Finish Every Good Thing You’ve Begun

Righteousness Exalts, Sin Disgraces
Could it be that terrorists may not be afraid of our nation because our nation has not kept the commandments of the Lord God and walked in His ways? When the peoples of the earth see that we are called by the name of the LORD, they will fear us. Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people. Just quoting the Bible: Deut.28:9-10; Prov.14:34.

Not by Accident but by Design
The kingdoms of this world are to become the kingdoms of our Lord – not by accident but by design, not by mere decree but by agency. Start Your Own Spiritual History
Start your own spiritual history. For the last 19 or 20 generations, Israel only had a physical history and were willing to walk back into slavery in Egypt. Physical lack and/or physical infirmity may be all the history some families have to date. You be the one who refuses to walk back and embrace that old history. You be the one to break the cycle. Breaking Bondages
20 generations of Israel had known nothing but slavery. Master commands and slave responds. No freedom and no fulfillment, just like many today. We can break in our generation the things that have bound us so that the coming generation does not have to live under them. If we remain under the bondage of past generations, so will our children. It starts with us. (Gen.13:14)

Circumstances That Grasp
Do not adopt the world’s sense of hopelessness. Their hopelessness does not take God’s love or miracles into account. But be transformed by the renewing of your mind (Rom.12:2). Do not be held in the present circumstances that try to hold you in their grasp. Get into the Word and get God’s picture of things.
