Presence Of Mind
May the Lord give us wisdom and presence of mind for where we are and who we are with. May He give us presence of mind to say the appropriate thing and withhold the thing that would not edify or bring resolve. May He reveal to us those things that simply are not necessary to say in a situation that might possibly only add confusion or even misdirect. May our Lord mercifully give us redemptive words that are life and wisdom.
“You’ll speak to him and tell him what to say. I’ll be right there with you as you speak and with him as he speaks, teaching you step by step.” (Ex.4:15, Msg)
