Study to be Quiet
When our little friend got demerits at school, on several occasions, for talking so much his grandmother asked him why he does. He replied, “I’ve got a lot to say”. Sometimes it’s just best not to say anything. May the Lord help us to not speak when it would be wiser to just listen in particular settings; and may we trust the Lord to handle the outcome of what we felt was so important to say in those settings. (1Thess.4:11, KJV) “…study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;” We are praying you discover daily that you are studying to be quiet until wisdom releases you to speak.
