Going Back is not an Alternative
Pharaoh said, “They are entangled in the wilderness.”(Ex14:3) Entangled means “involved”. It would appear that, in the present, they were so worried about rocks, brush and varmints that they forgot about the freedom on the other side of wilderness. “Coming out” may look different and require different decisions and actions than we originally predicted. But going back is not an alternative.
