Children of the Kingdom of Light

Marty Gabler—As the people of God assemble today, may they realize that they are children of the Kingdom of God which is the Kingdom of Light and that there is nothing working in darkness that can defeat the unshakeable Kingdom of God. May they rejoice as those who walk in the Light and fellowship of King Jesus.  ”Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, and offer to God pleasing service and acceptable worship with reverence and awe;” (Heb.12:8, Amp)

Doors of Opportunity

Marty Gabler—In His wisdom Father has placed opportunities & choices before us (Deut.30:19; Matt.7:13). Whether or not we go through the many divinely-ordained opened doors God has put before us this year will depend upon how we make decisions this year. There are many doors of opportunity open before you (1Cor.16:9). They are not just barely cracked open but wide open for His Kingdom purposes, for His Name’s sake.

Truth and Relationship With the Lord

Melissa Gabler—Truth and relationship with the Lord is about your meditations, thoughts, words, prayers. Are your thoughts and prayers abounding from His truth or the latest from Fox, CNN, Facebook, or Twitter? A safe and healthy place from which to operate your day is praying in tongues throughout. It’s the perfect prayer not swayed by national or family events. It’s the perfect prayer not swayed by the soul. In fact, don’t limit it to that. You may think you’re praying about what is concerning at the moment, but the Spirit prays what needs to be prayed at the moment whether it be for that particular situation or something completely different. Thank God that type of prayer cannot be touched by soulish fears and desires. That is exactly why it is perfect! God knew what He was doing when He gave us such a gift. Yes, I’d say it’s for today. My thought, the soul might say otherwise because it can’t control it. Ok, I’ll just leave that right there and wrap this up. It’s time to call on Him. It’s time to see great and mighty things. It’s time to be great and mighty things.

Life’s Battles

Kathy Gabler—Life’s battles do not intensify just because the devil gets mad or has a personal grudge.  No, the battle heats up by reason of the needed outcome.  As surely as heat can determine the strength of a weld, so does the intensity of battle establish the strength and longevity of the victory.  The vehemence of battle welds the outcome in undeniable purpose rather than just leaving us with fragmented memories of war. Heat is one of the components of long-term victory and intense battle yields intensely awesome results!

The Name of the Lord is….

Marty Gabler–The name of the Lord is….
The name of the Lord is JAH, “I Am.” Isaiah implies that both present and future deliverance are in JAH when he writes, “JAH Jehovah is my strength and my song.” (Isa.12:2) The name JAH speaks to us of the present living God, of His presence in daily life and present activity in behalf of His own. When we say, “Hallelujah” we are saying, “Praise ye JAH.” Blessed be the name of the Lord!
“Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, By His name YAH, And rejoice before Him.” (Ps.68:4, NKJV)

War in the Atmosphere

Melissa Gabler—There is a war in the atmosphere over our nation.  It’s like a virus that causes complete irrationality brought on by the stubborn refusal to take personal responsibility.  This “virus” was released by an evil agenda to build a one-world dictatorship in the “land of the free and the home of the brave”! How? By coddling, and stroking the broken.  By wooing them with band-aids, and promising them “Kool-aid”.  Instead of teaching people they don’t have to be a victim of their circumstances, this “virus” took advantage of their emotional state for it’s own selfish, ungodly gain. Well, guess what, “There shall be no end to the increase of His government and of peace, [He shall rule] on the throne of David and over His Kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness from that time forward and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will accomplish this.” (Isaiah 9:7 AMP) It’s happening folks!

Set up for Disappointment

Kathy Gabler— Being quick to put our expectations and definitions on a word from God can set us up for disappointment, because we know in part. We must allow God to define terms and add parts. Through the process we more fully understand what He said up front. So, no matter how contradictory or upsetting a part might seem, we can rest assured when all the parts finally come together, God’s intent and purpose will prevail. Isa.46:10, TPT — “I declare from the beginning how it will end and foretell from the start what has not yet happened. I decree that my purpose will stand, and I will fulfill my every plan.”

Darkness Being Exposed

Marty Gabler—As the people of God assemble today may they know with assurance that the powers of darkness can hide for only just so long. May they rejoice that darkness is being exposed just like Pharaoh’s wizards’ serpents and agendas. And as Jehovah God is setting them up for a fall, we can do our part by praying that God will work in lives and bring truth and evidence to positioned people to expose and bring down evil structures.  Eph.6:12–“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”

Jesus Still has Need of You

Marty Gabler—Like Peter, scores of vanquished and beaten-down people have resigned themselves to obscurity and self-imposed penance. Their eyes once bright with hope and expectation are now dull with day-to-day sameness and lackluster existence. Rather than vibrantly walking out purpose as a daily-discovery they endure the rigors of accusing past-opportunity and the heavy yoke of indictment. While chafing under the sandy grind of unrealized fulfillment they eventually master a posture which lessens the painful contortion of their faces so that they appear to “be making it just fine.” Though the preoccupying buzz of obscurity is interfering with the message of restoration, this same Jesus wants them told that He still has need of them and that purpose still awaits. Mark 16:7 “But go, tell His disciples and Peter, ‘He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, just as He said to you.'” (NAS) The reason Jesus sent that invitation to Peter was because He was “going before” (Strong) in order to “lead forward” (Thayer). Jesus does not push backward, He brings forward.
