Seeing in April

I usually ask the Lord at the beginning of each month what the month is for. I believe the Lord impressed to me that April is for seeing. It is the month for (1) seeing the direction of the Lord for our lives and our nation. It is for (2) seeing things that are tending toward harm and/or interference (in our families, churches, jobs and nation) so they might be averted. It is for (3) seeing blessings and advantages that are available to us through the promises and purposes of God Almighty. It is for (4) seeing strategy and how to pray for people we are concerned for. “The Lord said to Moses, Has the Lord’s hand (His ability and power) become short (thwarted and inadequate)? You shall see now whether My word shall come to pass for you or not.” (Num.11:23, Amp) There is a lot unseen that is yet to be seen and it shall be seen that the Lord’s hand is not short that it cannot save nor is His ear deaf that it cannot hear. Some of the wonderful mysteries that await us in coming days shall be the wonder of seeing how our LORD shall fulfill His Word, i.e., seeing who and what He will employ to bring about that which only He can accomplish. What an apropos time for us to pray Elisha’s prayer for ourselves: 2Ki 6:16 “[Elisha] answered, Fear not; for those with us are more than those with them.   17  Then Elisha prayed, Lord, I pray You, open his eyes that he may see. And the Lord opened the young man’s eyes, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.” (Amp)

He Is Still Captain

He Is Still Captain
This encouraging word was given at Grace International yesterday: His name is Jeshua. His name is Joshua, His name is Captain. His name is Jehovah-Sabaoth, Lord of Hosts. Jehovah, Joshua, Lord of Hosts says unto His people today, “Come and join me in triumphal procession.ancient general I am leading you in triumphal procession because I have defeated all of your enemies. I defeated certain of your enemies before they were even born. I defeated some of your enemies before there was even an institution or an entity for them to move within and for them to exist within. I have defeated entire entities. I have defeated entire nations, says the Lord. Come and join me in triumphal procession. Do not be like Gehazi who focused on the troops around the mountain. But be like the one the prophet called for, for their eyes to be opened and know that there are more with you than there are against you. I have defeated all of your enemies. If you take all of them and pile them up in one big pile, I have still defeated them no matter how big or how numerous. My name is Jeshua. My name is Joshua. I am still Captain of the Hosts of Israel. And I have defeated your enemies. So join me in triumphal procession with a shout of victory.

And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. (2K.6:17, NKJV)

You may listen to the audio of the service yesterday at www.graceic.org. Just click on the little yellow TV on the right side of the page. When you get to the streaming page, on the right, you will see a pic of Pastor Joe. It will say in red “off air.” But go ahead and click on the little mic. The recording begins with Melissa leading worship. The prophecy is at 29.5 min.)
