We may not always be able to see the root cause of sudden mood swings or inordinate needs or cycling itches that scratching doesn’t help or those extreme emotions that seem to erupt in us, but we can learn to recognize their presence and influence, and we can learn to overcome them.  The key is choosing to be led of the Spirit which will get us fruit-of-the-Spirit-results instead of frustration’s results in the coming year.

Rom.8:6 “For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace.”
