITH US.
–There are those who are reaching up out of “graves” to be free.
They have been buried in the “graves” of life, circumstances, troubles and misfortunes of life.
They are reaching to grab hold of anything that resembles life.
–Just one touch, finger to fingers, just one hand shake.
A simple handshake will go a long way with the hopeless conditions people are living under.
The least bit of opportunity to grab hold of something stable will be gladly taken.
–This season of history is marked by people who are buried by stuff that life has dumped on them.
“They are reaching out for the life that I have put in you,” says the Lord.
“I have put that life in you for such a time as this for the influx of people who are coming to your region, let alone the ones who are already there.”
“I have prepared you and put before you a path and steps to take.”
They are everywhere reaching out from under the stuff, trying to get out, groping for life because they know that they yet have life ahead of them.
–I am taking you to those who yet have life to live, who yet have destinies to fulfill, who have yet to realize that there are giftings and callings in their life and you are going to touch finger to finger, hand to hand and they are going to come up and out and they are going to begin to walk in those callings.
2016 is the year of touch-to-touch for the callings that are coming forth from out of the graves.

Promises to the Lord
Having just come through the season known as the
giving season we now find ourselves in the season
known as the season of resolutions. May we make
promises to One who is higher than ourselves for
purposes that are higher than our own intents
and purposes.
“Make promises to the Lord your God and keep them!
Let all around him bring gifts to the awesome one.”

Choices That Contradict Feelings
If we go to God for a deposit of His peace and wisdom, we can make a choice that contradicts our feelings. That doesn’t mean you are giving up strategy and resolve, it means you’re just choosing not to stay UPSET while it comes. To stay upset is to CHOOSE death because your body will suffer, relationships will suffer and “emotional reactions” will become KING in the house and set an atmosphere that draws more upset.
Let’s recap: 1) Cocoons are tough times but can be used to process and develop and grow. 2) Choice is the best weapon for conquering the challenges of tough times. 3) CHOOSING LIFE and wisdom will bring God results out of life cocoons.

Hope Looking to Future

another up in hope as they look to the future with expectancy
for the purposes of God Almighty to be fulfilled in their lives
and in their church family.

make for peace and the building up of one another [things
which lead to spiritual growth].” (Rom.14:19, Amp)
Forward in the New Year
As we go forward in the new year may we build our lives
on the Lord God and His unfailing Word and promises
so that we may become stronger and stronger, as the
year progresses, for the sake of our families and nation.
”Keep your roots deep in him, build your lives on him,
and become stronger in your faith, as you were taught.
And be filled with thanksgiving.” (Col.2:7, GNT)

What of the New Year? — Thoughts, Plans & Inventions
The Psalmist declares he is aware that He is included in God’s thoughts. One of the meanings of “thoughts” (Jer.29:11) is “an invention.” God has a plan for you in 2016 and, if necessary, He will INVENT required elements to work together to get you to that goal that glorifies Him and serves His purposes. He is beneficent and He is creative.
