Releasing What You Have

Just because you do not communicate or give at the same level or in the same manner as other people, does not mean that you are to hold back what God has for you to release for others. In Jn.6:9 the little boy did not hold back his little lunch of loaves and fishes just because it wasn’t sufficient in the eyes of some. He didn’t withdraw saying, “This won’t do any good.” He released it and Jesus took the little and made it sufficient for many.  (Lk.16:10a, Amp) Jesus: “He who is faithful in a very little [thing] is faithful also in much…”  We are praying you discover daily that you are not holding back but offering your best for God’s highest good.   (Marty’s Daily Discovery as heard on TEXAS PRAISE RADIO at the bottom of the hour 24 hours/day. 2017 Declaration #5

In 2017 we will begin to anticipate Red Sea interventions. (Kid’s Declaration: 5. We are ready to see God do impossible things.)   When we find ourselves in walkthruredseadifficult situations, we will begin to call upon the Lord and begin to anticipate Red Sea interventions and feeding-the-5,000 interventions. Instead of desperately crying out, “What in the world will we do now?”, we will cry out, “What is God doing that we have never seen before?” What do I need to do so I can participate? Let’s go through 2017 doing what we can to get doubt out of the way of progress. We will be doubt removers.  ”I write this to you whose experience with God is as life-changing as ours, all due to our God’s straight dealing and the intervention of our God and Savior, Jesus Christ.” (2Pe.1:1, Msg)
(Declaration #5 from the 2017 Declarations. The Kid’s version was written by Brian and Hannah Sherman.)

Forward-Propelling Momentum

ForwardMomentumBy the time we find Peter in the 2nd chapter of Acts he has ceased his self-inflicting tortuous barrage of oaths and has already responded to the forward-propelling momentum of his Lord’s invitation. He is now proclaiming,  “These men are not drunk. I know what is happening here. This is what Joel was talking about. The Christ whom David spoke of was not abandoned to the grave but God has raised this Jesus to life!” (Acts 2:30-32). They’ve come too late to tell Peter that he cannot be restored to praise and purpose. They’ve come too late to tell Peter there’s no use in preaching. They’ve come to late to tell him that this Jewish area is a “burnt-over evangelistic field.” They’ve come too late because Peter just gave an altar call and 3,000 plus have jammed the altars to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Two Are Better Than One

An essential principle of God is that “two are better than one” (Eccl.4:9). In 2012 people of God will partner for effect. One shall set a 1000 to flight but two shall set 10,000 to flight.”If two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it shall be done for them…”(Mt18:19).God is going to use small groups to defeat mighty opposition. We will commit to defeat together what we cannot overcome alone. It’s God’s Word. (seecministries.org)
